Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for filling a thin-walled transport container with notes of value.
  • the device comprises a supply unit for supplying the notes of value and a stacking unit for stacking the supplied notes of value.
  • the device according to the invention is used in particular in automated teller machines, preferably cash deposit machines, and automatic safe cash registers into which notes of value are deposited.
  • the paid-in notes of value are stored in transport containers, for example, depending on their value and / or their size.
  • cash boxes and thin-walled transport containers are used as transport containers.
  • the notes of value are stored in the transport containers in a stacked form and the transport containers are closed after they have been filled with the notes of value.
  • the closed transport containers are removed from the ATM or the automatic cash register system by a value transport company.
  • Another device for filling a thin-walled transport container is from the document EP 08 522 279 A2 known. After filling, the safebag is welded.
  • the document DE 42 24 223 A1 describes a locking frame for safebags.
  • a first aspect not according to the invention relates to a device for filling a thin-walled transport container with notes of value with a feed unit for supplying the notes of value, a stacking unit for stacking the supplied notes of value and a receiving unit for receiving the thin-walled transport container.
  • the receiving unit comprises a carrier unit which is pivotably mounted about an axis of rotation. When filled with notes of value, the thin-walled transport container rests on at least part of the carrier unit when the carrier unit is pivoted about the axis of rotation.
  • the carrier unit is in particular a plate on which the transport container filled with notes of value rests.
  • the carrier unit and the side elements thus form a trough with a U-shaped basic shape.
  • the filled transport container is arranged within this tub, which prevents the filled transport container from slipping sideways.
  • An empty thin-walled transport container can then be placed over the U-shaped tub with the inside turned outwards. When the notes of value are fed into the transport container, the outwardly turned inside of the thin-walled transport container is then turned inward again.
  • Such a method for filling a thin-walled transport container is in the unpublished document DE 10 2008 061 530 disclosed.
  • the description of the in the document DE 10 2008 061 530 The proposed method for filling at least one thin-walled transport container and the device proposed in the same document for storing at least one object of value are hereby incorporated into the present description by reference.
  • the receiving area for receiving the notes of value which is formed by turning the inside turned outward, is arranged inside the U-shaped tub.
  • the side elements form a separation between the part with the inside of the thin-walled transport container turned outwards and the part with the inside of the transport container already turned inwards again.
  • a translation unit is provided for moving the carrier unit in at least one direction.
  • the translation unit is formed in particular by two rails and a slide arranged on these rails so as to be movable in their longitudinal direction.
  • the carrier unit can be pivotably connected to the slide with the aid of an axis, the axis forming the axis of rotation. Handling is further simplified by the combination of a translational movement and the pivoting movement.
  • the slide and the carrier unit connected to the slide and thus also the thin-walled transport container can be pulled out on the rails from the system in which the device for filling the thin-walled transport container is arranged. By pivoting the carrier unit and thus the thin-walled transport container upwards relative to the carriage, the filled thin-walled transport container can be easily removed.
  • the preset angle preferably has a value in the range from 20 ° to 60 °.
  • a second aspect not according to the invention relates to a device for filling a thin-walled transport container with notes of value.
  • the device comprises a supply unit for supplying the notes of value, a stacking unit for stacking the supplied notes of value and a holding unit for holding a first closure element and a second closure element in a preset supply position in which notes of value can be supplied to the thin-walled transport container.
  • the first closure element and the second closure element serve to close the thin-walled transport container filled with notes of value.
  • the holding unit comprises a first holding element which contacts a first end of the first closure element, and a second holding element which contacts a second end of the first closure element opposite the first end.
  • the holding unit comprises a third holding element which contacts a first end of the second closure element and a fourth holding element which contacts a second end of the second closure element opposite the first end. Furthermore, the holding unit has an elastic element which, via the holding elements, holds the closure elements at a preset minimum distance from one another, at least when the transport container is being filled.
  • the preset minimum distance is preferably at least as large as the short sides of the banknote with the longest short side of all banknotes to be received in the thin-walled transport container.
  • the second aspect ensures that all notes of value to be fed to the thin-walled transport container can also be fed to it without any problems.
  • the elastic element ensures that the closure elements can be brought together when the filled transport container is closed without having to be detached from the holding elements. Furthermore, the elastic element makes it easy to equip the holding unit with the closure elements and the thin-walled transport container.
  • the first closure element preferably comprises a plurality of first latching elements and the second closure element comprises a plurality of second latching elements that are complementary to the first latching elements.
  • the first latching elements of the first closure element snap into the second latching elements of the second closure element.
  • the two closure elements are preferably connected to one another via two connection elements, so that the two closure elements together with the connection elements form a closed frame.
  • the frame is in particular made in one piece.
  • the structure and function of the closure elements and the frame are in the document, which was not previously published DE 10 2008 061 529 described in detail.
  • the description of the device and the method for closing at least one thin-walled transport container having at least one opening according to the document DE 10 2008 061 529 is hereby incorporated into the present description by reference.
  • first holding element and the third holding element are connected to one another via a first elastic element and the second holding element and the fourth holding element are connected to one another via a second elastic element.
  • first holding element can be connected to the receiving unit using a third elastic element, the second holding element using a fourth elastic element, the third holding element using a fifth elastic element and the fourth holding element using a sixth elastic element.
  • the first, the second, the third, the fourth, the fifth and / or the sixth elastic element preferably comprise one spring each.
  • coiled torsion springs preferably tension springs, and / or gas pressure springs are used as springs.
  • Such springs can be obtained simply and inexpensively.
  • the holding elements are movably arranged so that the first closure element and / or the second closure element for closing the thin-walled transport container can be moved relative to one another in such a way that the latching elements of the closure elements snap into one another. In this way it is achieved that the closure elements snap into one another without the contact with the holding elements having to be broken. As a result, the retaining elements achieve uniform guidance of the closure elements during closure.
  • a third aspect not according to the invention relates to a device for filling a thin-walled transport container with an opening with notes of value.
  • This device comprises a supply unit for supplying the notes of value, a stacking unit for stacking the supplied notes of value and a shifting unit for moving a stack of notes produced with the aid of the stacking unit into the thin-walled transport container.
  • the shifting unit shifts the stack of notes into the transport container at least so far that there is a preset minimum distance between the opening of the transport container and the note last fed to the transport container.
  • the stacking unit comprises at least one impeller.
  • the stacking unit preferably comprises at least three impellers.
  • the impellers are also known as stacker wheels.
  • Such an impeller has elastic blades which are curved in the circumferential direction and which, together with the adjacent blade, form a receiving area for receiving a note of value.
  • the merged notes of value are each conveyed at high speed into a receiving area of the rotating impeller and, after a partial rotation of the impeller, stripped from the respective receiving area.
  • a support element is provided on which the notes of value of the stack of notes produced with the aid of the collecting unit are arranged standing on one of their longitudinal edges.
  • the stack of banknotes preferably slides over the support element when the stack of banknotes is moved into the transport container. In this way it is achieved that the value note stack can be transported into the opening of the thin-walled transport container without one or more of the value notes of the value note stack getting caught with components arranged in front of the opening or without value notes of the value note stack being lost during transport.
  • the support element is arranged in a first position partly inside the opening of the transport part and if in a second position the support element is arranged completely outside the opening.
  • the support element is pivoted between the first and the second position in particular with the aid of a pivoting device, by means of which the support element is arranged such that it can pivot about an axis of rotation.
  • In the first position safe transport of the stack of notes into the transport container is guaranteed.
  • the notes of value cannot fall into a gap located in front of the opening of the transport container.
  • the arrangement of the support element outside the opening in the second position means that the opening can be closed with the aid of the two closure elements.
  • the displacement unit comprises an L-shaped element, preferably several L-shaped elements.
  • a contact area of a first leg of the L-shaped element can contact the value note stack when the value note stack is shifted.
  • the second leg of the L-shaped element is at least as long as the preset minimum distance.
  • a drive unit which moves a pressure area of the displacement unit into the opening of the transport container and out of the opening of the transport container.
  • the pressure area of the displacement unit is in particular that area with the help of which the stack of notes is pressed into the transport container or further into the transport container via contact with the pressure area.
  • the displacement unit is displaced in particular with the aid of two toothed belts guided over a plurality of deflection elements.
  • a fourth aspect not according to the invention relates to a device for filling a thin-walled transport container with notes of value.
  • the device comprises a feed unit for feeding the notes of value, a stacking unit for stacking of the supplied notes of value and a retaining unit for holding notes of value transported into the thin-walled transport container in the orientation in which they were fed to the transport container.
  • the restraint unit comprises a restraint element which is arranged outside the transport container and which is mounted pivotably about an axis of rotation. The retaining element is arranged in a first position in such a way that the notes of value can be fed to the transport container.
  • the retaining element deforms the transport container in such a way that the notes of value received in the transport container are held upright on their long sides. In particular, this prevents the notes of value from tipping over against the direction in which the notes of value are fed.
  • the retaining element ensures that the notes of value remain essentially in the orientation in which they were fed to the transport container, even if the displacement unit, with the aid of which the notes of value were moved into the transport container, no longer contacts the notes of value.
  • the retaining element is preferably a rod clamped on both sides, in particular a round rod, the length of which is preferably greater than the width of the filled, thin-walled transport container.
  • the rod is arranged in particular above the upper side of the thin-walled transport container. By lowering the rod slightly, the thin-walled transport container is deformed over its entire width in such a way that the notes of value arranged in it cannot tip over.
  • the rod is arranged in particular such that the distance between the rod and the opening of the thin-walled transport container is smaller than the minimum distance in which the notes of value moved into the transport container with the aid of the displacement unit are arranged for opening.
  • the retaining element does not deform the thin-walled transport container in the first position and presses in the thin-walled transport container in the second position. It is particularly advantageous if the retaining element does not contact the thin-walled transport container in the first position.
  • the invention relates to a device for filling a thin-walled transport container having an opening with notes of value, with a feed unit for feeding in the notes of value.
  • the device comprises a stacking unit for stacking the supplied notes of value and a closing unit for closing a closure unit.
  • the opening of the thin-walled transport container is closed with the aid of the closure elements of the closure unit.
  • the closing unit comprises a first pressure element and a second pressure element arranged parallel to the first pressure element. To close the closure unit, the first pressure element exerts a force on a first closure element of the closure unit.
  • the second pressure element exerts a force on a second closure element of the closure unit and / or supports the second closure element.
  • the exertion of a force on one of the closure elements can be both an active exertion of a force (actio) and the response to a force on the closure element exerted force as a counterforce (reaction).
  • the first pressure element is mounted in such a way that, in order to close the closure unit, it can be moved in the direction of the second closure element to such an extent that the closure unit is closed by bringing the two closure elements together.
  • the force exerted on the closure unit via the pressure elements is that which is necessary for engaging the first locking elements of the first locking element in the second locking elements of the second locking element. This ensures that the opening of the thin-walled transport container is closed in an audit-proof manner.
  • the pressure elements are mounted in such a way that, in order to close the closure unit, the first pressure element can be moved in the direction of the second pressure element and the second pressure element can be moved in the direction of the first pressure element. It is particularly advantageous if the distance by which the first pressure element is moved in the direction of the second pressure element and the distance by which the second pressure element is moved in the direction of the first pressure element are identical. This ensures that the closure unit is closed approximately in the middle of the opening of the transport container. In this way, a uniform, secure closure of the opening of the thin-walled transport container is ensured.
  • the first pressure element and the second pressure element preferably each include a stiffening element for elevation the bending stiffness.
  • the stiffening elements have the effect that the pressure elements do not bend when the force necessary for engaging the first latching elements of the first closure element in the second latching elements of the second closure element is exerted on the closure elements. This ensures that the necessary force is transmitted and that the locking elements lock into one another.
  • first pressure element and the second pressure element each have an L-shaped profile, at least in a partial area. This achieves the necessary flexural rigidity in a simple manner. It is particularly advantageous if a first leg of the first pressure element and a first leg of the second pressure element are arranged overlapping or next to one another when the first pressure element and the second pressure element are in an end position moved towards one another.
  • the end position is that position in which the two pressure elements are moved towards one another to such an extent that the locking elements of the two locking elements lock into one another. In this way it is achieved that the first two legs of the two pressure elements do not hinder each other in the end position and thus the pressure elements can be moved closer to one another.
  • the drive unit comprises in particular an electric motor, preferably a stepping motor.
  • the first pressure element and / or the second Pressure elements are preferably connected to the drive unit via a respective toggle joint.
  • the toggle joint ensures that the force necessary for the locking elements to engage is transmitted to the locking elements via the pressure elements.
  • a link control can also be provided instead of the toggle joint.
  • the thin-walled transport container is in particular a bag, preferably a bag made of foil and / or fabric material.
  • a bag made of foil and / or fabric material.
  • Such bags are easy to manufacture and inexpensive to procure.
  • the notes of value are in particular bank notes.

  • the device 10 is used in particular in deposit machines, in automatic safe cash registers and in automatic cash register systems, as well as in the back office area of retail companies for processing the receipts of value before the transfer to a value transport company.
  • the notes of value are in particular bank notes. Furthermore, the notes of value can also be checks, for example.
  • the thin-walled transport container 12 is in particular a bag, preferably a bag made from plastic film and / or fabric material.
  • the bag 12 is made in particular of polyethylene and has a wall thickness in the range between 0.05 mm and 0.1 mm.
  • the bag 12 is also referred to as a safebag and is preferably designed in the form of a block bottom bag, i. H. the bottom of the bag 12 is folded and is thus stiffened in a pre-stable manner.
  • the bag 12 is placed over a frame 16, in particular with the inside turned outward.
  • the notes of value are transported against the bottom of the bag 12 or against the notes of value already deposited in the bag 12, as a result of which the outwardly turned inside of the bag 12 is turned inward again.
  • the bag 12 is guided gradually and / or continuously around the frame 16 and transported through the opening of the frame 16.
  • the opening of the frame 16 is in particular rectangular and at least as large like the largest note to be held in bag 12.
  • the opening of the frame 16 is preferably somewhat larger than the largest value note to be received in the bag 12.
  • the notes of value are stacked in an orderly manner in the bag 12 by forming a stack standing on one of their long sides with the front and rear sides lying against one another. In particular, up to 2000 notes of value can be accommodated in the bag 12.
  • the bag 12 is closed with the aid of the frame 16.
  • only that part of the bag 12 in which the notes of value are arranged is closed. This ensures that the ordered stack of notes of value is retained even when the bag 12 is removed and the bag 12 is transported, and the stack formed from the notes of value can thus be further processed by machine without manual processing.
  • the frame 16 is preferably made of polypropylene or acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene.
  • the frame 16 comprises two locking elements 18, 20, the first locking element 18 including first locking elements and the second locking element 20 having the same number of second locking elements complementary to the first locking elements.
  • the first closure element 18 and the second closure element 20 are connected to one another via two connecting elements, so that a closed frame 16 is formed.
  • the two closure elements 18, 20 are moved towards one another in such a way that the first latching elements engage in the second latching elements.
  • the two side walls of the bag 12 are hit.
  • the locking elements cannot be detached from the bag 12 without being destroyed. In this way, the bag 12 is closed in an audit-proof manner. Opening the closure elements 18, 20 of the frame 16 is not possible without being destroyed and is therefore easily recognizable. Any manipulations can be recognized quickly and easily.
  • Such a frame 16 is used in the non-prepublished document DE 10 2008 061 529 described.
  • the device 10 comprises a feed unit 100, a stacking unit 200, a closing unit 300, a receiving unit 400, a retaining unit 500, an in Figure 1 not visible holding unit 600 and an in Figure 1 also not visible displacement unit 700.
