caractérisé en ce que la première section de bande de renvoi (2) s'étend dans la zone d'un premier dispositif de renvoi qui- comporte une première roue de renvoi (420), supérieure, et- une deuxième roue de renvoi (410), médiane, qui renvoie vers le haut les plaques (110a-l, 110p-r) d'un premier sens de mouvement horizontal à la première roue de renvoi, supérieure, (420), et- une troisième roue de renvoi, inférieure, (430), vers laquelle les plaques (110a-l, 110p-r) sont renvoyées par la première roue de renvoi, supérieure, (420) et qui renvoie les plaques (110a-l, 110p-r) dans un second sens de mouvement horizontal opposé au premier sens de mouvement horizontal,et en ce que de préférence l'élément de raclage (530) est logé de manière pivotante autour de l'axe de rotation de la roue de renvoi médiane (410). - Dispositif de séchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la première pluralité de plaques perforées (110a-l, 110p-r) sont guidées le long de la section de bande supérieure et inférieure (110, 120) dans une orientation à peu près horizontale des surfaces de réception (110a'-1', 110p'-r') et est pivotée dans la zone de la première section de renvoi de cette orientation horizontale dans au moins une zone partielle de la section de bande de renvoi (2). - Dispositif de séchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les plaques perforées (110a-l, 110p-r) entrant de la section de bande supérieure (110) dans la première section de renvoi de la première pluralité de plaques perforées (110a-l, 110p-r) sont pivotées d'une orientation à peu près horizontale des surfaces de réception (110a'-1', 110p'-r') dans la zone de la première section de renvoi dans une zone partielle de la section de bande de renvoi (2) et des plaques perforées (110a-l, 110p-r) sont disposées sous cette zone partielle, dont les surfaces de réception (110a'-l', 110p'-r') sont orientées à peu près horizontalement. - Dispositif de séchage selon la revendication 9,
caractérisé en ce que les plaques perforées disposées sous la zone partielle de la section de bande de renvoi (2) appartiennent à la première pluralité de plaques perforées (110a-l, 100p-r). - Dispositif de séchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé par un dispositif de guidage inférieur sur lequel une seconde pluralité de plaques perforées (210a-h) sont guidées le long d'une bande inférieure,
qui comporte une section de bande supérieure (210), une section de bande inférieure (220) et une première section de bande de renvoi côté extrémité (2), dans laquelle les plaques perforées (210a-h) sont renvoyées de la section de bande supérieure à la section de bande inférieure (210, 220) sur un premier côté et comporte une seconde section de bande de renvoi côté extrémité (3) dans laquelle les plaques perforées (210a-h) sont renvoyées de la section de bande inférieure à la section de bande supérieure (220, 210) sur un second côté opposé au premier du dispositif de séchage,
dans lequel la bande inférieure s'étend sous la première section de renvoi du dispositif de guidage supérieur de telle manière que des produits en vrac qui glissent dans la première section de renvoi par basculement d'une plaque perforée (210a-h) de sa surface de réception, touchent une plaque perforée (210a-h) sur la bande inférieure. - Dispositif de séchage selon la revendication 10 et la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que des plaques (110a-l, 100p-r) perforées entrant de la section de bande inférieure (120) à la seconde section de renvoi de la première pluralité de plaques perforées sont pivotées d'une orientation à peu près horizontale des surfaces de réception dans la zone de la seconde section de renvoi dans une zone partielle de cette section de bande de renvoi (3) et des plaques perforées (210a-h) de la seconde pluralité sont disposées sous cette zone partielle, dont les surfaces de réception sont orientées à peu près horizontalement.
- Procédé de séchage de produits en vrac, avec les étapes :- transport des produits en vrac au moyen d'une pluralité de plaques perforées (110a-l, 110p-r) avec des surfaces de réception (110a'-1', 100p'-r') pour les produits en vrac le long d'une bande le long d'une section de bande supérieure (110) et d'une section de bande inférieure (120),- déversement des produits en vrac dans une première section de bande de renvoi (2) côté extrémité de la section de bande supérieure à la section de bande inférieure (110, 120),- nettoyage des plaques perforées (110a-l, 110p-r) dans la zone de la première section de bande de renvoi (2) au moyen d'un dispositif de raclage (500) qui comporte un élément de raclage (530) qui est disposé de sorte que la surface de réception (110a'-l', 100p'-r') d'une plaque perforée (110a-l, 110p-r) qui se déplace le long de la première section de bande de renvoi (2), vienne en contact avec l'élément de raclage (530) et soit nettoyé par un mouvement relatif entre l'élément de raclage (530) et la plaque perforée (110a-l, 110p-r),dans lequel le dispositif de raclage (500) comporte un logement pivotant sur lequel l'élément de raclage (530) est logé de manière pivotante autour d'un axe de pivotement (411) par rapport à la section de bande supérieure (110), caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement (411) se trouve coaxial à un axe de renvoi (411) d'un rouleau de renvoi (410), sur lequel les plaques perforées (110a-l, 110p-r) sont renvoyées.
