Further, the combination of facilitation of the ensuring of the size with high accuracy and the reduction in the number of components described above allows the achievement of a reduction in installation time for the car device.

  • the door rail portion has the upper surface facing the hanger rollers and the lower surface facing the upthrust rollers.
  • the door rail portion can support two types of rollers even though the door rail portion is a part of the single-piece frame.
  • the door frame is fixed not to the car frame but to the ceiling which is one of the car components. Therefore, a clearance Dw (see FIGS. 2 and 3 ) between the door panels supported by the door frame and the wing walls which are another of the car components can be formed to have a desired size with high accuracy and ease.

Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de cabine (1) pour un ascenseur, comprenant :
    une cage (21) comprenant des parois latérales gauche et droite (25a, 25b), et un seuil (31);
    au moins un panneau de porte (3a, 3b) servant à ouvrir/fermer une baie de porte (23) de la cage (21) ;
    un mécanisme d'entraînement (5) servant à entraîner le ou les panneaux de porte (3a, 3b) de telle sorte que le ou les panneaux de porte (3a, 3b) soit ouverts/fermés ; et
    un encadrement de porte (7) servant à supporter le ou les panneaux de porte (3a, 3b) et le mécanisme d'entraînement (5),
    dans lequel l'encadrement de porte (7) comprend un encadrement d'un seul tenant comprenant :
    une partie de support (17) supportant le ou les panneaux de porte (3a, 3b) et le mécanisme d'entraînement (5), la partie de support (17) correspondant à une partie supérieure de l'encadrement de porte (7) ; et
    une partie formant traverse haute (19), qui correspond à une partie inférieure de l'encadrement de porte (7), située au-dessus des parois latérales gauche et droite (25a, 25b) et au-dessus de la baie de porte (23) qui est définie par la partie formant traverse haute (19) conjointement avec les parois latérales gauche et droite (25a, 25b) et le seuil (31), la partie formant traverse haute (19) constituant une paroi avant conjointement avec les parois latérales gauche et droite (25a, 25b),
    dans lequel la partie de support (17) comprend une partie formant glissière de porte (33) qui présente une forme en saillie en direction d'un côté palier de l'ascenseur de telle sorte qu'un jeu (Df) entre les panneaux de porte (3a, 3b) et la partie formant traverse haute (19) présente une taille souhaitée et un jeu (Dw) entre les panneaux de porte (3a, 3b) et les parois latérales (25a, 25b) présente une taille souhaitée,
    dans lequel la partie formant glissière de porte (33) comprend des surfaces de support supérieure et inférieure (33a, 33b) s'étendant essentiellement parallèlement l'une à l'autre et servant à guider et à supporter des galets de suspension (35a, 35b) et des galets de poussée (37a, 37b) placés à rotation sur les panneaux de porte (3a, 3b),
    dans lequel la surface de support inférieure (33b) est une surface horizontale,
    dans lequel une partie d'un plafond (39), qui s'étend de façon similaire horizontalement, est superposée à la surface horizontale de la surface de support inférieure (33b),
    dans lequel les surfaces superposées sont accouplées par un élément de fixation (41) de façon à fixer l'encadrement de porte (7).
  2. Dispositif de cabine (1) pour un ascenseur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel :
    le ou les panneaux de porte (3a, 3b) comprennent au moins une paire de galets de suspension (35a, 35b) et au moins une paire de galets de poussée (37a, 37b), qui sont séparés verticalement les uns des autres ; et
    la partie formant glissière de porte (33) comporte une région saillante rectangulaire sur une section transversale longitudinale en vue latérale.
  3. Dispositif de cabine (1) pour un ascenseur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel une extrémité inférieure de la partie formant traverse haute (19) et les parois latérales (25a, 25b) constituent une paroi avant régulière dans une direction verticale du côté palier de l'ascenseur.
  4. Dispositif de cabine (1) pour un ascenseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les jeux (Df, Dw) présentent une taille identique.
