- the curve path 23 of the transmission element 21 comprises a path having a start point and an end point. This path does not run concentrically relative to the pivot axis 22. Each point of the path of the curve path 23 is determined by the distance between that point of the path and the pivot axis 22 and the angle between the connecting line from that point to the pivot axis 22 and the connecting line from the start point to the pivot axis 22. The path of the curve path 23 is thus configured such that said distance is truly proportional to said angle.
- each mm of travel of the drive rod 19 produces a proportional displacement of the supporting roller 26 of the lever arm 24.
- the deformation body 16 exerts a substantially constant force upon the projecting end portion of the metal rod element 2, whilst the supporting roller 26 of the lever arm 24 follows the path of the curve path 23.

Claims (15)
- Dispositif pour former une tête épaissie (5) sur une extrémité de tête d'un élément de tige métallique (2), lequel dispositif est prévu avec :un dispositif de serrage pour serrer l'élément de tige métallique (2), tout en laissant une partie d'extrémité avoir l'extrémité de tête libre,un corps de déformation (16) pour la déformation plastique de la partie d'extrémité de l'élément de tige métallique (2) afin de former la tête épaissie (5),un dispositif d'entraînement pour entraîner le corps de déformation (16),caractérisé en ce que :
le dispositif d'entraînement est prévu avec :une unité d'entraînement (18),un élément de transmission (21) raccordé, par entraînement, à l'unité d'entraînement (18), lequel élément de transmission (21) peut pivoter autour d'un axe de pivot (22) et est prévu avec un rail de came (23),un bras de levier (24) qui, au niveau d'une extrémité, vient en butée contre le rail de came (23) de l'élément de transmission (21) et au niveau d'une extrémité opposée, est prévu avec le corps de déformation (16), lequel bras de levier (24) peut être articulé autour d'un axe de charnière (27) s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement à l'axe de pivot (22). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'unité d'entraînement comprend une unité d'entraînement linéaire, telle qu'un cylindre pneumatique (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'unité d'entraînement (18) est prévue avec une tige d'entraînement (19) qui peut effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient et qui est raccordée, par charnière, à l'élément de transmission (21).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le rail de came (23) de l'élément de transmission (21) comprend un rail incurvé, et
dans lequel de préférence le rail incurvé (23) est prévu avec une trajectoire ayant un point de départ, et dans lequel chaque point de la trajectoire est déterminé par la distance entre ce point de la trajectoire et l'axe de pivot (22) et l'angle entre la ligne de raccordement de ce point à l'axe de pivot (22) et la ligne de raccordement du point de départ à l'axe de pivot (22), et dans lequel ladite distance est directement proportionnelle audit angle. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif est prévu avec un élément de butée (32) pour l'extrémité de tête de l'élément de tige métallique (2) à serrer, dans lequel l'élément de butée (32) est ajustable dans une direction parallèle à l'élément de tige (2) à serrer.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif de serrage est prévu avec un corps de serrage fixe (14) et un corps de serrage mobile (15), dans lequel le corps de serrage mobile (15) est mobile entre une première position dans laquelle l'élément de tige métallique (2) peut être amené entre les corps de serrage (14, 15) et une seconde position dans laquelle l'élément de tige métallique (2) peut être serré latéralement entre les corps de serrage (14, 15) tout en laissant la partie d'extrémité avoir l'extrémité de tête libre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le dispositif comprend un second dispositif d'entraînement qui est configuré pour entraîner le corps de serrage mobile (15), dans lequel le second dispositif d'entraînement est prévu avec :une seconde unité d'entraînement (38),un second élément de transmission qui est raccordé, par entraînement, à la seconde unité d'entraînement (38), lequel second élément de transmission peut pivoter autour d'un axe de pivot et est prévu avec un rail de came,un second bras de levier (44) qui, au niveau d'une extrémité, vient en butée contre le rail de came du second élément de transmission et, au niveau d'une extrémité opposée, est prévu avec l'élément de serrage mobile (15), lequel le second bras de levier (44) peut être articulé autour d'un axe de charnière s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement à l'axe de pivot du second élément de transmission.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel le corps de serrage fixe (14) et le corps de serrage mobile (15) sont chacun prévus respectivement avec une surface de serrage (50, 51) dans laquelle une rainure longitudinale (53, 54) est réalisée, et dans lequel, dans la seconde position du corps de serrage mobile (15), les surfaces de serrage (50, 51) des corps de serrage (14, 15) sont placées les unes contre les autres de sorte que les rainures longitudinales (53, 54) forment une cavité de réception pour recevoir une partie de l'élément de tige métallique (2), dans lequel le corps de serrage mobile (15) est prévu avec une saillie en forme de crochet (56) faisant saillie de sa surface de serrage (51), et le corps de serrage fixe (14) est prévu avec un évidement (60) réalisé dans sa surface de serrage (50), et dans lequel, dans la seconde position du corps de serrage mobile (15), la saillie en forme de crochet (56) du corps de serrage mobile (15) est reçue dans l'évidement (60) du corps de serrage fixe (14), et
dans lequel, de préférence la saillie en forme de crochet (56) est configurée, lorsque les surfaces de serrage (50, 51) des corps de serrage (14, 15) viennent en butée les unes contre les autres et qu'un élément de tige métallique (2) est logé dans la cavité de réception, pour se mettre en prise latéralement sur cet élément de tige métallique (2) lorsque ces surfaces de serrage (50, 51) mutuellement en butée des corps de serrage (14, 15) s'éloignent les unes des autres. - Dispositif selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la saillie en forme de crochet (56) est prévue avec une trajectoire de support (57), qui s'étend de manière sensiblement transversale à partir de la surface de serrage (51) du corps de serrage mobile (15), et une partie de crochet (58) qui s'étend sensiblement transversalement depuis la partie de support (57) à une certaine distance de la rainure longitudinale (54) dans la surface de serrage (51) du corps de serrage mobile (15), et
dans lequel, de préférence la partie de support (57) est prévue avec une surface de support (59) pour le dépôt de l'élément de tige métallique (2) sur cette dernière, et dans lequel la surface de support (59) est alignée par rapport à la rainure longitudinale (54) du corps de serrage mobile (15). - Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel les rainures longitudinales (53, 54) des corps de serrage (14, 15) sont chacune prévues avec au moins une nervure de serrage (61), dans lequel les nervures de serrage (61) sont configurées, lorsque les surfaces de serrage (50, 51) des corps de serrage (14, 15) viennent en butée les unes contre les autres et que l'élément de tige métallique (2) est logé dans la cavité de réception, pour serrer latéralement cet élément de tige métallique (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 10, dans lequel les corps de serrage (14, 15) sont chacun prévus avec une face de butée (62, 63) sensiblement plate, qui s'étend sensiblement perpendiculairement à la rainure longitudinale (53, 54), dans lequel les faces de butée (62, 63) des corps de serrage (14, 15) sont alignées sur un plan commun, et dans lequel le corps de déformation (16) est prévu avec une surface de déformation qui est configurée, lorsqu'un élément de tige métallique (2) ayant une partie d'extrémité qui est prévue avec l'extrémité de tête et fait saillie par rapport aux faces de butée (62, 63) est logé dans la cavité de réception, pour déformer plastiquement cette partie d'extrémité afin de former la tête épaissie (5), et
dans lequel, de préférence, le corps de déformation (16) est mobile entre une première position dans laquelle le corps de déformation (16) est positionné à une certaine distance de l'extrémité de tête de l'élément de tige métallique (2), et une seconde position dans laquelle le corps de déformation (16) a été déplacé de la première position aux faces de butée (62, 63) des corps de serrage (14, 15) et la partie d'extrémité ayant cette extrémité de tête a été plastiquement déformée par le corps de déformation (16), et
dans lequel, de préférence, la surface de déformation est prévue avec une cavité de déformation qui correspond sensiblement à la tête épaissie (5) à former. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 11, dans lequel le corps de serrage fixe (14) est fixé, de manière amovible, au dispositif, et dans lequel le corps de serrage mobile (15) est fixé, de manière amovible, au second bras de levier (44).
- Dispositif de fabrication de poignée pour fabriquer une poignée métallique pour un seau, comprenant un dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Dispositif de raccord de poignée de seau pour raccorder une poignée métallique à un seau, comprenant un dispositif de fabrication de poignée selon la revendication 13.
- Procédé pour former une tête épaissie (5) sur les extrémités de tête d'un élément de tige métallique (2), lequel procédé est prévu avec :le serrage de l'élément de tige métallique (2), tout en laissant une partie d'extrémité avoir une extrémité de tête libre,la déformation plastique, par un corps de déformation (16), de la partie d'extrémité de l'élément de tige métallique (2) afin de former une tête épaissie (5),l'entraînement, par un dispositif d'entraînement, du corps de déformation (16), dans lequel le dispositif d'entraînement est prévu avec :une unité d'entraînement (18),dans lequel l'unité d'entraînement (18) entraîne un élément de transmission (21), raccordé à l'unité d'entraînement (18),l'élément de transmission (21) pivote autour d'un axe de pivot (22) et est prévu avec une trajectoire de came (23), un bras de levier (24) qui, au niveau d'une extrémité, vient en butée contre le rail de came (23) de l'élément de transmission (21) et au niveau d'une extrémité opposée, est prévu avec le corps de déformation (16), est articulé autour d'un axe de charnière (27) s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement à l'axe de pivot (22).
