Description

  • In der Textilindustrie werden beim Beschicken von Karden und Vliesbildemaschinen seit 50 Jahren Siebflächen zum Trennen von Fasern und Luft eingesetzt. Um das Rutschen von Fasern zu verbessern, setzt man auch Lamellen oder Trennstäbe ein. Das Patent DE 33 04 571 C1 und die DE 1286436 A zeigen solche Lamellen. Eine L-förmige Lamellenform ist stabil, hat aber eine geringere Öffnungsfläche als Trennflachstäbe bzw. Trennstäbe. Die Trennstäbe haben einen geringeren Luftwiderstand. Nachteilig bei den Trennfstäben ist ein Zusetzen dieser Stäbe nach einiger Zeit. Dies erfolgt dadurch, dass sich einzelne Fasern von der Faserseite her zu beiden Seiten eines Stabes um den Stab legen und sich die Enden durch Luftwirbel verzwirbeln. Die verzwirbelten Fasern werden dann nicht mehr durch die an den Trennstäben vorbeiziehenden Faserflocken mitgenommen. Weitere Ausführungsformen von Trennstäben sind in der DE 710 607 C , und der US 4 344 843 A offenbart. Bestehende Trennstäbe oder Roststäbe haben in Faserflussrichtung und Luftdurchtrittsrichtung die gleiche Tiefe über die ganze Länge wie zum Beispiel in der DE 9 421 331 U1 offenbart.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den guten Luftdurchlass zu erhalten und ein Verzwirbeln der Faserenden zu vermeiden.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch den Tentilfaserschacht gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst.
  • Erfindungsgemäß nimmt die Tiefe der Trennstäbe in Fasertransportrichtung zu. In der Praxis sind die Trennstäbe nur im oberen Drittel frei für den Faseranflug, danach hat sich eine Fasersäule gebildet. Die Verzwirbelung der Faserenden erfordert eine Verweildauer. Durch die zunehmende Tiefe der Trennstäbe werden beim Herunterziehen der Fasern durch die nachfolgenden Faserflocken die Verzwirbelungen bereits kurz nach dem Entstehen wieder auseinandergezogen. Dies erfolgt noch, solange die Enden der Fasern nicht intensiv verzwirbelt sind.
  • Dabei nimmt bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung die Tiefe des Trennstabs ausgehend von seiner kleinsten Tiefe um mindestens 40% zu.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand zweier Zeichnungen beschrieben. Durch eine Einblasung (1) gelangen Fasern in einen Schacht (2). Die Transportluft tritt durch Trennstäbe (5) aus und es bildet sich eine Fasersäule (3), die durch eine Abzugseinrichtung (4) aus dem Schacht gezogen wird. Die Trennstäbe vergrößern sich entlang der Bewegungsrichtung (7) der Fasersäule in Richtung der Luftdurchströmung (8).
  • Einzelne Fasern (6) legen sich durch die Luftströmung um einen Trennstab, und die beiden Enden versuchen sich zu verzwirbeln. Durch die zunehmende Tiefe (t) des Trennstabes werden die Verzwirbelungen beim Rutschen entlang des Trennstabes aufgelöst.

Claims (3)

  1. Textilfaserschacht (2) für eine Faser-Luftstrom-Einrichtung mit mehreren Trennstäben (5) zum Trennen von Fasern (6) und Luft, wobei jeder Trennstab mit seiner Längsrichtung entlang der Fasertransportrichtung (7) ausgerichtet ist, die Trennstäbe in dem Textilfaserschacht (2) angeordnet sind und die Luft zum Austritt aus dem Textilfaserschacht (2) zu beiden Seiten um die Trennstäbe strömt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe (t) jedes Trennstabs (5) entlang der Fasertransportrichtung (7) zunimmt, sodass Verzwirbelungen der Faserenden von Fasern (6), die sich durch die Luftströmung auf den beiden Seiten des Trennstabs (5) um den Trennstab gelegt haben und an dem Trennstab in der Fasertransportrichtung (7) entlang rutschen, durch die zunehmende Tiefe des Trennstabs aufgelöst werden.
  2. Textilfaserschacht nach Anspruch 1, bei dem sich die Tiefe des Trennstabs (5) um mindestens 40 % seiner kleinsten Tiefe erhöht.
  3. Faser-Luftstrom-Einrichtung mit einem Textilfaserschacht nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
