Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif autofermant pour portes coulissantes, lesdites portes étant du type qui comprend au moins un vantail coulissant (2) qui est suspendu au profil supérieur (3) et configuré pour être déplacé dans sa direction, comprenant
    • une courroie de transmission (10) aménagée le long du profil supérieur (3) ;
    • une poulie de fermeture (20), pourvue de moyens élastiques (30) qui est aménagée sur un premier axe de rotation (20) solidaire au profil supérieur (3) et qui s'engrène avec une première extrémité (11) de la courroie de transmission (10), où ladite poulie (20) est configurée pour :
    ∘ charger les moyens élastiques (30) pendant l'ouverture du vantail coulissant (2) ; et pour
    ∘ pousser le vantail coulissant (2) pendant sa fermeture à travers le mouvement de rotation dans la direction opposée qui transmet le déchargement des moyens (30) ;
    et ;
    • une poulie de freinage (40) pourvue de moyens d'arrêt (50), qui est aménagée sur un deuxième axe de rotation (5) solidaire au profil supérieur (3) et qui s'engrène avec une deuxième extrémité (12) de la courroie de transmission (10) opposée à la première extrémité (11), le mouvement de rotation des deux poulies (20, 40) étant relié par la courroie de transmission (10), où ladite poulie de freinage (40) est configurée pour :

    ledit dispositif (1) étant caractérisé en ce que la courroie de transmission (10) est configurée pour être reliée au vantail coulissant (2) et
    pour charger les moyens élastiques (30) à travers le mouvement de rotation transmis par ladite courroie de transmission (10)
    et en ce que la poulie de freinage (40) est pourvue d'un
    corps d'arrêt (41) relié au deuxième axe de rotation (5) par le biais d'un troisième palier (42), qui possède un logement intérieur (43) configuré pour loger lesdits moyens d'arrêt (50) et avec une capsule de freinage (44) qui possède des deuxièmes moyens de serrage (45) sur le corps d'arrêt (41) pour contenir les moyens d'arrêt (50), lesdits moyens d'arrêt (50) comprenant :
    - un tambour de frein à friction (51) relié au corps d'arrêt (41) par le biais d'un troisième moyen de serrage 46) ; et
    - un arbre de freinage (52) relié au deuxième axe de rotation (5) par le biais d'un palier unidirectionnel (47), qui est accouplé librement au tambour de frein (51), où ledit palier unidirectionnel (47) est configuré pour :
    ∘ permettre le mouvement de rotation de l'arbre de freinage (52) pendant l'ouverture du vantail coulissant (2), de manière que ledit arbre (52) tourne à la même vitesse et dans la même direction que le tambour de freinage (51), en évitant toute friction entre eux ; et
    ∘ bloquer le mouvement de rotation de l'arbre de freinage (52) dans la direction opposée pendant la fermeture du vantail coulissant (2), de manière que ledit arbre ne se déplace pas et produit de la friction contre le tambour de freinage (51).
  2. Dispositif autofermant pour portes coulissantes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la courroie de transmission (10) est reliée à un patin de connexion (13) solidaire à une collerette de traction (14) qui serre le vantail coulissant (2), où ladite collerette de traction (14) comprend des moyens de roulement (15) configurés pour être déplacés sur un rail de roulement (6) aménagé le long du profil supérieur (3).
  3. Dispositif autofermant pour portes coulissantes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que la poulie de fermeture (20) comprend :
    • un corps de fermeture (21), relié au premier axe de rotation (4) par le biais d'un premier palier (22), qui possède un logement intérieur (23) configuré pour loger les moyens élastiques (30) ; et
    • une capsule de fermeture (24) reliée au premier axe de rotation (4) par le biais d'un deuxième palier (25), qui possède des premiers moyens de fixation (26) sur le corps de fermeture (21) pour contenir les moyens élastiques (30).
  4. Dispositif autofermant pour portes coulissantes selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la poulie de fermeture (20) comprend une paire de rondelles (27) disposées entre les moyens élastiques (30), à l'intérieur du logement intérieur (23), où lesdites rondelles (27) permettent de contenir les efforts axiaux produits par lesdits moyens élastiques (30).
  5. Dispositif autofermant pour portes coulissantes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps de fermeture (21) comprend un premier périmètre denté (28) configuré pour s'engrener avec la courroie de transmission (10).
  6. Dispositif autofermant pour portes coulissantes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques (30) comprennent un ressort à lames (31) présentant une extrémité intérieure (32) reliée au premier axe de rotation (4) et une extrémité extérieure (33) reliée au corps de fermeture (21), où ledit ressort à lames (31) est comprimé pendant l'ouverture du vantail coulissant (2) et décomprimé pendant sa fermeture.
  7. Dispositif autofermant pour portes coulissantes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps d'arrêt (41) comprend un deuxième périmètre denté (48) configuré pour s'engrener avec la courroie de transmission (10).
  8. Dispositif autofermant pour portes coulissantes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'arrêt (50) comprennent un ajusteur de friction (53) accouplé au tambour de frein (51), qui est configuré pour contrôler le niveau de friction entre l'arbre de freinage (52) et le tambour de frein (51).
  9. Dispositif autofermant pour portes coulissantes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de fermeture du vantail coulissant (2) est réalisé à une vitesse constante.
