Claims (9)

  1. Procédé destiné à évacuer du matériel d'emballage d'un emballage stérile (2), lors duquel on ouvre l'emballage stérile dans une salle blanche (7) et l'emballage stérile comprenant un sachet extérieur et un contenant de transport scellé par un film de scellement, comprenant les étapes :
    - ouverture du sachet extérieur (3), de telle sorte que le contenant de transport (4) scellé puisse être retiré,
    - retrait du contenant de transport (4) scellé et transport du sachet extérieur (3) vers une presse centrale à déchets (10),
    - ouverture du conteneur de transport scellé par détachement du film de scellement (5) sur le contenant de transport (4) et transport du film de scellement (5) vers la presse centrale à déchets (10) et
    - compression commune du sachet extérieur (3) et du film de scellement (5) en une pièce pressée de déchets dans la salle blanche (7).
  2. Procédé selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture du conteneur de transport (4) scellé s'effectue dans une salle blanche (8) à pureté de salle blanche plus élevée que l'ouverture du sachet extérieur (3).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture du sachet extérieur (3) s'effectue de telle sorte qu'une zone d'extrémité (30) du sachet extérieur (3) soit totalement sectionnée et que le contenant de transport reste dans une zone principale (31) du sachet extérieur et puisse être retiré facilement de la zone principale (31).
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage stérile (2) comprend un non-tissé (6), lequel est placé dans le conteneur de transport (4) scellé, le non-tissé (6) étant retiré après le détachement du film de scellement (5) et transporté vers la presse centrale à déchets (10) et compressé avec le film de scellement (5) et le sachet extérieur (3) en une pièce pressée de déchets.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce pressée de déchets est enveloppée d'un film supplémentaire après le processus de compression.
  6. Dispositif destiné à manipuler du matériel d'emballage d'un emballage stérile (2), comprenant au moins une première salle blanche (7) et une presse à déchets (10), laquelle est placée dans la première salle blanche (7) et compresse du matériel d'emballage en une pièce compressée de déchets,
    l'emballage stérile (2) comportant un sachet extérieur (3) et un conteneur de transport (4) scellé par un film de scellement (5), comprenant :
    - une deuxième salle blanche (8), laquelle fait preuve d'une pureté de salle blanche plus élevée que la première salle blanche (7),
    - un premier poste de retrait (11) dans la première salle blanche (7), avec un premier dispositif de coupe (12) destiné à ouvrir le sachet extérieur (3), avec un premier dispositif de retrait (13) pour retirer le contenant de transport (4) scellé hors du sachet extérieur (3) ouvert et avec un premier dispositif de préhension (14) pour saisir le sachet extérieur (3) vide et l'amener vers la presse à déchets (10) et
    - un deuxième poste de retrait (16) dans la deuxième salle blanche (8) avec un deuxième dispositif de coupe (17) destiné à ouvrir le conteneur de transport (4) scellé et avec un deuxième dispositif de préhension (18) pour saisir le film de scellement (5) détaché du conteneur de transport (4) et l'amener vers la presse à déchets (10),
    comprenant un dispositif de convoyage (15) pour convoyer le conteneur de transport scellé du premier poste de retrait vers le deuxième poste de retrait.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, comprenant par ailleurs un deuxième dispositif de convoyage (20) pour convoyer le film de scellement (5) détaché de la deuxième salle blanche (8) vers la presse à déchets (10) dans la première salle blanche (7).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la presse à déchets (10) comprend un distributeur de film (21), pour envelopper en supplément la pièce pressée de déchets avec du film.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le premier dispositif de préhension (14) et/ou le deuxième dispositif de préhension (18) est une pince aspirante.
