Claims (11)
- Dispositif pour extraire un objet stérile (2) hors d'un emballage stérile (3) formé d'une feuille, comprenant :- un dispositif de serrage (4) qui, en tant que première région partielle (3a), serre une patte (3a) de l'emballage stérile (3) saillant latéralement depuis l'emballage stérile (3), afin de produire une tension dans la région (3c), qui se situe entre la patte (3a) et une deuxième région partielle (3b) de l'emballage stérile (3),- un dispositif de coupe (5) pour couper l'emballage stérile (3) de telle sorte qu'une fente soit produite dans l'emballage stérile (3) dans la région qui se situe entre la patte (3a) et la deuxième région partielle (3b),- un dispositif de retenue (6) qui retient la deuxième région partielle (3b) de l'emballage stérile (3), et- un dispositif d'extraction (7) pour extraire l'objet (2) hors de l'emballage stérile (3) à travers la fente.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de retenue (6) comprend au moins un élément d'aspiration (6a) qui vient en prise au niveau de la deuxième région partielle (3b) de l'emballage stérile (3), la deuxième région partielle (3b) étant une région de l'emballage stérile orientée vers le haut.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (4) comprend un premier rouleau de serrage (4a) et un deuxième rouleau de serrage (4b), et la première région partielle (3a) de l'emballage stérile (3) peut être serrée entre le premier et le deuxième rouleau stérile (4a, 4b).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'extraction (7) comprend au moins un élément d'aspiration (7a).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'extraction (7) est disposé de manière mobile dans la direction horizontale et extrait l'objet hors de l'emballage stérile fendu (3) dans la direction horizontale.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le premier rouleau de serrage (4a) est disposé de manière mobile par rapport au deuxième rouleau de serrage (4b).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend exactement un récipient à déchets.
- Procédé pour extraire un objet stérile (2) hors d'un emballage stérile (3) formé d'une feuille, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- serrage d'une première région partielle (3a) de l'emballage stérile (3) au moyen d'un dispositif de serrage,- retenue d'une deuxième région partielle (3b) de l'emballage stérile (3) au moyen d'un dispositif de retenue, le serrage de la première région partielle (3a) et la retenue de la deuxième région partielle (2b) pouvant s'effectuer en même temps ou l'une après l'autre dans une séquence quelconque, une patte (3a) de l'emballage stérile (3) saillant latéralement depuis l'emballage stérile (3) étant serrée en tant que première région partielle (3a), de sorte qu'une tension soit produite dans la région (3c) qui se situe entre la patte (3a) et la deuxième région partielle (3b) de l'emballage stérile (3),- découpage de l'emballage stérile (3) de telle sorte qu'une fente soit produite dans l'emballage stérile (3) dans la région qui se situe entre la patte (3a) et la deuxième région partielle (3b) de l'emballage stérile (3),- extraction de l'objet stérile (2) hors de l'emballage stérile (3) à travers la fente au moyen d'un dispositif d'extraction (7), et- mise au rebut de l'emballage stérile vide (3).
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage stérile (3) est tendu entre la première région partielle (3a) au niveau de laquelle l'emballage stérile (3) est serré au moyen du dispositif de serrage (4), et la deuxième région partielle (3b) au niveau de laquelle l'emballage stérile (3) est maintenu au moyen du dispositif de retenue (6), et le découpage de l'emballage stérile (3) s'effectue dans la région tendue.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage stérile est tendu en abaissant ou en faisant pivoter le dispositif de serrage (4) et/ou en soulevant le dispositif de retenue (6).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'extraction de l'objet stérile (2) s'effectue dans la direction horizontale.
