Claims (3)

  1. Winkelverstellbares Scharnier, benutzt für Möbel mit einem Auflageabschnitt (3) neigbar um eine horizontale Schwenkachse (L13) und von einer gemeinsamen Abdeckung (28) mit Befestigungsgrundabschnitten (40F) (41F) (43F), abgedeckt, das Schwenken in einer Neigungsrichtung (B) in mehreren Stellungen stoppt, um einen gewünschten Neigungswinkel zu halten und gleichzeitig Schwenken des Auflageabschnitt (3) in eine Aufrichtrichtung (A) ermöglicht, gekennzeichnet durch einen Aufbau, in dem:
    ein Schwenkarm (47), der mit dem Auflageabschnitt (3) verbunden ist, ein Verbindungsarm (46), der an dem Befestigungsgrundabschnitt (40F) (41F) (43F) befestigt ist und ein Verbindungsstiftelement (13), das den Schwenkarm (47) und der Verbindungsarm (46) verbindet, vorgesehen sind;
    der Schwenkarm (47) mit einem Schwenkstückabschnitt (11), dessen Basisende (45) mit dem Stiftelement (13) verbunden ist, einer Halterung (48), an der ein innerer Rahmen (49) des Auflageabschnitts (3) befestigt ist und zwei Verbindungsstücke (34) (35), die einen parallelen Verbindungsmechanismus (H) durch Verbinden der Halterung (48) und des Schwenkstückabschnitts (11), ausbilden, versehen ist;
    der Befestigungsarm (46) ein verbindungsstückabschnitt (12), dessen Basisende mit dem Stiftelement (13) verbunden ist, und ein Abdeckelement (7), das an dem Basisende des Verbindungsstückabschnitts (12) befestigt ist, aufweist;
    ein Faltenverhinderungsmechanismus (50) zum Begrenzen der Erzeugung lockerer Falten entlang der Drehung des Auflageabschnitts (3) in eine Aufrichtrichtung (A), vorgesehen ist; und
    der Faltenverhinderungsmechanismus (50) mit der Halterung (48), den zwei Verbindungsteilen (34) (35), die den parallelen Verbindungsmechanismus (H) durch Verbinden der Halterung (48) und des Schwenkstückabschnitts (11), ausbilden und einem Verbindungsarm (37), der eines der Verbindungsstücke (34) (35) und das Abdeckelement (7) verbindet, um die Armlänge (L47) des Schwenkarms (47) durch Bewegen der Halterung (48) in einer Vorderendrichtung (P) entlang der Schwenkung des Auflageabschnitts (3) in die Aufrichtrichtung (A) zu vergrößern, versehen ist.
  2. Winkelverstellbares Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Abdeckelement (7) eine dünne Scheibe ist, und ein Aufbau, eine Dimension und Verbindungsstellen an beiden Enden des Verbindungsarms (37) so eingestellt sind, dass der Verbindungsarm (37) immer mit zumindest einem aus dem scheibenförmigen Abdeckelement (7) und dem Schwenkstückabschnitt (11), betrachtet in einer Richtung parallel zu der horizontalen Schwenkachse (L13), die der Achse des Stiftelements (13) entspricht, überlappt.
  3. Winkelverstellbares Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei eine Spiralfeder (20), die ein Drehwiderstandsmoment (M), zum Begrenzen der Schwenkung des Auflageabschnitts (3) in die Aufrichtrichtung (A) bereitstellt, auf einer Seitenfläche gegenüber einer Seitenfläche des Abdeckelements (7) auf dem der Verbindungsarm (37) angeordnet ist, angeordnet ist.
