Definitions

  • the invention relates to a container for receiving notes, comprising a housing part having at least one opening in which the notes of value can be received, and a lid for closing this opening.
  • the cover comprises a closure element that can be moved in at least one unlocking direction, wherein the closure element engages in a locked state with an engagement region of the housing part that is complementary to the closure element, so that the cover is firmly connected to the housing part.
  • the closure element is movable for locking in the unlocking in an unlocked state, so that the lid can be opened.
  • the invention relates to a method for closing a container comprising a housing part and a lid for receiving notes of value.
  • the container is a cash box which is used in ATMs, automatic POS systems and / or automatic cash safes.
  • cash cassettes are used for receiving banknotes and for transporting the banknotes between the ATMs, automatic POS systems, automatic cash safes and / or so-called cash centers at value-transporting companies or central banks.
  • Known cash boxes comprise a lid that can be detached from the cash box, so that employees of the cash center can easily receive the bank notes received in the cash box and / or can easily fill the cashbox with banknotes.
  • the lid is connected to the cash box via a shutter mechanism, the shutter mechanism comprising at least one shutter member which is held in a locked position by means of a tension spring.
  • the closure element To unlock the closure element is moved against the force of the tension spring by the manual operation of a button by an operator, so that the closure element is no longer in engagement with a housing part of the cashbox and the lid can be removed or opened.
  • This springs are used, the spring constant has a relatively small value, so that the cassette can be easily opened by the operator.
  • the disadvantage of this is that the cassette lid can jump open accidentally when a force is exerted on the cassette, for example, when the cassette is accidentally dropped, because by the closure element due to its inertia and its momentum upon impact from the locked state against the due low spring constant low force of the tension spring is moved to the unlocked state.
  • a coin cassette which comprises a housing and a lid for closing an opening of the housing. Furthermore, a locking unit is provided for locking the lid.
  • the cashbox has a securing element which can be actuated via an electromagnet, wherein the locking unit is movable only in a predetermined position of the cashbox.
  • a securing element rotatably mounted about a rotation axis, which is arranged in a horizontal, first position of the container in such a way that the closure element is movable into the unlocked state for unlocking in the unlatching direction and in a second position of the container due to its gravitational force the first position of the container is rotated relative to the housing part is that a securing portion of the securing element prevents movement of the closure element from the locked state to the unlocked state, it is achieved that the closure element in a jerky loading of the container, in particular when falling down the container, due to its momentum and its inertia not in unlocking is moved to the unlocked state.
  • the container is inclined in the second position relative to the first position by at least a minimum inclination angle.
  • the first position is in particular the position in which the notes of value are supplied to the container. When the container falls down, it is inclined relative to the first position, in particular by an angle of approximately 90 °. In the second position, the container is in particular inclined in such a way that the front end of the container, viewed in the unlocking direction, points downwards in the direction of the ground.
  • the housing part and the securing element are in particular arranged relative to one another in such a way that the securing area of the securing element projects in the unlocking direction is arranged in the locked state closure element.
  • the securing area mechanically prevents a displacement of the closure element in the unlocked state.
  • the securing element is in this case preferably arranged such that the closure element, although a little in the unlocking direction is movable, but not so far that the closure element is movable from the locked to the unlocked state.
  • the securing region of the securing element can be arranged flush in front of the closure element when the container is arranged in the second position, so that the closure element is not movable in the unlocking direction.
  • the securing element is in particular rotatably attached to the housing part about the axis of rotation. If the container and thus also the housing part are rotated about an axis running parallel to the axis of rotation of the securing element, the securing element retains its absolute orientation due to the rotatable mounting and its gravity, so that the orientation of the housing part and the securing element changes relative to one another. This ensures that the securing element and the housing part are automatically arranged at an inclination of the container at least by the minimum inclination angle to each other such that the securing element prevents movement of the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state. A movement of the fuse element by an actuator and / or a manual movement of the fuse element are not required.
  • the container is preferably a cash box, in particular banknotes can be received as notes of value.
  • the first position is preferably the position of the cashbox that has the cashbox when it is inserted in an ATM, in an automatic checkout system or in an automatic cashbox.
  • the cashbox has a handle for carrying the cashbox, wherein the cashbox is inclined to carry at this handle by at least the minimum inclination angle.
  • the container is preferably inclined at an inclination about the minimum inclination angle such that the end located in the unlocking direction of the container is inclined downwards. If such a container, which is inclined at least by the minimum inclination angle, experiences an impact-like load, then the closure element is held in the locked state on the basis of the securing element pivoted in front of the closure element in the unlocking direction.
  • a housing bottom formed from a region of the housing part of the container is arranged horizontally in the first position and if the securing element prevents the closure element from moving from the locked state to the unlocked state as soon as the container is at least 15 ° from the first Position is inclined. This ensures that the securing element already at a low inclination of the container is so arranged that the closure element is not movable from the locked to the unlocked state, so that even with a slight inclination of the container at a shock load of the container, the closure element can not lose engagement with the engagement portion of the housing part.
  • the securing element due to its gravity and the rotatable mounting from a position in which it prevents a movement of the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state, automatically relative to the housing part again to a position in which the closure element from the locked state to the unlocked state, rotates when the container, after being inclined at least by the minimum inclination angle, is returned to a position where it is not inclined or inclined by an angle smaller than the minimum inclination angle.
  • the securing element has in particular the shape of a hook having two limbs. A first end portion of the first leg is connected to a first end portion of the second leg. The axis of rotation extends through a first end region opposite the second end portion of the first leg.
  • the securing element is in particular shaped such that the center of gravity of the securing element is located within the first leg and as close as possible to the second leg facing surface of the first leg is arranged.
  • the distance of the center of gravity of the securing element to the second leg facing surface of the first leg is preferably less than the distance of the center of gravity to the second leg facing away from the surface of the first leg.
  • a corresponding position of the center of gravity is in particular achieved in that the second leg has a recess for weight saving.
  • the securing region is in particular formed by a second end region of the second limb opposite the first end region of the second limb. Due to the above-described arrangement of the center of gravity ensures that the securing element is pivoted so even at a low minimum inclination angle relative to the housing part, that the securing element prevents movement of the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state. Thus, the fuse element does not have to be moved by an actuator and / or a manual intervention in the position in which the securing element prevents movement of the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state, as this is done automatically by the gravity of the fuse element. Thus, in contrast to a manual movement of a securing element, the movement of the securing element into the position preventing a movement of the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state can not be forgotten.
  • the securing region of the securing element has a protrusion, preferably a nose, on.
  • the closure member has a complementary recess to this survey, wherein the recess and the projections are arranged such that they at least then engage each other when the container is inclined at least by the minimum inclination angle, so that the securing element is rotated such that it is Moving the closure element prevents the locked from unlocked in the unlocked state, and when a directed counter to the unlocking shock on the container acts. This impact causes the closure element to be moved in the unlatching direction by its momentum and its mass inertia.
  • the securing element Before the impact acts on the container, the securing element is indeed arranged such that the closure element can not be brought into the unlocked state, but the elevation and the recess are not yet engaged. Only by the action of the shock, the closure element is moved so far in unlocking that the survey and the recess are engaged. This ensures that the securing element is not rotated due to the shock again relative to the housing part such that the closure element is movable in the unlocked state.
  • the closure element for example, by a tension spring again moves against the Entriegelungsraum so that the survey and the recess are no longer engaged.
  • the securing element is again movable relative to the closure element, so that the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state is movable when the container is inclined by an angle smaller than the minimum inclination angle.
  • closure element is held in the locked state by means of an elastic element, preferably a tension spring. This ensures that the closure element in a simple manner, in particular by the manual operation of a button, from the locked to the unlocked state is movable.
  • the closure element is a first closure element.
  • the lid comprises a latch slide having the first closure element, a second, a third and a fourth closure element.
  • the closure elements are preferably each L-shaped.
  • the closure elements are in the locked state in each case with an engagement portion of the housing in engagement.
  • the lid is secured more securely to the housing part than when using only one closure element.
  • the bolt slide in particular an actuating element, by the manual operation of the bolt slide is movable in unlocking so that the closure elements are no longer engaged with the housing part.
  • the container may comprise a further securing element which controls the movement of the second closure element from locked in the unlocked state prevented when the container is located in the second position.
  • a plurality of further securing element may comprise, each securing element respectively preventing the movement of a closure element from the locked to the unlocked state when the container is arranged in the second position.
  • Another aspect of the invention relates to a method for closing a container comprising a housing part and a lid for receiving banknotes.
  • a closure element of the lid for locking the container with a complementary formed to the closure element engaging portion of the housing is engaged, so that the lid is firmly connected in this locked state with the housing part.
  • For unlocking the closure element is moved in an unlocking in an unlocked state, so that the lid can be opened.
  • a securing element rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation and arranged in a horizontal, first position of the container such that the closure element is movable from the locked to the unlocked state is rotated by its gravity relative to the housing part, so that by a securing region of the securing element Moving the closure element is prevented from the locked state to the unlocked state, when the container is inclined relative to the first position by at least a minimum inclination angle.

The invention relates to a container for receiving notes, comprising a housing part having at least one opening in which the notes of value can be received, and a lid for closing this opening. The cover comprises a closure element that can be moved in at least one unlocking direction, wherein the closure element engages in a locked state with an engagement region of the housing part that is complementary to the closure element, so that the cover is firmly connected to the housing part. The closure element is movable for locking in the unlocking in an unlocked state, so that the lid can be opened. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for closing a container comprising a housing part and a lid for receiving notes of value.

In particular, the container is a cash box which is used in ATMs, automatic POS systems and / or automatic cash safes. Such cash cassettes are used for receiving banknotes and for transporting the banknotes between the ATMs, automatic POS systems, automatic cash safes and / or so-called cash centers at value-transporting companies or central banks. Known cash boxes comprise a lid that can be detached from the cash box, so that employees of the cash center can easily receive the bank notes received in the cash box and / or can easily fill the cashbox with banknotes. The lid is connected to the cash box via a shutter mechanism, the shutter mechanism comprising at least one shutter member which is held in a locked position by means of a tension spring. To unlock the closure element is moved against the force of the tension spring by the manual operation of a button by an operator, so that the closure element is no longer in engagement with a housing part of the cashbox and the lid can be removed or opened. This springs are used, the spring constant has a relatively small value, so that the cassette can be easily opened by the operator. The disadvantage of this is that the cassette lid can jump open accidentally when a force is exerted on the cassette, for example, when the cassette is accidentally dropped, because by the closure element due to its inertia and its momentum upon impact from the locked state against the due low spring constant low force of the tension spring is moved to the unlocked state.

One way to prevent such an accidental cracking of the lid in a fall of the cashbox is to use a tension spring with a large spring constant. The disadvantage of this is that a large force must be applied by the operator to open the shutter mechanism, whereby the handling of the cash box is difficult.

From the German patent application DE 10 2008 044 838 is a device for locking and unlocking a shutter of a container, which is inserted into a rack and pulled out of this, known. The shutter is drawn upon insertion of the container by a stationary pin engaging in it and is pulled when removing the container from the frame by the same engagement of the pin.

From the document FR 2 607 295 A1 a coin cassette is known which comprises a housing and a lid for closing an opening of the housing. Furthermore, a locking unit is provided for locking the lid. In addition, the cashbox has a securing element which can be actuated via an electromagnet, wherein the locking unit is movable only in a predetermined position of the cashbox.

From the document US 4,655,368 A For example, there is known a cashbox comprising a locking member having a gravity-lockable latch. This latch is arranged such that it allows opening of the locking element only when the cashbox is inclined at a predetermined angle.

It is an object of the invention to provide a container for holding notes and a method for closing a housing part and a lid comprehensive container for Specify recording of notes in which a housing part and a lid in a simple manner are locked together so that the container remains closed even with a jerky load.

This object is achieved by a device having the features of patent claim 1 and by a method having the features of independent process claim 14. Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.

By providing a securing element rotatably mounted about a rotation axis, which is arranged in a horizontal, first position of the container in such a way that the closure element is movable into the unlocked state for unlocking in the unlatching direction and in a second position of the container due to its gravitational force the first position of the container is rotated relative to the housing part is that a securing portion of the securing element prevents movement of the closure element from the locked state to the unlocked state, it is achieved that the closure element in a jerky loading of the container, in particular when falling down the container, due to its momentum and its inertia not in unlocking is moved to the unlocked state. Thus, it is prevented that the closure element inadvertently released from the locked state due to the impact load and opens the lid of the container. In this way, in turn, it is achieved that the notes of value received in the container do not fall out of the container when the container falls down, so that no notes of value can also be lost.

The container is inclined in the second position relative to the first position by at least a minimum inclination angle. The first position is in particular the position in which the notes of value are supplied to the container. When the container falls down, it is inclined relative to the first position, in particular by an angle of approximately 90 °. In the second position, the container is in particular inclined in such a way that the front end of the container, viewed in the unlocking direction, points downwards in the direction of the ground.

When the container is arranged in the second position, the housing part and the securing element are in particular arranged relative to one another in such a way that the securing area of the securing element projects in the unlocking direction is arranged in the locked state closure element. The securing area mechanically prevents a displacement of the closure element in the unlocked state. The securing element is in this case preferably arranged such that the closure element, although a little in the unlocking direction is movable, but not so far that the closure element is movable from the locked to the unlocked state. Alternatively, the securing region of the securing element can be arranged flush in front of the closure element when the container is arranged in the second position, so that the closure element is not movable in the unlocking direction.

The securing element is in particular rotatably attached to the housing part about the axis of rotation.

The container is preferably a cash box, in particular banknotes can be received as notes of value. The first position is preferably the position of the cashbox that has the cashbox when it is inserted in an ATM, in an automatic checkout system or in an automatic cashbox. The cashbox has a handle for carrying the cashbox, wherein the cashbox is inclined to carry at this handle by at least the minimum inclination angle. By the inclination of the cashbox when carrying at least the minimum inclination angle ensures that when wearing the fuse element is arranged such that it prevents movement of the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state. Thus, unintentional opening of the cashbox, especially if it falls while wearing, avoided. The container is preferably inclined at an inclination about the minimum inclination angle such that the end located in the unlocking direction of the container is inclined downwards. If such a container, which is inclined at least by the minimum inclination angle, experiences an impact-like load, then the closure element is held in the locked state on the basis of the securing element pivoted in front of the closure element in the unlocking direction.

It is advantageous if a housing bottom formed from a region of the housing part of the container is arranged horizontally in the first position and if the securing element prevents the closure element from moving from the locked state to the unlocked state as soon as the container is at least 15 ° from the first Position is inclined. This ensures that the securing element already at a low inclination of the container is so arranged that the closure element is not movable from the locked to the unlocked state, so that even with a slight inclination of the container at a shock load of the container, the closure element can not lose engagement with the engagement portion of the housing part.

Further, it is advantageous if the securing element due to its gravity and the rotatable mounting from a position in which it prevents a movement of the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state, automatically relative to the housing part again to a position in which the closure element from the locked state to the unlocked state, rotates when the container, after being inclined at least by the minimum inclination angle, is returned to a position where it is not inclined or inclined by an angle smaller than the minimum inclination angle. This ensures that the container, after it has been returned to a position with an inclination at an angle smaller than the minimum inclination angle, in particular returned to the first position can be opened by moving the closure element in the unlocking from the locked to the unlocked state ,

The securing element has in particular the shape of a hook having two limbs. A first end portion of the first leg is connected to a first end portion of the second leg. The axis of rotation extends through a first end region opposite the second end portion of the first leg. The securing element is in particular shaped such that the center of gravity of the securing element is located within the first leg and as close as possible to the second leg facing surface of the first leg is arranged. The distance of the center of gravity of the securing element to the second leg facing surface of the first leg is preferably less than the distance of the center of gravity to the second leg facing away from the surface of the first leg. A corresponding position of the center of gravity is in particular achieved in that the second leg has a recess for weight saving. The securing region is in particular formed by a second end region of the second limb opposite the first end region of the second limb.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the securing region of the securing element has a protrusion, preferably a nose, on. The closure member has a complementary recess to this survey, wherein the recess and the projections are arranged such that they at least then engage each other when the container is inclined at least by the minimum inclination angle, so that the securing element is rotated such that it is Moving the closure element prevents the locked from unlocked in the unlocked state, and when a directed counter to the unlocking shock on the container acts. This impact causes the closure element to be moved in the unlatching direction by its momentum and its mass inertia. Before the impact acts on the container, the securing element is indeed arranged such that the closure element can not be brought into the unlocked state, but the elevation and the recess are not yet engaged. Only by the action of the shock, the closure element is moved so far in unlocking that the survey and the recess are engaged. This ensures that the securing element is not rotated due to the shock again relative to the housing part such that the closure element is movable in the unlocked state. After the impact, the closure element, for example, by a tension spring again moves against the Entriegelungsrichtung so that the survey and the recess are no longer engaged. Thus, the securing element is again movable relative to the closure element, so that the closure element from the locked to the unlocked state is movable when the container is inclined by an angle smaller than the minimum inclination angle.

Furthermore, it is advantageous if the closure element is held in the locked state by means of an elastic element, preferably a tension spring. This ensures that the closure element in a simple manner, in particular by the manual operation of a button, from the locked to the unlocked state is movable.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the closure element is a first closure element. In this embodiment, the lid comprises a latch slide having the first closure element, a second, a third and a fourth closure element. The closure elements are preferably each L-shaped. The closure elements are in the locked state in each case with an engagement portion of the housing in engagement. By providing a plurality of closure elements, the lid is secured more securely to the housing part than when using only one closure element. By providing all closure elements on only one common latch slide, it is achieved that only this latch slide must be moved to open the lid in the unlocking, so that an easy handling of the container is achieved. For this purpose, the bolt slide in particular an actuating element, by the manual operation of the bolt slide is movable in unlocking so that the closure elements are no longer engaged with the housing part.

Furthermore, the container may comprise a further securing element which controls the movement of the second closure element from locked in the unlocked state prevented when the container is located in the second position. Likewise, a plurality of further securing element may comprise, each securing element respectively preventing the movement of a closure element from the locked to the unlocked state when the container is arranged in the second position. By using a plurality of security elements, the protection against inadvertent opening of the lid is increased in the event of an impact load on the container.

Another aspect of the invention relates to a method for closing a container comprising a housing part and a lid for receiving banknotes. In the method, a closure element of the lid for locking the container with a complementary formed to the closure element engaging portion of the housing is engaged, so that the lid is firmly connected in this locked state with the housing part. For unlocking the closure element is moved in an unlocking in an unlocked state, so that the lid can be opened. A securing element rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation and arranged in a horizontal, first position of the container such that the closure element is movable from the locked to the unlocked state is rotated by its gravity relative to the housing part, so that by a securing region of the securing element Moving the closure element is prevented from the locked state to the unlocked state, when the container is inclined relative to the first position by at least a minimum inclination angle.

In FIG. 1 is a schematic representation of a cashbox 10 shown in a first position. The cashbox 10 serves to receive banknotes, in particular in ATMs, automatic cash register systems and / or automatic cash safes, and for the transport of banknotes between the ATMs, automatic cash register systems, automatic cash safes and / or cash centers. The cash box 10 is arranged horizontally in the first position. The first position thus corresponds to the position in which the cash box 10 is arranged when it is inserted into an ATM, an automatic cash register system or an automatic cash deposit or when it is being filled and / or emptied by a cash center agent.

The cash box 10 comprises a housing part 12 having a first opening and a second opening. The bank notes are received within this housing part 12. The first opening is at the in FIG. 1 Arranged in the first position of the cashbox shown on the upper side of the housing part 12 and used to fill the cashbox 10 with banknotes in a cash center or for emptying the cashbox 10 in a cash center. The first opening can be closed with the aid of a cover 14, so that the banknotes can not fall out of the cashbox 10 during the transport of the cashbox 10.

The second opening of the housing part 12 is FIG. 1 closed by a shutter 16. The second opening serves for the removal and / or the feeding of banknotes when the cashbox 10 is arranged in an ATM, an automatic cash register system or an automatic cash deposit. When inserting the cashbox 10 in the ATM, the automatic POS system or the automatic Safe box 16, the blind 16 is automatically moved into a arranged on the housing bottom 18 receiving area 20, so that the second opening is opened and banknotes can be transported through the second opening. When removing the cash box 10 from the ATM, the automatic cash register system or the automatic cash deposit the blind 16 is automatically closed again. The locking and unlocking of such a blind 16 is in the German patent application DE 10 2008 044 838 , the contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference into the present specification.

In FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of the lid 14 is shown. Elements with the same structure and the same function have the same reference numerals. The cover 14 has on a first side four fastening elements 22a to 22d, via which the cover 14 is connected to the housing part 12 such that the cover 14 is rotatable about an axis of rotation extending through the fastening elements 22a to 22d, so that the cover 14 is relatively can be opened to the housing part 12. This ensures that the lid 14 is always connected to the housing part 12, so that the lid 14 can not be lost. In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the lid 14 may also be formed such that it is removable from the housing part 12.

The cover 14 comprises on a second side opposite the first side a locking slide 24, which in FIG FIG. 3 is shown in detail. The bolt slide 24 is connected via a tension spring 26 with a first opening of the housing part 12 occlusive cover 28 of the lid 14 connected. By a manual operation of an actuating button 30 of the bolt slide 24 of the bolt slide 24 is movable against the spring force of the tension spring 26 in the direction of arrow P1 in the unlocking relative to the cover 28 of the lid 14. After actuation of the actuating button 30, the locking slide 24 is moved back against the unlocking direction P1 due to the spring force of the tension spring 26.

Die Führungselemente 32 dienen zur seitlichen Führungen des Riegelschiebers 24.Furthermore, the cover 14 comprises a plurality of guide elements, one of which is designated by the reference numeral 32 by way of example. The guide elements 32 serve for lateral guidance of the locking slide 24.

The locking slide 24 comprises a first closure element 34, a second closure element 36, a third closure element 38, a fourth closure element 40, a fifth closure element 42 and a sixth closure element 44. The closure elements 34 to 44 are on the side facing the housing part 12 when the lid is closed arranged the latch slide 24. The closure elements 34 to 42 are approximately L-shaped and are in the in FIG. 1 in the locked state shown with engagement portions 48 to 56 formed complementarily to them, so that the lid 14 can not be opened in the locked state. The sixth closure element 44 is approximately hook-shaped and is in the in FIG. 1 shown locked state with a bolt, not shown in engagement.

The latch slide 24 is held in the locked state by the tension spring 26 so that the shutter members 34 to 44 are engaged with the engagement portions 48 to 56 and the case member 12 and the lid 14 are locked together. Since the locking slide 24 is automatically moved by the tension spring 26 in the locked state, the locking can not be forgotten when closing the lid 14.

By actuating the actuating key 30, the locking slide 24 and thus also the closure elements 34 to 44 are displaced in the unlocking direction P1 from the locked state into an unlocked state. In order not to complicate the displacement of the bolt slide 24 from the locked to the unlocked state in unlocking P1 unnecessarily, the tension spring 26 has a low spring constant.

In FIG. 4 is a schematic representation of the cashbox 10 after FIG. 1 shown in the first position in the unlocked state. The locking slide 24 is moved so far in the unlocking direction P1, that the closure elements 34 to 44 are no longer in engagement with the engagement portions 48 to 56 of the housing part 12, so that the lid 14 is hinged.

Furthermore, the cash box 10 comprises a securing element 58, which, as described in more detail below, serves to prevent the latch slide 24 from moving from the locked to the unlocked state when the cash box 10 is inclined relative to the first position by at least a minimum inclination angle. In FIG. 5 a schematic representation of the fuse element 58 is shown.

The securing element 58 is approximately hook-shaped and comprises a first leg 60 and a second leg 62. A first end region of the first leg 60 is connected to a first end region of the second leg 62. The first leg 60 and the second leg 62 are in particular formed in one piece.

The securing element 58 is connected to the housing part 12 so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis A. The axis of rotation A is at the FIGS. 4 and 5 directed to the drawing plane. The axis of rotation A extends through a first end region of the first leg 60 opposite second end portion of the first leg 60. The securing element 58 is in particular connected by means of a pin or a bolt about the axis of rotation A rotatably connected to the housing part 12.

A securing region 64 is formed via a second end region of the leg 62 opposite the first end region of the second leg 62. The securing element 58 has an elevation 66 in the securing area 64.

The second leg 62 of the securing element 58 has a recess 68, through which the in FIG. 5 shown position of the center of gravity S of the fuse element 58 reaches becomes. The center of gravity S is arranged in the region of the first leg 60 close to the second leg 62 facing surface 70 of the first leg 60. By acting in the center of gravity S gravity of the securing element 58 and the rotatable mounting of the securing element 58 about the axis of rotation A, the securing element 58, unless it is prevented by other components, always in such a way that the solder from the center of gravity S to the axis of rotation A runs vertically. Such a lot is in FIG. 5 represented by the dashed line 72.

As in the FIGS. 1 and 4 9, the securing element 58 is prevented by a stop 74 in the first position of the cash box 10 from aligning due to its gravitational force such that the perpendicular from the center of gravity S to the axis of rotation A is vertical. By the stop 74, the securing element 58 is arranged in the first position of the cashbox 10 such that the first closure element 34 is indeed movable from the locked state in the unlocking direction P1 in the unlocked state, the securing element 58 but only by a small angle relative to the housing part 12 must be rotated about the axis of rotation A, so that the securing portion 64 prevents movement of the first closure member 34 from the locked to the unlocked state by mechanically preventing a corresponding movement of the first closure member 34.

In FIG. 6 a schematic representation of the cashbox 10 is shown in a second position. The cashbox 10 is inclined in the second position from the first position by an angle α. In this case, the cash box 10 is inclined in such a way that the end of the cash box 10 which is in the unlocking direction P1 is inclined downward. Due to the inclination of the cash box 10, the securing element 58 loses contact with the stop 74 and, due to its gravity, is oriented in such a way that the solder runs vertically from its center of gravity S to the axis of rotation A. At the in FIG. 6 In the illustrated second position of the cash box 10, the securing element 58 is rotated relative to the housing part 12 and the cover 14 such that the securing area 64 of the securing element 58 is arranged in the unlocking direction P1 in front of the first closing element 34. The bolt slide 24 and thus also the closure elements 34 to 44 are in the in FIG. 6 shown in the locked state. The securing element 58 prevents the first closure element 34 and thus also the locking slide 24 and the other closure elements 36 to 44 from being moved from the locked state into the unlocked state.

The fuse element 58 is located in the in FIG. 6 shown second position, in which it prevents a movement of the first closure element 34 from the locked to the unlocked state, to a stop 76 at. Through in conjunction with FIG. 5 described location of the center of gravity S in the vicinity of the second leg 62 facing surface 70 of the first leg 60 is achieved that the securing element 58 is disposed at a tilt of the cashbox 10 at a slight angle such that there is a movement of the first closure element 34th prevented from the locked to the unlocked state. The angle to which the cashbox 10 opposite the first Position must be at least inclined so that the securing element 58 is arranged such that it prevents a displacement of the bolt slide 24 from the locked to the unlocked state, is also referred to as minimum tilt angle. By the above-described position of the center of gravity is achieved that this minimum inclination angle is about 15 °. In FIG. 7 a schematic representation of the cashbox 10 is shown in a third position. The cash box 10 is arranged vertically in the third position, that is rotated by 90 ° relative to the first position. The third position is the position in which the cashbox is usually carried during transportation, since the in FIG. 7 not shown handle for carrying the cashbox 10 at the in FIG. 7 arranged above the side member 78 of the housing part 12 is arranged. Since the cash box 10 is inclined in the third position by an angle which is greater than the minimum inclination angle, the securing element 58 is arranged such that it prevents a movement of the first closure element 34 from the locked to the unlocked state.

Furthermore, in FIG. 7 an enlarged view of the securing element 58 and the first closure element 34 is shown, from which the position of the first closure element 34 and the securing element 58 in the orientation of the cashbox 10 in position 3 are shown in detail. The securing element 58 abuts against the stop 76. Furthermore, the securing element 58 contacts the locking slide 24 with its second limb 62. The first locking element 34 is arranged in the locked state on account of the spring force of the tension spring 26. The securing area 64 of the securing element 58 and the first closing element 34 are spaced apart. The distance between the securing region 64 and the first closure element 34 is greater than the height of the elevation 66, but so small that the first closure element 34 is movable only in unlocking direction P1 so far that it still engages with the engagement region 48 of the housing part 12 is and thus is not movable from the locked to the unlocked state.

Due to the spacing between the securing region 64 and the first closure element 34, it is achieved that the securing element 58 is separated from the one in FIG FIG. 1 position shown in the FIG. 7 can move shown position. Further, it is thereby achieved that the securing member 58, when the cashbox 10 again from the third position to the first position or another position in which the cashbox 10 is inclined relative to the first position by an angle which is smaller than the minimum inclination angle , is moved again automatically rotated relative to the housing part 12 such that the first closure element 34 and thus the locking slide 24 is again movable from the locked to the unlocked state. This ensures that the lid 14 of the cashbox 10 can be opened again when the cashbox 10 is again arranged in the first position.

The first closure element 34 has, as in FIG. 8 shown, a recess 80 which is complementary to the elevation 66 of the securing element 58 is formed. At the in FIG. 7 shown third position of the cashbox 10, the first closure element 34 and the securing element 58 arranged relative to each other, that the elevation 66 and the recess 80 are arranged opposite to each other, but are not engaged with each other.

In FIG. 9 Fig. 3 is a schematic illustration of the cash box 10 in the third position with a jerky load on the cash box 10. When transporting the cashbox 10, it may happen that the cashbox 10 of the person carrying the cashbox 10 slips out of his hand and hits the cashbox 10 on a floor 82 with the side opposite the side member 78. As a result of this impact of the cashbox 10 on the floor 82, the cashbox 10 experiences a jerky load opposite the unlocking direction P1. Upon impact of the cash box 10 on the floor 82, the bolt slide 24 and thus also the closure elements 34 to 44 of the bolt slide 24 move due to their inertia and their pulse in unlocking P1.

In cash cassettes, in which no securing element 58 is provided, it may happen that the bolt slide 24 is moved so far in the unlocking P1 by the impact load that the closure elements 34 to 44 are no longer engaged with the engaging portions 48 to 56 and the Lock slide 24 thus by the impact on the bottom 82, in spite of the unlocking direction P1 opposing spring force of the tension spring 26 is moved from the locked to the unlocked state, so that the lid 14 may jump on impact with the cashbox 10 on the floor 82.

Due to the securing element 58 according to the invention, a displacement of the locking slide 24 due to its inertia and its momentum upon impact of the cashbox 10 on the bottom 82 is prevented from locked in the unlocked state, since the securing portion 64 by moving the first closure member 34 by the corresponding contact between the securing region 64 and the first closure element 34 mechanically prevents further displacement of the first closure element 34 due to the impact load. Thus, unintentional popping of the lid 14 upon impact of the cash box 10 on the floor 82 is prevented, so that the bank notes received in the cash box 10 can not fall out of the cash box 10.

As already stated, the latch slide 24 and thus also the first closure element 34 are moved in the unlocking direction P1 until the first closure element 34 contacts the securing element 58 during the impact of the cashbox 10 on the bottom 82. In this case, the elevation 66 of the securing element 58 engages in the recess 80 of the first closure element 34 and thus prevents the securing element 58 is pivoted on the bottom 82 in the impact of the cashbox 10 so that it moves the first closure element 34 of the locked in the unlocked state no longer prevented. In particular, a pivoting of the securing element 58 in the direction of the arrow P2 is prevented by the engagement between the elevation 66 and the recess 80.

After the collision of the cash box 10 on the floor 82 and thus after completion of the jerky load 10 of the bolt slide 24 and thus also the first closure member 34 by the spring force of the tension spring 26 back into the in FIG. 7 shown latched state moves so that the elevation 66 of the securing element 58 is no longer engaged with the recess 80 of the first closure member 34. Thus, when the currency cassette 10 is again rotated so as to be inclined at an angle less than the minimum inclination angle, the securing member 58 can rotate relative to the housing member 12 such that the latch slider 58 returns from the locked to the unlocked position Condition is movable. The cash box 10 can then be opened again without the securing element 58 having to be moved manually and / or by means of an actuator system.

The rear end of the closure elements 34 to 42 seen in the unlocking direction P1 is beveled in each case. By the tapered ends is achieved that the closure elements 34 to 42 move when closing the lid 14 due to the contact to the housing part 12 against the spring force of the tension spring 26 in the unlocking direction P1 until they engage in the engaging portions 48 to 56.

The closure elements 34 to 42 are formed in particular identical. In alternative embodiments of the invention, the closure elements 34 to 42 may also be designed differently. Likewise, the closure elements 34 to 42 also have a shape deviating from the L-shape.

In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the latch slide 24 may also comprise less than six closure elements 34 to 44 or more than six closure elements 34 to 44. In a further alternative embodiment of the invention, the cash box 10 may also comprise two or more securing elements 58. The securing elements 58 are then arranged such that by a securing element 58 is in each case a movement of a closure element 34 to 42 prevented from the locked to the unlocked state, when the cashbox 10 is inclined at least by the minimum inclination angle.

In a further alternative embodiment of the invention, the securing element 58 may also have no elevation 66. In this case, the closure element 34 preferably has no recess 80. The securing element 58 is arranged in this embodiment in particular such that when the container 10 is inclined at least by the minimum inclination angle, the first closure element 34 contacts and thus a movement of the first closure element 34th prevented in the unlocking P1 or at most a minimum movement of the first closure member 34 in unlocking P1 permits.
