Abstract

Ein Bearbeitungsprogramm dient zum Betreiben einer Stanzmaschine zum stanzenden Bearbeiten von Werkstücken, insbesondere von Blechen, wobei die Stanzmaschine einen Stanzwerkzeugsatz (17) mit einer Stanzmatrize und einem in die Stanzmatrize eintauchenden Stanzstempel (30) umfasst. Die Stanzmatrize besitzt eine Matrizenöffnung, deren Querschnitt sich in Eintauchrichtung des Stanzstempels (30) ändert. Unter Abtragen von Material in Eintauchrichtung des Stanzstempels (30) ist die Stanzmatrize nachbearbeitet.
Das Bearbeitungsprogramm umfasst Steuerbefehle
● für eine Hubeinrichtung zum Positionieren der Stanzmatrize in Eintauchrichtung des Stanzstempels (30) und/oder
● für eine Stelleinrichtung zum gegenseitigen Positionieren der Stanzmatrize und einer mehrere Stanzstempel (30) umfassenden Stanzstempelanordnung (31) und /oder
● für eine Stelleinrichtung zum gegenseitigen Positionieren des Stanzstempels (30) und einer die Stanzmatrize umfassenden Stanzmatrizenanordnung (27).
Aufgrund der Steuerbefehle positioniert
● die Hubeinrichtung die Stanzmatrize in Eintauchrichtung des der Stanzmatrize zugeordneten Stanzstempels (30) in Abhängigkeit von der Höhe des Materialabtrages an der Stanzmatrize und/oder
● die Stelleinrichtung die Stanzstempelanordnung (31) und die Stanzmatrize bzw. die Stanzmatrizenanordnung (27) und den Stanzstempel (30) relativ zueinander in Abhängigkeit von einer Stanzstempelzuordnung und/oder von einer Werkstückdickenzuordnung der Stanzmatrize, welche in Abhängigkeit von der mit der Nachbearbeitung der Stanzmatrize verbundenen Änderung des Matrizen-Schneidkantenquerschnittes einerseits und dem Querschnitt des Stanzstempels (30) und/oder der bei der Werkstückbearbeitung zu durchdringenden Werkstückdicke andererseits vorgesehen ist.
Ein Computerprogrammprodukt umfasst Kodierungsmittel, aufgrund derer das Bearbeitungsprogramm durchgeführt wird, wenn das Computerprogrammprodukt auf einer Datenverarbeitungsanlage einer Stanzmaschine zum stanzenden Bearbeiten von Werkstücken, insbesondere von Blechen, betrieben wird.
Ein Verfahren zum stanzenden Bearbeiten von Werkstücken, insbesondere von Blechen, umfasst das vorstehend beschriebene Bearbeitungsprogramm.
