Definitions

  • the invention relates to a container for receiving notes, comprising a housing part having at least one opening in which the notes of value can be received, and a lid for closing this opening.
  • the cover comprises a closure element that can be moved in at least one unlocking direction, wherein the closure element engages in a locked state with an engagement region of the housing part that is complementary to the closure element, so that the cover is firmly connected to the housing part.
  • the closure element is movable for locking in the unlocking in an unlocked state, so that the lid can be opened.
  • the invention relates to a method for closing a container comprising a housing part and a lid for receiving notes of value.
  • the container is a cash box which is used in ATMs, automatic POS systems and / or automatic cash safes.
  • cash cassettes are used for receiving banknotes and for transporting the banknotes between the ATMs, automatic POS systems, automatic cash safes and / or so-called cash centers at value-transporting companies or central banks.
  • Known cash boxes comprise a lid that can be detached from the cash box, so that employees of the cash center can easily receive the bank notes received in the cash box and / or can easily fill the cashbox with banknotes.
  • the lid is connected to the cash box via a shutter mechanism, the shutter mechanism comprising at least one shutter member which is held in a locked position by means of a tension spring.
  • the closure element To unlock the closure element is moved against the force of the tension spring by the manual operation of a button by an operator, so that the closure element is no longer in engagement with a housing part of the cashbox and the lid can be removed or opened.
  • This springs are used, the spring constant has a relatively small value, so that the cassette can be easily opened by the operator.
  • the disadvantage of this is that the cassette lid can jump open accidentally when a force is exerted on the cassette, for example, when the cassette is accidentally dropped, because by the closure element due to its inertia and its momentum upon impact from the locked state against the due low spring constant low force of the tension spring is moved to the unlocked state.
  • a coin cassette which comprises a housing and a lid for closing an opening of the housing. Furthermore, a locking unit is provided for locking the lid.
  • the cashbox has a securing element which can be actuated via an electromagnet, wherein the locking unit is movable only in a predetermined position of the cashbox.
  • a securing element rotatably mounted about a rotation axis, which is arranged in a horizontal, first position of the container in such a way that the closure element is movable into the unlocked state for unlocking in the unlatching direction and in a second position of the container due to its gravitational force the first position of the container is rotated relative to the housing part is that a securing portion of the securing element prevents movement of the closure element from the locked state to the unlocked state, it is achieved that the closure element in a jerky loading of the container, in particular when falling down the container, due to its momentum and its inertia not in unlocking is moved to the unlocked state.
  • the container is inclined in the second position relative to the first position by at least a minimum inclination angle.
  • the first position is in particular the position in which the notes of value are supplied to the container. When the container falls down, it is inclined relative to the first position, in particular by an angle of approximately 90 °. In the second position, the container is in particular inclined in such a way that the front end of the container, viewed in the unlocking direction, points downwards in the direction of the ground.
  • the housing part and the securing element are in particular arranged relative to one another in such a way that the securing area of the securing element projects in the unlocking direction is arranged in the locked state closure element.
  • the securing area mechanically prevents a displacement of the closure element in the unlocked state.
  • the securing element is in this case preferably arranged such that the closure element, although a little in the unlocking direction is movable, but not so far that the closure element is movable from the locked to the unlocked state.
  • the securing region of the securing element can be arranged flush in front of the closure element when the container is arranged in the second position, so that the closure element is not movable in the unlocking direction.
  • the securing element is in particular rotatably attached to the housing part about the axis of rotation. If the container and thus also the housing part are rotated about an axis running parallel to the axis of rotation of the securing element, the securing element retains its absolute orientation due to the rotatable mounting and its gravity, so that the orientation of the housing part and the securing element changes relative to one another. This ensures that the securing element and the housing part are automatically arranged at an inclination of the container at least by the minimum inclination angle to each other such that the securing element prevents movement of the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state. A movement of the fuse element by an actuator and / or a manual movement of the fuse element are not required.
  • the container is preferably a cash box, in particular banknotes can be received as notes of value.
  • the first position is preferably the position of the cashbox that has the cashbox when it is inserted in an ATM, in an automatic checkout system or in an automatic cashbox.
  • the cashbox has a handle for carrying the cashbox, wherein the cashbox is inclined to carry at this handle by at least the minimum inclination angle.
  • the container is preferably inclined at an inclination about the minimum inclination angle such that the end located in the unlocking direction of the container is inclined downwards. If such a container, which is inclined at least by the minimum inclination angle, experiences an impact-like load, then the closure element is held in the locked state on the basis of the securing element pivoted in front of the closure element in the unlocking direction.
  • a housing bottom formed from a region of the housing part of the container is arranged horizontally in the first position and if the securing element prevents the closure element from moving from the locked state to the unlocked state as soon as the container is at least 15 ° from the first Position is inclined. This ensures that the securing element already at a low inclination of the container is so arranged that the closure element is not movable from the locked to the unlocked state, so that even with a slight inclination of the container at a shock load of the container, the closure element can not lose engagement with the engagement portion of the housing part.
  • the securing element due to its gravity and the rotatable mounting from a position in which it prevents a movement of the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state, automatically relative to the housing part again to a position in which the closure element from the locked state to the unlocked state, rotates when the container, after being inclined at least by the minimum inclination angle, is returned to a position where it is not inclined or inclined by an angle smaller than the minimum inclination angle.
  • the securing element has in particular the shape of a hook having two limbs. A first end portion of the first leg is connected to a first end portion of the second leg. The axis of rotation extends through a first end region opposite the second end portion of the first leg.
  • the securing element is in particular shaped such that the center of gravity of the securing element is located within the first leg and as close as possible to the second leg facing surface of the first leg is arranged.
  • the distance of the center of gravity of the securing element to the second leg facing surface of the first leg is preferably less than the distance of the center of gravity to the second leg facing away from the surface of the first leg.
  • a corresponding position of the center of gravity is in particular achieved in that the second leg has a recess for weight saving.
  • the securing region is in particular formed by a second end region of the second limb opposite the first end region of the second limb. Due to the above-described arrangement of the center of gravity ensures that the securing element is pivoted so even at a low minimum inclination angle relative to the housing part, that the securing element prevents movement of the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state. Thus, the fuse element does not have to be moved by an actuator and / or a manual intervention in the position in which the securing element prevents movement of the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state, as this is done automatically by the gravity of the fuse element. Thus, in contrast to a manual movement of a securing element, the movement of the securing element into the position preventing a movement of the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state can not be forgotten.
  • the securing region of the securing element has a protrusion, preferably a nose, on.
  • the closure member has a complementary recess to this survey, wherein the recess and the projections are arranged such that they at least then engage each other when the container is inclined at least by the minimum inclination angle, so that the securing element is rotated such that it is Moving the closure element prevents the locked from unlocked in the unlocked state, and when a directed counter to the unlocking shock on the container acts. This impact causes the closure element to be moved in the unlatching direction by its momentum and its mass inertia.
  • the securing element Before the impact acts on the container, the securing element is indeed arranged such that the closure element can not be brought into the unlocked state, but the elevation and the recess are not yet engaged. Only by the action of the shock, the closure element is moved so far in unlocking that the survey and the recess are engaged. This ensures that the securing element is not rotated due to the shock again relative to the housing part such that the closure element is movable in the unlocked state.
  • the closure element for example, by a tension spring again moves against the Entriegelungsraum so that the survey and the recess are no longer engaged.
  • the securing element is again movable relative to the closure element, so that the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state is movable when the container is inclined by an angle smaller than the minimum inclination angle.
  • closure element is held in the locked state by means of an elastic element, preferably a tension spring. This ensures that the closure element in a simple manner, in particular by the manual operation of a button, from the locked to the unlocked state is movable.
  • the closure element is a first closure element.
  • the lid comprises a latch slide having the first closure element, a second, a third and a fourth closure element.
  • the closure elements are preferably each L-shaped.
  • the closure elements are in the locked state in each case with an engagement portion of the housing in engagement.
  • the lid is secured more securely to the housing part than when using only one closure element.
  • the bolt slide in particular an actuating element, by the manual operation of the bolt slide is movable in unlocking so that the closure elements are no longer engaged with the housing part.
  • the container may comprise a further securing element which controls the movement of the second closure element from locked in the unlocked state prevented when the container is located in the second position.
  • a plurality of further securing element may comprise, each securing element respectively preventing the movement of a closure element from the locked to the unlocked state when the container is arranged in the second position.
  • Another aspect of the invention relates to a method for closing a container comprising a housing part and a lid for receiving banknotes.
  • a closure element of the lid for locking the container with a complementary formed to the closure element engaging portion of the housing is engaged, so that the lid is firmly connected in this locked state with the housing part.
  • For unlocking the closure element is moved in an unlocking in an unlocked state, so that the lid can be opened.
  • a securing element rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation and arranged in a horizontal, first position of the container such that the closure element is movable from the locked to the unlocked state is rotated by its gravity relative to the housing part, so that by a securing region of the securing element Moving the closure element is prevented from the locked state to the unlocked state, when the container is inclined relative to the first position by at least a minimum inclination angle.
