Claims (19)
- Malerleinwand auf Glasfaserbasis mit einer Appretur, die dazu bestimmt ist, eine Verkleidung einer Innenfläche eines Gebäudes zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Mittel enthält, das geeignet ist, Formaldehyd einzufangen, das aus den methylenaktiven Verbindungen, den Hydraziden, den Tanninen, den Amiden, den Aminosäuren, den Peptiden und den Proteinen ausgewählt ist.
- Leinwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die methylenaktive Verbindung eine der folgenden Formeln (I) bis (IV) erfüllt:- R1 und R2, die identisch oder unterschiedlich sind, ein Wasserstoffatom, ein C1-C20-, vorzugsweise C1-C6-Alkylradikal, ein Aminoradikal oder ein Radikal der folgenden Formel darstellen

worin:- R6 ein Cyano-Radikal oder ein Radikalworin- R8 ein Wasserstoffatom, ein C1-C20-, vorzugsweise C1-C6-Alkylradikal oder ein Aminoradikal darstellt,- c gleich 0 oder 1 ist- R9 ein Radikal -C≡N oder -CO-CH3 darstellt,- A ein Radikal -(CH2)3- oder -C(CH3)2- darstellt,- r gleich 0 oder 1 ist. - Leinwand nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung der Formel (I) 2,4-Pentandion, 2,4-Hexandion, 3,5-Heptandion, 2,4-Octandion, Acetoacetamid, Acetoessigsäure, Methylacetoacetat, Ethylacetoacetat, n-Propylacetoacetat, Isopropylacetoacetat, Isobutylacetoacetat, t-Butylacetoacetat, n-Hexylacetoacetat, Malonamid, Malonsäure, Dimethylmalonat, Diethylmalonat, Din-propylmalonat, Diisopropylmalonat, Di-n-butylmalonat, Acetondicarbonsäure und Dimethylacetondicarboxylat ist.
- Leinwand nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung der Formel (II) 2-Methylcyanoacetat, 2-Ethylcyanoacetat, 2-n-Propylcyanoacetat, 2-Isopropylcyanoacetat, 2-n-Butylcyanoacetat, 2-Isobutylcyanoacetat, 2-ter-Butylcyanoacetat, 2-Cyanoacetamid und Propandinitril ist.
- Leinwand nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung der Formel (III) Trimethylolpropan triacetoacetat und Trimethylolpropan tricyanoacetat ist.
- Leinwand nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung der Formel (IV) 1,3-Cyclohexandion und Meldrumsäure ist.
- Leinwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hydrazid ausgewählt ist aus:a) den Monohydraziden der Formel R1CONHNH2, worin R1 ein Alkylradikal oder ein Arylradikal darstellt, wobei ein Wasserstoffatom der Alkyl- oder Arylradikale durch eine Hydroxygruppe oder ein Halogenatom ersetzt werden kann und wobei das Arylradikal durch ein Alkylradikal ersetzt werden kann,b) den Dihydraziden der Formel H2NHN-X-NHNH2, worin X ein Radikal-CO oder -CO-Y-CO darstellt und Y ein Alkylenradikal oder ein Arylenradikal ist, wobei ein Wasserstoffatom der Alkylen- oder Arylenradikale durch eine Hydroxygruppe oder ein Halogenatom ersetzt werden kann und wobei das Arylradikal durch ein Alkylradikal ersetzt werden kann,c) den Polyhydraziden, wie den Trihydraziden, den Tetrahydraziden und den Polyhydraziden, die aus einem Hydrazid-Monomer, das eine polymerisierbare Gruppe enthält, gebildet sind.
- Leinwand nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hydrazid Oxalsäuredihydrazid, Malonsäuredihydrazid, Bernsteinsäuredihydrazid, Adipinsäuredihydrazid, Sebacinsäuredihydrazid, Maleinsäuredihydrazid, Fumarsäuredihydrazid, Diglykolsäuredihydrazid, Weinsäuredihydrazid, Apfelsäuredihydrazid, Isophthalsäuredihydrazid, Terephthalsäuredihydrazid, Carbohydrazid, Zitronensäuretrihydrazid, Pyromellitsäuretrihydrazid, 1,2,4-Benzoltrihydrazid, Nitriloessigsäuretrihydrazid, Cyclohexantricarbonsäuretrihydrazid, Ethylendiamintetraessigsäuretetrahydrazid, 1,4,5,8-Naphthoesäuretetrahydrazid, ein Polyacrylsäurehydrazid oder ein Polymethacrylsäurehydrazid ist.
- Leinwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tannin ein Tannin der Mimose, des Quebracho, der Kiefer, der Pekan-Nuss, des Holzes von Schierling oder von Sumach ist.
- Leinwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Amid Harnstoff, 1,3-Dimethylharnstoff, Ethylenharnstoff oder seine Derivate, Biharnstoff, Biuret, Triuret, Acrylamid, Methacrylamid, Polyacrylamide und Polymethacrylamide ist.
- Leinwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehalt an Verbindung, die geeignet ist, Formaldehyd einzufangen, von 0,1 bis 500 g/m2, vorzugsweise von 0,5 bis 100 g/m2 und vorteilhafterweise von 1 bis 50 g/m2 variiert.
- Leinwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie auf der Basis von Glasfasern und eventuell von aus einem thermoplastischen organischen Material gebildeten Fasern ist.
- Leinwand nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um ein Gewebe handelt, das aus Glasfäden, welche aus einer Vielzahl von Glasfilamenten (oder Grundfaden) bestehen oder aus diesen Fäden abgeleitet sind, oder aus Mischfäden, die wenigstens einen Glasfaden bestehend aus einer Vielzahl von Glasfilamenten sowie wenigstens einen Faden bestehend aus einer Vielzahl von Filamenten aus dem vorgenannten thermoplastischen organischen Material umfassen, oder aus "miteinander vermengten" Fäden, die von Glasfilamenten und von Filamenten aus dem vorgenannten organischen Material, welche innig gemischt werden, gebildet sind, erhalten wird.
- Leinwand nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Kette einen gezwirnten Glasfaden und als Schuss einen nicht gezwirnten, geöffneten Glasfaden umfasst und dass die Feinheit der Kettfäden und Schussfäden von 34 bis 1500 tex variiert.
- Leinwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine flächenbezogene Masse aufweist, die von 30 bis 1000 g/m2 variiert.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung der Malerleinwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, wobei man die Malerleinwand einen Foulard (3) oder die Vorrichtung (30) durchlaufen lässt, die zwei Walzen 31a und 31b umfasst, welche jeweils einen mittleren Stutzen 32 zum Zuführen der Appreturzusammensetzung unter Druck aufweisen, und bei der der Umfangsbereich der Walzen mit Löchern 33 versehen ist, die von der Appreturzusammensetzung, welche auf der Malerleinwand abgeschieden wird, durchlaufen werden, die Leinwand getrocknet und eingesammelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt zur Behandlung mit einem Mittel, das geeignet ist, Formaldehyd einzufangen, umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behandlung darin besteht, das Mittel in die Appreturzusammensetzung einzubringen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behandlung darin besteht, das Mittel nach dem Foulard (3) oder der Vorrichtung (30) und bevor die Malerleinwand über die Trocknungsvorrichtung (5) läuft aufzubringen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufbringen durch Sprühen einer wässrigen Lösung des Mittels vollzogen wird.
