Claims (13)
- Groupe d'encollage, notamment pour un dispositif d'étiquetage, comprenant un rouleau encolleur (1) et un moteur (2) pour entraîner le rouleau encolleur (1), groupe d'encollage
dans lequel le moteur (2) est agencé au-dessus du rouleau encolleur (1),
dans lequel le moteur (2) est monté déplaçable en hauteur par rapport à une structure de support (3) du moteur (2),
dans lequel la position de hauteur du moteur peut être modifiée au moyen d'un dispositif de réglage du groupe d'encollage,
dans lequel la hauteur du moteur (2) peut être modifiée par l'intermédiaire d'un levier, qui fait partie du dispositif de réglage, notamment par l'intermédiaire d'un système de levier à genouillère (23) ou d'un levier basculant, et
dans lequel le moteur (2) peut être amené d'une position de fonctionnement dans une première position de hauteur, à une position de retrait dans une deuxième position de hauteur, le rouleau encolleur (1) pouvant être prélevé et retiré du groupe d'encollage dans la position de retrait, par un mouvement latéral. - Groupe d'encollage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le moteur (2) est monté de manière à pouvoir coulisser le long d'une glissière de guidage, notamment le long d'une glissière de guidage linéaire.
- Groupe d'encollage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le moteur (2) est monté de manière à pouvoir coulisser le long d'un axe sensiblement vertical.
- Groupe d'encollage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant, en outre, un racleur de colle (10), qui comporte un premier élément de verrouillage (40), et un support pour le racleur de colle (10), qui comporte un deuxième élément de verrouillage (43), groupe d'encollage dans lequel les éléments de verrouillage (40, 43) peuvent être verrouillés mutuellement l'un avec l'autre, par rotation de l'un ou des deux éléments de verrouillage (40, 43).
- Groupe d'encollage selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le premier ou le deuxième élément de verrouillage (40, 43) est une douille, une pièce de tube, une partie d'un arbre ou une partie d'un axe.
- Groupe d'encollage selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5, dans lequel l'un (40) des éléments de verrouillage présente un évidement (42), et dans lequel l'évidement (42) et l'autre élément de verrouillage (43) sont conçus de manière à ce que ledit autre élément de verrouillage (43) puisse, dans une première orientation, être introduit dans l'évidement (42), et, après rotation dans une deuxième orientation, soit relié par complémentarité de formes au dit un élément de verrouillage (40).
- Groupe d'encollage selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, dans lequel l'un (43) des éléments de verrouillage présente une section transversale circulaire avec deux méplats opposés (44, 45), et l'autre (40) des éléments de verrouillage présente un logement en forme de U avec un évasement (41), et dans lequel ledit un (43) des éléments de verrouillage, en raison des méplats (44, 45), peut s'ajuster dans le logement en forme de U, et par rotation dans la zone de l'évasement (41), peut être verrouillé avec ledit autre (40) des éléments de verrouillage.
- Groupe d'encollage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le rouleau encolleur (1) comprend une enveloppe périphérique cylindrique (51) sur l'ouverture supérieure et inférieure de laquelle est agencée respectivement une plaque de couvercle (52, 43), et dans lequel l'une des plaques de couvercle (52) comporte une denture (56), notamment une denture de Hirth (système de denture plane) pour assurer la liaison du rouleau encolleur (1) avec un moteur d'entraînement (2).
- Groupe d'encollage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le rouleau encolleur (1) comprend une enveloppe périphérique cylindrique (51) sur l'ouverture supérieure et inférieure de laquelle est agencée respectivement une plaque de couvercle (52, 43), et dans lequel l'une des plaques de couvercle (53) comporte un ou plusieurs éléments pour assurer la liaison du rouleau encolleur (1) avec un dispositif de support d'un dispositif d'étiquetage.
- Groupe d'encollage selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la plaque de couvercle (53) comprend, en vue d'assurer la liaison du rouleau encolleur (1) avec un dispositif de support, une pointe de centrage (60) ou un cône récepteur (54) en guise de pièce conjuguée d'une pointe de centrage (60) du dispositif de support.
- Groupe d'encollage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant une sécurisation axiale magnétique pour stabiliser la position du rouleau encolleur (1) dans une position d'implantation.
- Groupe d'encollage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le rotor (32) du moteur (2) est isolé thermiquement de l'arbre de rotor.
- Groupe d'encollage selon l'une des revendications 10 - 13, dans lequel l'enveloppe périphérique cylindrique (51) présente une épaisseur de 1 mm à 5 mm, notamment de 1,5 mm à 3 mm.
