Claims (9)
- Maschine zur Verarbeitung (1) einer Folge von Elementen in Form von Blättern, aufweisend mindestens eine Vorrichtung zum Bedrucken (300) der Folge von Elementen, umfassend eine Plattenpresse (310), die in der Lage ist, auf jedem Blatt durch Stanzen zwischen einer statischen Platte (320) und einer beweglichen Platte (330) eine gefärbte oder metallisierte Folie, die aus mindestens einem zu stanzenden Streifen (410) stammt, zu deponieren, sowie ein Heizelement (340), das in der Lage ist, sogar jedes mit der statischen Platte (320) fest verbundene Stanzwerkzeug auf eine vorgegebene Temperatur zu bringen, so dass der Stanzvorgang heiß in der Plattenpresse (310) ausgeführt wird, wobei die Vorrichtung zum Bedrucken (300) ferner einen Rahmen (351) umfasst, der dazu dient, jedes der statischen Platte (320) zugeordnete Stanzwerkzeug zu tragen, und der zwischen einer Gebrauchsstellung, in der er sich gegenüber und in Kontakt mit dem Heizelement (340) in der Betriebsstellung erstreckt, und einer Entnahmestellung verschiebbar ist, in der er sich außerhalb der Plattenpresse (310) befindet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heizelement (340) zwischen einer Betriebsstellung, in der es zwischen der statischen Platte (320) und jedem der Platte (320) zugeordneten Stanzwerkzeug angeordnet ist, und einer Wartungsstellung beweglich angebracht ist, in der es sich außerhalb der Plattenpresse (310) befindet, wobei die Vorrichtung zum Bedrucken (300) aufweist:- Mittel (350), die dazu geeignet sind, das Heizelement (340) zwischen der Betriebsstellung und der Wartungsstellung zu transportieren, wobei der Rahmen (351), der die Transportmittel (350) bildet, geeignet ist, das Heizelement (340) zwischen der Betriebsstellung und der Wartungsstellung zu transportieren, wenn der Rahmen (351) zwischen der Gebrauchsstellung und der Entnahmestellung bewegt wird,- Fixiermittel (360), die geeignet sind, das Heizelement (340) in der Betriebsstellung zu fixieren, wobei die Fixiermittel (360) von der Seite der statischen Platte (320) zugänglich sind, die die Außenseite (322) genannt wird, die der Innenseite (321) gegenüberliegt. - Maschine nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportmittel (350) dazu geeignet sind, das Heizelement (340) einerseits in eine Richtung im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Innenseite (321) der statischen Platte (320) zwischen der Betriebsstellung und einer Zwischenstellung zu verschieben, in der das Heizelement (340) zwischen den beiden Platten (320, 330) der Presse (310) aber in einem Abstand von diesen letzteren angeordnet ist, und andererseits in einer Richtung im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Innenseite (321) der statischen Platte (320) zwischen der Zwischenstellung und der Wartungsstellung.
- Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel (360) dazu geeignet sind, das Heizelement (340) gegen die Innenseite (321) der statischen Platte (320) zu drücken, indem sie es von einem Abschnitt der statischen Platte (320) ziehen, der sich im Wesentlichen gegenüber der Innenseite (321) befindet.
- Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel (360) mindestens ein Zugelement (361) aufweisen, das in einem Positionierloch (323) platziert ist, das durch die statische Platte (320) in einer Richtung ausgebildet ist, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Innenseite (321) ist, und die einen Kopf in Form eines Anschlags (362), der gegen einen Abschnitt der statischen Platte (320) anliegt, der im Wesentlichen der Innenfläche (321) gegenüberliegt, sowie ein Gewindeende (363) umfasst, das in ein Gewinde (341) eingeschraubt ist, das in dem Heizelement (340) ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Positionierloch (323) einen Querschnitt vorweist, der wesentlich größer als derjenige des Zugelements (361) ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Zugelement (361) ein elastisch verformbares Element (364) aufweist, das axial zwischen dem Kopf (362) und dem Abschnitt der statischen Platte (320) angeordnet ist, der als Auflageoberfläche des Zugelements (361) dient.
- Maschine nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes elastisch verformbare Element (364) aus einem Stapel konischer Scheiben (365) besteht, die entgegengesetzt positioniert sind.
- Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heizelement (340) mehrere Heizkörper (346) integriert, die mit mindestens einem Anschlusskasten (348) elektrisch verbunden sind, und dass jeder Anschlusskasten (348) mit dem Heizelement (340) fest verbunden ist.
- Maschine nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zum Bedrucken (300) Fixiermittel aufweist, die geeignet sind, jeden Anschlusskasten (348) mit der Plattenpresse (310) fest zu verbinden.
