Eine Tür (1) für ein Kältegerät, insbesondere ein Haushaltskältegerät, weist an wenigstens einer ersten seitlichen Flanke (3) eine Griffaussparung (4, 5; 21) auf, in der ein über die seitliche Flanke (3) überstehendes Einsatzteil (9) befestigt ist.

Description

Tür für ein Kältegerät
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Kältegerät, insbesondere ein Kältegerät für den Einsatz im Haushalt oder in der Gastronomie. Die meisten Kältegerätetüren haben einen Griff, der über die Frontseite der Tür vorspringt. Manche Benutzer bevorzugen einen Griff, der, anstatt vorzuspringen, in einer seitlichen Flanke der Tür ausgespart ist, sei es aus ästhetischen Gründen oder weil am vorgesehenen Aufstellort des Geräts eine zu große Gefahr besteht, dass ein überstehender Griff angerempelt wird.
Ein in eine seitliche Flanke der Tür versenkter Griff ist von vorne nicht sichtbar, so dass ein Benutzer, der vor einem Gerät mit einer solchen Tür steht und das Gerät nicht kennt, a priori nicht weiß, auf welcher Seite er die Tür öffnen kann. Dieses Problem ist besonders irritierend bei Kältegeräten mit variablem Türanschlag. Wenn ein solches Gerät Griffaussparungen an beiden seitlichen Flanken der Tür aufweist, und ein Benutzer an eine Flanke der Tür greift, um sie aufzuziehen, findet er dort zwar eine Aussparung, die als Griff taugt, doch mit 50%iger Wahrscheinlichkeit handelt es sich dabei um die scharnierseitige Aussparung, an der es ihm nicht gelingt, die Tür zu öffnen.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, eine Tür für ein Kältegerät mit einer seitlichen Griffaussparung zu schaffen, bei der ein Benutzer sofort erkennen kann, wo er angreifen muss, um die Tür zu öffnen.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst, indem bei einem Kältegerät, insbesondere einem Haushaltskältegerät mit einer Tür, die wenigstens an einer ersten seitlichen Flanke eine
Griffaussparung aufweist, der Griffaussparung eine Markierung zugeordnet ist, die über die seitliche Flanke übersteht, so dass die in der seitlichen Flanke versenkt angeordnete, insbesondere als Griffmulde ausgebildete Griffaussparung für einen vor der Tür stehenden Benutzer deutlich erkennbar und somit sichtbar gemacht ist.
Um die Markierung auffällig zu machen, ist es vorzugsweise von der Tür farblich abgesetzt. Bevorzugt ist die Markierung als in die Griffaussparung einsetzbares Einsatzteil ausgebildet.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das Einsatzteil in der Griffaussparung befestigt.
Das Einsatzteil kann wenigstens eine Kopfplatte aufweisen, an der eine elastische Rastzunge als Befestigungsmittel angeordnet ist. Die Kopfplatte kann insbesondere an einem oberen und/oder unteren Ende des Einsatzteils angeordnet sein. In einer ersten Variante kann das Einsatzteil einen in die Griffaussparung eingreifenden Schenkel aufweisen, der einen Rasthaken trägt, der in eine Nut der Seitenwand eingreift. Der Rashaken dient als Befestigungsmittel um das Einsatzteil in der Griffaussparung zu befestigen. Der Rasthaken kann insbesondere an einem freien Ende des Schenkels vorgesehen sein.
In einer zweiten Variante eines Befestigungsmittels kann das Einsatzteil wenigstens eine Bohrung aufweisen, durch welche Schrauben als Befestigungsmittel einsteckbar sind. Das Einsatzteil kann insbesondere zwei Bohrungen aufweisen. Als Bohrung wird jede Art von Öffnung bzw. Durchbruch im Einsatzteil verstanden, durch welche eine Schraube hindurchgeführt werden kann, um mittels der Schraube das Einsatzteil in der
Griffaussparung zu befestigen.
Mittels der Schrauben kann das Einsatzteil lösbar an der Griffaussparung befestigt werden. Die Montage und Demontage des Einsatzteils ist dadurch selbsterklärend. Auch der Benutzer des Kältegeräts kann dadurch mit einem üblichen Schraubendreher das Einsatzteil lösen, beispielsweise um einen Türanschlagwechsel durchzuführen, d.h. den Griff für einen Wechsel zwischen Rechtsanschlag und Linksanschlag des Türblatts umzumontieren. In einer dritten Variante eines Befestigungsmittels kann die wenigstens eine Bohrung an einem Randstreifen des Einsatzteils eingebracht sein. Die wenigstens eine Bohrung kann insbesondere in einem dem Grundbereich der Griffaussparung zugeordneten
Randstreifen in das Einsatzteil eingebracht sein. Durch eine Anordnung der Schraubenköpfe im Grundbereich der Griffaussparung bzw. der Griffschale stört dies das Design des Griffes bzw. des Kältegeräts optisch nicht.
Die farbliche Absetzung kann insbesondere erreicht werden, indem das Einsatzteil aus einem blanken Metall wie etwa Edelstahl oder Aluminium geformt ist, während die Tür meist mit einer deckenden Lackierung, insbesondere weiß, versehen ist. Die Verwendung eines gummielastischen Materials für das Einsatzteil ermöglicht neben der farblichen Differenzierung auch einen sicheren Halt der Finger des Benutzers.
Vorzugsweise steht das Einsatzteil an einer Vorderseite der Griffaussparung über, so dass es gleichzeitig eine Kante bildet, die der Benutzer umgreifen muss, um die Tür aufzuziehen.
Besonders auffällig ist das Einsatzteil, wenn es sich bis auf eine Vorderseite der Tür erstreckt.
Zweckmäßig ist außerdem, wenn sich das Einsatzteil über die gesamte Höhe der
Griffaussparung erstreckt. Dadurch ergibt sich zum einen die Möglichkeit, das Einsatzteil an oberen und unteren Enden der Griffaussparung zu verrasten; zum anderen zeigt es bei einer sich nicht über die gesamte Höhe der Tür erstreckenden Griffaussparung deutlich an, in welcher Höhe sich die Griffaussparung befindet.
Um den Halt der Finger des Benutzers zu verbessern, kann in einem eine Vorderseite der Aussparung auskleidenden Abschnitt des Einsatzteils, d.h. dort, wo bei Aufziehen der Tür die Fingerspitzen angreifen, eine Vertiefung angeformt sein.
Die Erfindung ist besonders zweckmäßig anwendbar bei einer Tür, die Griffaussparungen an beiden sich gegenüberliegenden seitlichen Flanken aufweist, um diejenige
Griffaussparung zu kennzeichnen, die tatsächlich als Griff benutzbar ist. Zweckmäßigerweise ist ein einziges Einsatzteil wahlweise in der ersten oder der zweiten Griffaussparung montierbar. Ein solches Einsatzteil kann zweckmäßigerweise erst bei der Aufstellung des Kältegeräts montiert werden, wenn auch die Anschlagorientierung der Tür festgelegt wird. Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Figuren.

Fig. 1 zeigt in einer perspektivischen Teilansicht eine Kältegerätetür 1 , gesehen von außen. Eine Frontseite 2 und daran angrenzende seitliche Flanken 3 der Tür sind einteilig aus einem lackierten Blech geformt. In einen oberen Bereich der Flanke 3 ist ein Schlitz 4 eingestanzt, der von hinten bzw. innen her mit einer lang gestreckt rinnenförmigen Schale 5 aus Kunststoff hinterlegt ist. Wie insbesondere in Fig. 3 zu erkennen, greifen nach innen abgewinkelte Ränder des Blechs rings um den Schlitz 4 in eine umlaufende Nut der Schale 5 ein, um eine schaumdichte Anbindung der Schale 5 an die Flanke 3
herzustellen.
Eine obere Flanke der Tür ist durch ein aus Kunststoff spritzgeformtes Abschlussprofil 7 gebildet. In dem Abschlussprofil 7 ist eine nach oben offene Hülse 8 zu sehen, die geeignet ist, um einen Zapfen eines nicht dargestellten, an sich bekannten Türscharniers aufzunehmen, das die Tür 1 mit einem Kältegerätekorpus verbindet. Wenn ein solcher Scharnierzapfen in die in Fig. 1 sichtbare Hülse 8 eingreift, kann die Tür 1 nur an der nicht dargestellten, gegenüber liegenden Seite geöffnet werden; in diesem Fall wäre die durch den Schlitz 4 und die Schale 5 gebildete Griffaussparung funktionslos. Sie kann nur dann tatsächlich als Griffaussparung zum Öffnen der Tür 1 dienen, wenn die Tür 1 über Hülsen 8 aufgehängt ist, die am nicht dargestellten gegenüber liegenden Ende des
Abschlussprofils 7 sowie eines dazu spiegelbildlichen Abschlussprofils am unteren Rand der Tür 1 geformt sind.
Um für einen Benutzer unmittelbar erkennbar zu machen, an welcher Flanke 3 der Tür 1 er angreifen muss, um diese zu öffnen, ist ein Einsatzteil 9 vorgesehen, das an der Griffaussparung der jeweils vom Türscharnier abgewandten Flanke 3 der Tür 1 montierbar ist. Das Einsatzteil 9 ist hier ein Stück Strangpressprofil aus einem
gummiartigen Material mit Z-ähnlichem Querschnitt, mit einem im Wesentlichen flachen Mittelstück 10 und gegen das Mittelstück 10 abgewinkelten Randstreifen 1 1 , 12.
Wie in den Figuren 2 und 3 gezeigt, ist das Einsatzteil 9 vorgesehen, um mit seinem Randstreifen 11 am Boden der Schale 5 und mit seinem Mittelstück 10 an einer vorderen Seitenwand 13 der Schale 5 anzuliegen. Der zweite Randstreifen 12 liegt außerhalb der Schale 5 an der Flanke 3 der Tür an, wobei er auf die Flanke 3 so weit aufträgt, dass er für einen Benutzer, der nahe genug vor der Tür steht, um diese zu greifen und zu öffnen, deutlich sichtbar ist. Da die Höhe des Einsatzteils 9 der Höhe der Schale 5 entspricht, zeigt der sichtbare Randstreifen 12 nicht nur an, auf welcher Seite der Tür der zu benutzende Griff sich befindet, sondern auch, in welcher Höhe.
Eine Vertiefung 14, die sich an der Rückseite des Mittelstücks 10 erstreckt, bildet in montiertem Zustand eine vertikale Rinne an der vorderen Seitenwand 13 der
Griffaussparung, die den Fingern des Benutzers beim Öffnen der Tür guten Halt gibt.
Die Befestigung des Einsatzteils 9 erfolgt vorzugsweise durch Klebung, insbesondere mit Hilfe von Selbstklebestreifen, die an dem der vorderen Seitenwand 13 bzw. dem Boden der Schale 5 sowie der Flanke 3 zugewandten Seiten des Mittelstücks 10 und der Randstreifen 11 , 12 angebracht sein können.
Die Verwendung eines flexiblen Materials wie etwa Gummi für das Einsatzteil 9 erlaubt es, insbesondere in Verbindung mit der flächigen Befestigung durch Kleben,
Fertigungstoleranzen der Tür 1 in gewissem Umfang durch ein entsprechendes Verbiegen des Einsatzteils 9 zu kompensieren.
Figuren 4 und 5 zeigen in zu den Figuren 2 und 3 analogen Darstellungen eine
Kältegerätetür 1 gemäß einer zweiten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung. Sie unterscheidet sich von derjenigen der Figuren 1 bis 3 dadurch, dass der vordere Randstreifen 12 des Einsatzteils 9 verbreitert und im Winkel bis auf die Frontseite 2 der Tür gezogen ist. So ist das Einsatzteil 9 aus jeder Richtung deutlich erkennbar, und ein Benutzer sieht sofort, an welcher Seite er die Tür 1 öffnen muss, egal aus welcher Richtung er sich nähert.
Fig. 6 zeigt eine dritte Ausgestaltung in einem zu Fig. 3 bzw. 5 analogen Schnitt. Das Einsatzteil 9 ist hier ein Profil aus blankem Aluminium oder Edelstahl von in etwa C- förmigem Querschnitt, mit einem auf die Frontseite 2 ausgreifenden Schenkel 15, der durch ein angeklebtes Polster 16 aus Filz, Schaumstoff oder dergleichen daran gehindert ist, bei der Anbringung die Frontseite 2 zu verkratzen, und einen in die Schale 5 eingreifenden Schenkel 17, der an seinem freien Ende einen in eine flache Nut der vorderen Seitenwand 13 eingreifenden Rasthaken 18 trägt.
Fig. 7 ist eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Einsatzteils 9 gemäß einer vierten
Ausgestaltung der Erfindung. Das Einsatzteil 9 ist hier ein Spritzformteil aus einem begrenzt verformbaren Kunststoff. Wie mit Bezug auf die Figuren 1 bis 3 beschrieben, hat das Einsatzteil 9 hier ein im Wesentlichen flaches Mittelstück 10 und abgewinkelte
Randstreifen 11 , 12 sowie zusätzlich zwei Kopfplatten 19 am oberen und unteren Ende des Einsatzteils 9, die mit dem Mittelstück 10 und dem Randstreifen 11 verbunden sind und in denen jeweils eine elastische Rastzunge 20 geformt ist. Die Schale 5 hat bei dieser Ausgestaltung am oberen und unteren Ende jeweils eine Aussparung, in der die
Rastzunge 20 einrastet, wenn Mittelstück 10 und Randstreifen 11 des Einsatzteils 9 am Boden und der vorderen Seitenwand 13 der Schale anliegen.
Fig. 8 zeigt eine Ecke einer Kältegerätetür 1 , bei der ein die Frontseite 2 und die
Seitenflanken 3 bildendes Blech mehrfach gebogen ist, um an jeder Seite der Tür eine sich über die gesamte Höhe der Tür erstreckende, zur Seite und nach hinten, zum nicht dargestellten Gerätekorpus hin offene Griffaussparung 21 zu bilden. Ein Einsatzteil 9 aus Kunststoff, Gummi oder Metall bedeckt den sich zwischen der Griffaussparung 21 und der Frontseite 2 erstreckenden Bereich der vom Scharnier der Tür abgewandten Flanke 3, eine angrenzende, in Fig. 8 vom Betrachter abgewandte Innenfläche der Griffaussparung 21 sowie einen dieser Innenfläche gegenüber liegenden Randbereich der Frontseite 2.
Die Fig. 9 zeigt einen perspektivischen Ausschnitt der Kältegerätetür 1 , sowie das Einsatzteil 9 und zwei Schrauben 23. In der dargestellten Ausführung mit zwei Schrauben weist das Einsatzteil 9 zwei Bohrungen 22 auf. Durch die Bohrungen 22 können die dargestellten Schrauben 23 gesteckt werden, um das Einsatzteil 9 in der Griffaussparung bzw. der Schale 5 befestigen zu können. Die beiden Bohrungen 22 sind an dem
Randstreifen 11 des Einsatzteils 9 eingebracht. Die beiden Bohrungen 22 befinden sich dabei in einem dem Grundbereich der Griffaussparung bzw. der Schale 5 zugeordneten Randstreifen 11 des Einsatzteils 9.
Wie in Fig. 10 dargestellt kann mittels der Schrauben 23 das Einsatzteil 9 in der
Griffaussparung bzw. der Schale 5 lösbar befestigt werden. Ein Gewindeabschnitt 23a der Schraube 23 greift in der in Fig. 10 dargestellten montierten Position in einen
Halteabschnitt 24 der Griffaussparung bzw. der Schale 5 ein.

Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Haushaltskältegerät mit einer Tür (1 ), die an wenigstens einer ersten seitlichen Flanke (3) eine Griffaussparung (4, 5; 21 ) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der
Griffaussparung (4, 5; 21 ) eine über die seitliche Flanke (3) überstehende Markierung (9) zugeordnet ist.
2. Haushaltskältegerät nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Markierung (9) von der Tür (1 ) farblich abgesetzt ist.
3. Haushaltskältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Markierung als in die Griffaussparung (4, 5; 21 ) einsetzbares Einsatzteil (9) ausgebildet ist.
4. Haushaltskältegerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzteil (9) in der Griffaussparung (4, 5; 21 ) befestigt ist.
5. Haushaltskältegerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzteil (9) wenigstens eine Kopfplatte (19), insbesondere an einem oberen und/oder unteren
Ende des Einsatzteils (9) aufweist, an der eine elastische Rastzunge (20) als
Befestigungsmittel angeordnet ist.
6. Haushaltskältegerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzteil (9) einen in die Griffaussparung (4, 5; 21 ) eingreifenden Schenkel (17) aufweist, der insbesondere an seinem freien Ende einen in eine Nut der Seitenwand (13) eingreifenden Rasthaken (18) als Befestigungsmittel trägt.
7. Haushaltskältegerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzteil (9) wenigstens eine, insbesondere zwei Bohrungen (22) aufweist, durch welche
Schrauben (23) als Befestigungsmittel einsteckbar sind.
8. Haushaltskältegerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Bohrung (22) an einem Randstreifen (1 1 ) des Einsatzteils (9), insbesondere in einem dem Grundbereich der Griffaussparung (4, 5; 21 ) zugeordneten Randstreifen (11 ) in das Einsatzteil (9) eingebracht ist.
9. Haushaltskältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzteil (9) aus einem gummielastischen Material oder aus Metall geformt ist.
10. Haushaltskältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzteil (9) an einer Vorderseite der Griffaussparung (4, 5; 21 ) übersteht.
11. Haushaltskältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Einsatzteil (9) bis auf eine Vorderseite (2) der Tür (1 ) erstreckt.
12. Haushaltskältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 1 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzteil (9) sich über die gesamte Höhe der Griffaussparung (4, 5; 21 ) erstreckt.
13. Haushaltskältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem eine Vorderseite (13) der Griffaussparung (4, 5) auskleidenden
Abschnitt (10) des Einsatzteils (9) eine Vertiefung (14) geformt ist.
14. Haushaltskältegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass die Tür (1 ) an einer der ersten seitlichen Flanke (3) gegenüber liegenden zweiten seitlichen Flanke (3) eine zweite Griffaussparung (4, 5; 21 ) aufweist.
15. Haushaltskältegerät nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzteil (9) wahlweise in der ersten oder der zweiten Griffaussparung (4, 5; 21 ) montierbar ist.
