Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Unterstopfen eines Gleises durch einen Handstopfer.
  • Vielfach bekannte Handstopfer werden in einem oberen, den Antrieb aufweisenden Abschnitt erfasst und mit einer in Vibration versetzten Stopfschaufel in den Schotter eingetaucht (siehe DE 1 241 474 B ). Während des Eintauchvorganges wird versucht, durch ein Absenken des oberen Antriebabschnittes in Richtung zur Bedienungsperson mit der Stopfschaufel eine Verdichtbewegung in Richtung zur Schwelle zu erzielen. Die daraus resultierende Verdichtwirkung ist jedoch unbefriedigend, da der hinter der Stopfschaufel als eine Art Widerlager benutzte Schotter infolge der Vibrationen wenig Widerstand leistet.
  • Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun in der Schaffung eines Verfahrens der eingangs genannten Art, mit dem eine verbesserte Schotterverdichtung erzielbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit erfindungsgemäß mit einem Verfahren der gattungsgemäßen Art dadurch gelöst, dass der Handstopfer vor dem Eintauchen in den Schotter durch ein - zwischen einem Antriebsmotor und einer Stopfschaufel gelegenen Stopferabschnitt befestigtes - Fixierorgan lösbar mit einem bezüglich einer Stopfbewegung gegenüberliegenden, am Gleis fixierten Ankerelement verbunden wird.
  • Durch diese kurzzeitige Verbindung mit dem Gleis wird ein nicht verschiebbares Widerlager geschaffen, so dass mit der Abwärtsbewegung des oberen Handstopferabschnittes eine zwingende Gegenbewegung der Stopfschaufel in Richtung zur Schwelle erfolgt. Damit wird der Schotter zwangsläufig unter die Schwelle verdrängt und verdichtet.
  • Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der Zeichnungsbeschreibung.
  • Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand von in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher beschrieben. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Ansicht von zwei Handstopfern in Schwellenlängsrichtung, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht und Fig. 3 eine vereinfachte Darstellung einer weiteren Variante der Erfindung.
  • In den Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellte Handstopfer 1 weisen je einen in einem oberen Abschnitt 2 angeordneten Antriebsmotor 3 sowie Handgriffe 4 auf. Ein zwischen dem Antriebsmotor 3 und einer Stopfschaufel 5 vorgesehener mittlerer Stopferabschnitt 6 ist als eine Längsrichtung 7 aufweisendes Verbindungsrohr 17 ausgebildet, in dem eine nicht näher dargestellte Exzenterwelle in Rotation versetzt wird.
  • Oberhalb einer zu unterstopfenden Schwelle 8 eines Gleises 9 befindet sich ein als Schienenanker ausgebildetes Ankerelement 10, das durch einen Schnellverschluss 11 lösbar mit einer Schiene 12 verbunden ist und Haken 13 aufweist. Ein beispielsweise als Kette oder Seil ausgebildetes Fixierorgan 15 ist am Verbindungsrohr 17 in dessen näher zur Stopfschaufel 5 gelegenen Hälfte an einem Haken 14 befestigt.
  • Zur Durchführung des Stopfverfahrens wird nun der Haken 14 durch das Fixierorgan 15 mit einem Haken 13 des am Gleis fixierten Ankerelementes 10 verbunden. Um eine optimale Verdichtwirkung zu erzielen, wird der Handgriff 4 mit dem Antriebsmotor 3 in einer Arbeitsrichtung 16 zur Bedienungsperson hin bewegt. Dies erzeugt auf Grund der Verbindung des mittleren Stopferabschnittes 6 mit dem Ankerelement 10 eine zwingende Stopfbewegung 18 der Stopfschaufel 5 in Richtung zur angrenzenden Schwelle 8.
  • Eine weitere Optimierung der Unterstopfung des Gleises 9 kann damit erzielt werden, dass zwei - bezüglich der zu unterstopfenden Schwelle 8 - einander gegenüberliegend positionierte und je mit dem Ankerelement 10 verbundene Handstopfer 1 synchron eingesetzt werden. Wie in Fig. 2 durch strichpunktierte Linien angedeutet, besteht auch die Möglichkeit, dass mit vier je an das Ankerelement 10 angehängten Handstopfern 1 synchrone Stopfbewegungen zur Unterstopfung der Schwelle 8 durchgeführt werden.
  • Nach ausreichender Verdichtung des Schotters wird das Fixierorgan 15 vom Ankerelement 10 gelöst. Nach Befestigung des Ankerelementes 10 oberhalb der nächstfolgenden Schwelle wiederholt sich das beschriebene Stopfverfahren. Es ist natürlich auch möglich, das Ankerelement 10 direkt auf der Schwelle zu befestigen. Es könnte aber auch beispielsweise ein die Schiene 12 mit der Schwelle 8 verbindender Schienenclip od. dgl. als Ankerelement zur Befestigung des Fixierorganes 15 am Gleis 9 verwendet werden.
  • Zur Durchführung des anmeldungsgemäßen Verfahrens wäre es alternativ auch möglich, ausschließlich die als Ankerelement 10 dienenden Haken 14 zweier einander gegenüberliegender Handstopfer 1 durch das Fixierorgan 15 direkt miteinander zu verbinden (s. Fig. 3). Zur Erzielung einer bestmöglichen Schotterverdichtung sollte die Bewegung der beiden Handstopfer 1 in Arbeitsrichtung 16 weitgehend synchron durchgeführt werden.

Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zum Unterstopfen eines Gleises durch Eintauchen eines Handstopfers in Schotter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Handstopfer (1) vor dem Eintauchen in den Schotter durch ein - zwischen einem Antriebsmotor (3) und einer Stopfschaufel (5) gelegenen Stopferabschnitt (6) befestigtes - Fixierorgan (15) lösbar mit einem bezüglich einer Stopfbewegung gegenüberliegenden, am Gleis (9) fixierten Ankerelement (10) verbunden wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Unterstopfung zwei - zum gleichen Zeitpunkt bezüglich einer Stopfbewegung (18) je an einer gegenüber liegenden Schwellenlängsseite - in den Schotter eintauchende, durch das Fixierorgan (15) miteinander verbundene und jeweils als Ankerelement (10) dienende Handstopfer (1) verwendet werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Ankerelement (10) ein lösbar mit der Schiene verbundener Schienenanker verwendet wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ankerelement (10) an einem Kreuzungspunkt der Schwelle (8) mit der Schiene (12) befestigt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fixierorgan (15) an einem zwischen Antriebsmotor (3) und einer Stopfschaufel (5) angeordneten Verbindungsrohr (17) in dessen näher zur Stopfschaufel (5) gelegenen Hälfte befestigt wird.
