Furthermore, the set-up method of the knitted fabric of the present invention may be applied to the formation of the set-up portion of a rib such as a tubular rib when knitting the knitwear in a longitudinal direction.

Claims (2)

  1. Einrichtverfahren eines Gestricks zum Stricken eines Einricht-Teils (100) eines Gestricks unter Verwendung einer Flachstrickmaschine mit wenigstens einem vorderen und einem hinteren Nadelbett sowie einem Fadenführer (8) zum Zuführen eines Strickfadens zu den Nadelbetten, wobei die Maschen zwischen den vorderen und hinteren Nadelbetten umgehängt warden können, durch Bilden einer Basismaschenreihe (10) auf einem der vorderen und hinteren Nadelbetten (FD, BD) und Wiederholen eines Splitstrickens von einer Seite zur anderen Seite in Längsrichtung der Nadelbetten, wobei das Splitstricken umfasst das Ausbilden einer neuen Masche (3) nachfolgend einer Zielmasche (1), die eine der Maschen der Basismaschenreihe (1) ist, und Umhängen der Zielmasche (1) auf eine Stricknadel des gegenüberliegenden anderen Nadelbetts (FD), wobei das Einrichtverfahren des Gestricks durch Wiederholen folgender Schritte gekennzeichnet ist,
    einen Schritt (α) zur Durchführung des Splitstrickens auf der Zielmasche (1) während der Fadenführer (8) in einer Strickrichtung (LS) bewegt wird;
    einen Schritt (β) zum Umhängen einer Erweiterungsmasche (2), die die Zielmasche (1) ist, die durch das Splitstricken im Schritt (α) auf das andere Nadelbett (FD) umgehängt wurde, auf die Stricknadel des Nadelbetts (BD), das dem Nadelbett (FD) gegenüber liegt, auf dem die Erweiterungsmasche (2) gehalten wird;
    einen Schritt (γ) zum Verschieben des Fadenführers (8) in eine Start-End-Richtung (RS) der Erweiterungsmasche (2), die im Schritt (β) umgehängt wurde; und
    einen Schritt (δ) zum Umhängen der Erweiterungsmasche (2) auf das andere Nadelbett (FD),
    wobei die in den Nadelbetten angeordneten Stricknadeln Schiebernadeln sind, die jeweils einen Nadelhauptkörper und einen Schieber mit zwei Blättern aufweist, und eine Richtung der sequentiellen Durchführung des Splitstrickens in Längsrichtung der Nadelbetten die Bildungsrichtung (LS) und eine dazu entgegengesetzte Richtung die Start-End-Richtung (RS) ist.
  2. Einrichtverfahren für das Gestrick nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stricknadel, auf die die Erweiterungsmasche (2) im Schritt (β) umgehängt wurde, eine der sieben Stricknadeln einschließlich einer Stricknadel ist, die der Stricknadel gegenüber liegt, auf der die Erweiterungsmasche (2) vor dem Umhängen und drei Stricknadeln zur Linken und Rechten gehalten wird.
