Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zunge (10) für einen Schuh, insbesondere Sportschuh, mit wenigstens einer bei Benutzung des Schuhs außenseitig in einem oberen Bereich der Zunge angeordneten Verschlußmitteldurchführung (20) sowie einer rückseitig der Verschlußmitteldurchführung (20) in Richtung eines Benutzers angeordneten Tasche, insbesondere Verschlußmittelaufnahmetasche (30), sowie einen mit einer solchen Zunge ausgestatteten Schuh.

Zunge für einen Schuh sowie Schuh
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zunge für einen Schuh gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 sowie einen Schuh gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 6. Eine Zunge ist ein aligemein bekannter Teil eines Schuhs, der den Schuh gegenüber dem Vorderfuß und Rist eines Trägers nach vorne abschließt. Bei einigen Schuhen, insbesondere bei Sportschuhen, ist die Zunge darüber hinaus Teil eines Schließ- bzw. Schnürsystems, wobei ein bestimmter, üblicherweise mittlerer und/oder oberer Teil der Zunge einem Schließ- bzw. Schnürsystems des Schuhs zugeordnet ist. Ein derartiges Schnür-, respektive Spannsystem für einen Schuh ist beispielsweise in der DE 601 06 816 beschrieben, wobei die dortige Zunge in ihrem oberen Bereich eine Tasche mit Öffnungen aufweist, durch weiche sich die dortigen Schnürsenkel erstrecken und in welcher ein Schnürsenkeiblockiereiement untergebracht werden kann. Nachteilig bei dem in der DE 601 06 816 beschriebenen System ist jedoch die Tatsache, daß das freie, von einem Benutzer während eines Spannens bzw.
Schließens des Schuhs, respektive des Schnürsenkels, zu ergreifende Ende des Schnürsenkels, das dort schlaufenförmig ausgebildet ist, nach einem Blockieren des dortigen Schnürsenkeis in einer Schließposition relativ lang ist und in derselben Tasche verstaut wird, wie das dortige Biockiereiement für den Schnürsenkel, so daß die dortige Tasche einerseits recht groß ausgebildet sein muß und andererseits bei einem Einschieben des überstehenden Schnürsenkeis in die Tasche die Gefahr besteht, das Biockierelement wieder zu lösen, so daß sich die Schnürung des dortigen Schuhs lockert. Darüber hinaus besteht ferner die Gefahr, daß bei einem gewollten oder ungewollten Herausziehen des überstehenden Schnürsenkels das dortige
Blockierelement ebenfalls aus der Tasche gezogen wird und sich möglicherweise ungewollt löst.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, die vorgenannten Nachteile zu beseitigen und eine Zunge für einen Schuh sowie einen Schuh zur Verfügung zu stellen, der ein verbessertes Schließsystem aufweist und darüber hinaus eine sichere Verwahrung eines überstehenden Verschlußmittels, wie beispielsweise eines Schnürsenkels, gewährleistet.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Zunge für einen Schuh gemäß Patentanspruch 1 sowie durch einen mit einer solchen Zunge ausgerüsteten Schuh gemäß Patentanspruch 6 gelöst.
Insbesondere wird die Aufgabe durch eine Zunge für einen Schuh, insbesondere Sportschuh, mit wenigstens einer bei Benutzung des Schuhs außenseitig in einem oberen Bereich der Zunge angeordneten Verschlußmitteldurchführung sowie einer rückseitig der Verschlußmitteldurchführung in Richtung eines Benutzers angeordneten Tasche, insbesondere Verschiußmittelaufnahmetasche, gelöst.
Ein wesentlicher Punkt der Erfindung liegt darin, daß die Zunge wenigstens eine, bei Benutzung des Schuhs außenseitig in einem oberen Bereich der Zunge angeordnete Verschlußmitteldurchführung aufweist, durch welche sich Verschlußmittel, wie beispielsweise Schnürsenkel hindurch erstrecken können, während rückseitig der Ver- schlußmitteidurchführung, d.h. in Richtung eines Benutzers, an der Zunge oder in der Zunge eine Verschiußmittelaufnahmetasche vorgesehen ist, in welche ein überschüssi- ges Verschlußmitte!, wie beispielsweise ein oder mehrere der vorgenannten Schnürsenkel untergebracht werden können. Auf diese Weise äst es erfindungsgemäß möglich, ein Blockiersystem, welches einer Fixierung eines Verschlußmittels, wie eines Schnürsenkels, dient, im oberen Bereich der Zunge an oder in der Verschlußmitteldurchführung unterzubringen, während davon getrennt in einer zwischen Verschiuß- mitteldurchführung und Träger des Schuhs angeordneten Tasche überstehendes und/oder überschüssiges Verschlußmittel, wie vorgenannte Schnürsenkel, untergebracht werden kann, so daß eine gegenseitige Beeinflussung von Biockiersystem und Verschlußmittei nicht zu befürchten ist, so daß ein ungewolltes Öffnen des Blockiersystems durch überschüssiges Verschlußmittel bei einem Verstauen desselben oder einem aus der Tasche Herausholen von Verschlußmittel nicht mehr zu befürchten ist. Gemäß einer besonderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Verschlußmitteldurchführung als Schlaufe ausgebildet, durch die wenigstens ein Verschlußmittei, vorzugsweise wenigstens ein Band oder wenigstens ein Schnürsenkel, geführt ist. Diese erfindungsgemäße Schlaufe kann, je nach Bedarf, entweder als Seil- oder Bandschlaufe ausgebildet sein, wobei jedoch auch eine großflächige taschenförmige Schlaufe in den Umfang der Erfindung fällt, die beispielsweise flächig auf dem vorderen oberen Bereich der Zunge mit vorschlagsweise seitlichen Befestigungspunkten oder -nähten, Nieten oder Kiebung angebracht ist.
Des weiteren ist die Schlaufe erfindungsgemäß elastisch und gegebenenfalls für die Aufnahme und/oder Halterung eines Blockiersystems, insbesondere einer Klemmeinrichtung für das Verschlußmittel ausgebildet, wobei das Blockiersystem in einer seil- oder bandförmigen Schlaufe gehalten und fixiert sein kann, jedoch auch vollständig in einer taschenförmigen Schlaufe untergebracht werden kann. Es sei an dieser Stelle darauf hingewiesen, daß das Blockiersystem entweder als fester Bestandteil der taschenförmigen Schlaufe ausgebildet und in dieser fest integriert sein kann, oder alternativ in diese Tasche einschiebbar und aus dieser herausnehmbar sein kann.
Ferner ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß die Schlaufe eine, insbesondere schlitzförmige, Ausnehmung aufweisen kann, die zur Aufnahme, insbesondere zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme und Halterung des Blockiersystems dient. Auf diese Weise kann das Blockiersystem sicher an oder in der Schlaufe, nämlich in der dafür vorgesehen schlitzförmigen Ausnehmung der Schlaufe untergebracht werden und ist andererseits für eine Handhabung zum Spannen bzw. Schließen des Schuhs sowie zum Lösen des Verschlußmitteis leicht und bequem zugänglich.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Verschlußmitteiaufnah- metasche und/oder die Verschlußmitteldurchführung integral mit der Zunge ausgebildet, so daß sowohl die Verschlußmittelaufnahmetasche und/oder die Verschlußmitteldurchführung vollständig in der Zunge untergebracht sind und somit die Dicke der Zunge nicht oder nur unwesentlich vergrößern. Alternativ kann es vorgesehen sein, daß die Verschiußmitteldurchführung an einen oberen Bereich der Zunge angesetzt und mit diesem vernäht, verklebt, vernietet oder verschweißt ist. Darüber hinaus kann auch die Verschlußmittelaufnahmetasche auf eine bereits bestehende, fertige Zunge aufgenäht oder anderweitig angebracht werden oder im Zuge der Herstellung einer Zunge an diese angesetzt und mit dieser verbunden, insbesondere vernäht oder verklebt, vernietet oder verschweißt werden.
Darüber hinaus wird die Aufgabe der Erfindung durch einen Schuh gelöst, der eine Zunge gemäß den vorgenannten Ausführungen aufweist.

Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen beschrieben, die anhand der Abbildungen näher erläutert werden. Hierbei zeigen;
Fig. 1 eine schematische Darstellung einer ersten erfindungsgemäßen
Ausführungsform einer Verschlußmitteldurchführung sowie einer rückseitig derselben befindlichen Verschlußmittelaufnahmetasche;

In der nachfolgenden Beschreibung werden für gleiche und gleich wirkende Teile dieselben Bezugsziffern verwendet.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine schematische Darstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Verschlußmitteldurchführung 20, durch weiche sich ein Verschlußmittel 40 in Form eines schlaufen- förmig geführten Schnürsenkels 40 hindurch erstreckt. Die Verschlußmitteldurchfüh- rung 20 ist als taschenförmige Schlaufe ausgebildet, in welcher ein Blockiersystem 50 untergebracht ist, durch das sich wiederum die Schnürsenkel 40 hindurch erstrecken. Des weiteren ist aus Fig. 1 erkennbar, daß rückseitig der Verschlußmitteldurchführung 20 eine Verschiußmitteiaufnahmetasche 30 angeordnet ist, in welcher überstehendes, respektive überschüssiges Verschlußmittel 40 untergebracht ist. Wiederum rückseitig der Verschiußmitteiaufnahmetasche 30 kann eine Zunge angeordnet sein, an welche die in Fig. 1 schematisch dargestellte Vorrichtung angenäht sein kann. Alternativ ist es auch möglich, die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Vorrichtung unmittelbar in eine Zunge 10 (in Fig. 1 nicht dargestellt) zu integrieren.
Die Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen jeweils eine schematische Darstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Zunge, wobei bei den in Fig. 2 und Fig. 3 dargestellten Ausführungsformen die Verschlußmitteldurchführung 20 jeweils als taschenförmige Schlaufe ausgebildet ist, die jeweils eine Ausnehmung 60 aufweist, in welcher ein jeweiliges Blockiersystem 50 formschlüssig fixiert werden kann, wenn das Verschlußmittel 40 gespannt und durch das Blockiersystem 50 gehalten wird. Des weiteren ist in Fig. 2 dargestellt, wie sich das Verschlußmittel 40 durch das Blockiersystem 50 sowie durch die Verschluß- mitteldurchführung 20 erstreckt und dort aus einem als Buttonhole bezeichneten
„Knopfloch" heraus erstreckt und als ringförmig verlaufender Schnürsenkel dargestellt ist.
In Fig. 2 ist die Ausnehmung 60, welche sich in der Verschlußmitteldurchführung 20 befindet, noch nicht von dem Blockiersystem 50 belegt, während in Fig. 3 das
Blockiersystem 50 formschlüssig in der Ausnehmung 60 der Verschlußmitteldurchführung 20 gehalten ist. Darüber hinaus ist in Fig. 3 dargestellt, wie das Verschlußmittel 40 in einer rückseitig der Verschlußmitteldurchführung 20 angeordneten Verschiußmitteiaufnahmetasche 30 untergebracht ist. Die freien Enden des Verschlußmittels 40 erstrecken sich in den Figuren 2 und 3 sowie auch in Fig. 1 in Richtung des Schnürsystems eines zugeordneten Schuhs.
Die Figuren 4 bis 7 zeigen, in welcher Weise eine erfindungsgemäße Zunge 10 in einem erfindungsgemäßen Schuh angeordnet ist und in welcher Weise das Ver- Schlußmittel 40 das Schnürsystem des Schuhs bildet und sich durch die Verschlußmitteldurchführung 20 hindurch erstreckt. In der Verschlußmitteldurchführung 20, die gemäß den Figuren 4 bis 7 als taschenförmige Schlaufe ausgebildet ist, welche im hier vorliegenden Fall keine Ausnehmung 60 aufweist, ist das Blockiersystem 50, durch welches sich das Verschlußmittel 40 fixieren läßt, untergebracht, wobei das Blockiersystem 50 von unten, d.h. von dem Schnürsystem des Schuhs kommend in die taschenförmige Schlaufe der Verschlußmitteldurchführung eingeschoben ist, wobei sich das Verschlußmittel 40 oben aus der elastischen taschenförmigen Schlaufe heraus erstreckt. Diese elastische Verschlußmitteldurchführung 20 ist kopfseitig der Zunge 10 angeordnet und so ausgebildet, daß das Verschiußmittel 40 einerseits auf einfache Weise geführt wird, während das Blockiersystem 50 nach einem Spannen des Verschlußmittels 40 in der Ausnehmung 60 gehalten werden kann, wobei die Ausneh- mung 60 so dimensioniert und insbesondere so breit ist, daß sie das Blockiersystem 50 aufnehmen kann, jedoch nicht so breit ist, daß eine Halterung des Blockiersystems 50 nicht sicher möglich wäre.
Die Verschlußmittelaufnahmetasche 30 ist wiederum so ausgebildet, daß das Ver- schiußmittel 40, weiches sich in Richtung Oberseite der Zunge 10 aus dem Blockiersystem 50 durch das vorerwähnte„Knopfloch" der Verschlußmitteldurchführung 20 heraus erstreckt, einfach und sicher untergebracht werden kann, so daß ein überschüssiges Verschiußmittel, insbesondere Schnürsenkel, nicht außerhalb des Schuhs unordentlich herumhängt.
Fig. 8 zeigt eine vergrößerte Darstellung eines oberen Bereichs der Zunge 10 eines erfindungsgemäßen Schuhs mit einer Verschlußmitteldurchführung 20, welche taschenförmig und zur Aufnahme eines Blockiersystems 50 ausgebildet ist. Die Detaildarstellung in Fig. 8 zeigt einen Schuh aus einer Frontansicht, so daß sich das Ver- schiußmittel 40 nach hinten in die Verschlußmittelaufnahmetasche 30 (in Fig. 8 nicht sichtbar) erstreckt. Diese Verschlußmittelaufnahmetasche 30 ist in Fig. 9 gut erkennbar, wobei Fig. 9 darstellt, in welcher Weise das Verschiußmittel 40, welches sich aus dem„Buttonhole" heraus erstreckt, untergebracht werden kann. Somit weist die erfindungsgemäße Zunge in vorteilhafter Weise ein Doppeltaschensystem auf, das einerseits zur Fixierung bzw. Blockierung eines Verschlußmittels, nämlich vorzugsweise eines Schnürsenkels, vorgesehen ist, der sich durch eine taschenförmige Schlaufe erstreckt und dessen Überstand sodann in einer Verschlußmittelaufnahmetasche, welche in Frontalansicht der Zunge hinter der Verschlußmittel- durchführung 20 angeordnet ist, verstaut werden kann.
An dieser Stelle sei darauf hingewiesen, daß alle oben beschriebenen Teile für sich alleine gesehen und in jeder Kombination, insbesondere die in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Details, als erfindungswesentüch beansprucht werden. Abänderungen hiervon sind dem Fachmann geläufig. Bezugszeichen: Zunge

Patentansprüche
1. Zunge (10) für einen Schuh, insbesondere Sportschuh, mit wenigstens einer bei Benutzung des Schuhs außenseitig in einem oberen Bereich der Zunge angeordneten Verschlußmitteldurchführung (20) sowie einer rückseitig der Verschlußmitteldurchführung (20) in Richtung eines Benutzers angeordneten Tasche, insbesondere Verschlußmittelaufnahmetasche (30).
2. Zunge nach Anspruch 1,
d a d u rc h g e ke n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s
die Verschlußmitteldurchführung (20) als Schlaufe ausgebildet ist, durch welche wenigstens ein Verschiußmittel (40), vorzugsweise wenigstens ein Band oder wenigstens ein Schnürsenkel, geführt ist.
3. Zunge nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
d a d u rc h g e ke n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s
die Schlaufe elastisch und gegebenenfalls für die Aufnahme und/oder Halterung eines Blockiersystems (50), insbesondere einer Kiemmeinrichtung, für das Verschlussmittel (40), ausgebildet ist.
4. Zunge nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 2 oder 3,
d a d u rc h g e ke n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s
die Schlaufe eine, insbesondere schlitzförmige, Ausnehmung (60) zur
Aufnahme, insbesondere formschlüssigen Aufnahme und Halterung, des
Blockiersystems (50) aufweist.
5. Zunge nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
d a d u r c h g e ke n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s die Verschlußmittelaufnahmetasche (30) und/oder die Verschlußmitteldurchführung (20) integral mit der Zunge (10) ausgebildet ist.
