a)一般式R1CONHNH2のモノヒドラジド。ここでR1は、アルキルラジカル、たとえば、メチル、エチル、n−プロピル、イソプロピル、n−ブチル、sec−ブチルもしくはtert−ブチルのラジカルであるか、またはアリールラジカル、たとえば、フェニル、ビフェニルもしくはナフチルのラジカルである。上記アルキルまたはアリールのラジカルの水素原子は、水酸基またはハロゲン原子で置換でき、上記アリールラジカルは、アルキルラジカル、たとえば、メチル、エチルまたはn−プロピルのラジカルで置換できると理解される。
b)一般式H2NHN−X−NHNH2のジヒドラジド。ここで、Xは、−CO−または−CO−Y−COのラジカルであり、Yは、アルキレンラジカル、たとえば、メチレン、エチレンもしくはトリメチレンのラジカルであるか、またはアリーレンラジカル、たとえば、フェニレン、ビフェニレンもしくはナフチレンのラジカルである。上記アルキレンまたはアリーレンのラジカルの水素原子は、水酸基またはハロゲン原子で置換でき、上記アリーレンラジカルは、アルキルラジカル、たとえば、メチル、エチルまたはn−プロピルのラジカルで置換できると理解される。たとえば、シュウ酸ジヒドラジド、マロン酸ジヒドラジド、コハク酸ジヒドラジド、アジピン酸ジヒドラジド、セバシン酸ジヒドラジド、マレイン酸ジヒドラジド、フマル酸ジヒドラジド、ジグリコール酸ジヒドラジド、酒石酸ジヒドラジド、リンゴ酸ジヒドラジド、イソフタル酸ジヒドラジド、テレフタル酸ジヒドラジドおよびカルボヒドラジドを挙げられる。

- 建築物の内面上に被覆材を形成することを意図された、仕上げ剤を含むガラスファイバをベースとする塗装カンバスであって、

のうちの1つに対応することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカンバス。 - 前記一般式(I)の化合物が、2,4−ペンタンジオン、2,4−ヘキサンジオン、3,5−ヘプタンジオン、2,4−オクタンジオン、アセトアセトアミド、アセト酢酸、アセト酢酸メチル、アセト酢酸エチル、アセト酢酸−n−プロピル、アセト酢酸イソプロピル、アセト酢酸イソブチル、アセト酢酸−t−ブチル、アセト酢酸−n−ヘキシル、マロンアミド、マロン酸、マロン酸ジメチル、マロン酸ジエチル、マロン酸ジ−n−プロピル、マロン酸ジイソプロピル、マロン酸ジ−n−ブチル、アセトンジカルボン酸またはアセトンジカルボン酸ジメチルであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカンバス。
- 前記一般式(II)の化合物が、2−シアノ酢酸メチル、2−シアノ酢酸エチル、2−シアノ酢酸−n−プロピル、2−シアノ酢酸イソプロピル、2−シアノ酢酸−n−ブチル、2−シアノ酢酸イソブチル、2−シアノ酢酸−tert−ブチル、2−シアノアセトアミドまたはプロパンジニトリルであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカンバス。
- 前記一般式(III)の化合物が、トリアセト酢酸トリメチロールプロパンまたはトリシアノ酢酸トリメチロールプロパンであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカンバス。
- 前記一般式(IV)の化合物が、1,3−シクロヘキサンジオンまたはメルドラム酸であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカンバス。
- 前記タンニンが、ミモザ(mimosa)、ケブラコ(quebracho)、松、ピーカンナッツ(pecan nut)、ベイツガ材(hemlock wood)またはウルシ(sumac)タンニンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカンバス。
- 前記ホルムアルデヒドをトラップできる化合物の含有量が、0.1〜500g/m2で、好ましくは0.5〜100g/m2 で変わることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のカンバス。
- ガラスファイバと、所望により熱可塑性有機材料からなるファイバとをベースとすることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のカンバス。
- 前記カンバスが、
多数のガラス単繊維(またはベース糸)からなるガラス糸から得られた、または、
これらの糸から、もしくは多数のガラス単繊維からなる少なくとも1種のガラス糸と多数の前記熱可塑性有機材料の単繊維からなる少なくとも1種の糸とを含む混合糸から、もしくは均質に混合したガラス単繊維と前記有機材料の単繊維とからなる「混繊」糸から由来する、
布地であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のカンバス。 - よられたガラス糸を縦糸に、よられていない嵩高加工ガラス糸を横糸に含むこと、および該縦糸および横糸の線密度は34〜1500texで変わることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のカンバス。
- 30〜1000g/m2で変わる単位面積当たりの重量を示すことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のカンバス。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の塗装カンバスの製造方法であって、
前記塗装カンバスは、パジング機(3)または装置(30)の中を通過し、乾燥され、回収され、
前記方法は、活性メチレンおよびタンニンを含む化合物から選択される、ホルムアルデヒドをトラップできる物質を使用して処理する段階を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記処理は、前記塗装カンバスをコーティングするのに用いられる仕上げ組成物の中に前記物質を導入することであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記処理は、前記パジング機(3)または前記装置(30)の後、前記塗装カンバスが乾燥装置(5)を通過する前に、前記物質を適用することにあることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記適用は、前記物質の水性溶液を噴霧することによって実行されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
