a)ガラスマットの製造
250gのヒドロキシエチルセルロース(増粘剤、HerculesよりNatrosol(登録商標)250 HHRという表示で販売されている)及び0.3gのエトキシル化オクタデシルアミン/オクタデシルグアニジン複合体(表面剤、CytecよりAerosol(登録商標) C−61という表示で販売されている、固形分70%)を含む水溶液2リットルを調製する。
比換気流量を1.48m3/(m2・h)に等しくし負荷レベルを0.27m2/m3に等しくして一部変更した標準規格ISO 16000−9による装置に、マットのサンプルを入れる。
Claims (22)
- 下式(I)〜(IV)の活性メチレンを含む化合物から選択されるホルムアルデヒドを捕捉することが可能な薬剤を含む鉱物繊維のマットであり、当該マットが含有する結合剤中の遊離ホルムアルデヒドのレベルが0.05%未満であることを特徴とする、鉱物繊維のマット。
・式(I):
・R1及びR2は、同一であるか又は異なり、水素原子、C1〜C20アルキル基、アミノ基又は下式の基を表し、
を表し、pは1〜6の整数である)、
・R3は、水素原子、C1〜C10アルキル基、フェニル基又はハロゲン原子を表し、
・aは0又は1に等しく、
・bは0又は1に等しく、
・nは1又は2に等しい)
・式(II):
・R6は、シアノ基又は次の基、
を表し、
・R7は、水素原子、C1〜C10アルキル基、フェニル基又はハロゲン原子を表す)
・式(III):
・R9は−C≡N基又は−CO−CH3基を表し、
・qは1〜4の整数である)
・式(IV):
・Aは、−(CH2)3−基又は−C(CH3)2−基を表し、
・rは、0又は1に等しい) - 下式(I)〜(IV)の活性メチレンを含む化合物から選択されるホルムアルデヒドを捕捉することが可能な薬剤を含むことを特徴とする、建物及び運搬用車両の内部に存在するホルムアルデヒドの量を減らすための鉱物繊維のマット。

・R 9 は−C≡N基又は−CO−CH 3 基を表し、
・qは1〜4の整数である)
・式(IV):
・Aは、−(CH 2 ) 3 −基又は−C(CH 3 ) 2 −基を表し、
・rは、0又は1に等しい) - 式(I)の前記化合物が2,4−ペンタンジオン、2,4−ヘキサンジオン、3,5−ヘプタンジオン、2,4−オクタンジオン、アセトアセトアミド、アセト酢酸、アセト酢酸メチル、アセト酢酸エチル、アセト酢酸n−プロピル、アセト酢酸イソプロピル、アセト酢酸イソブチル、アセト酢酸t−ブチル、アセト酢酸n−ヘキシル、マロンアミド、マロン酸、マロン酸ジメチル、マロン酸ジエチル、マロン酸ジ(n−プロピル)、マロン酸ジイソプロピル、マロン酸ジ(n−ブチル)、アセトンジカルボン酸及びアセトンジカルボン酸ジメチルであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のマット。
- 式(II)の前記化合物が2−シアノ酢酸メチル、2−シアノ酢酸エチル、2−シアノ酢酸n−プロピル、2−シアノ酢酸イソプロピル、2−シアノ酢酸n−ブチル、2−シアノ酢酸イソブチル、2−シアノ酢酸tert−ブチル、2−シアノアセトアミド及びプロパンジニトリルであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のマット。
- 式(III)の前記化合物がトリメチロールプロパントリアセトアセテート及びトリメチロールプロパントリシアノアセテートであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のマット。
- 式(IV)の前記化合物が1,3−シクロヘキサンジオン及びメルドルム酸であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のマット。
- ホルムアルデヒドを捕捉することが可能な化合物の含有量が0.1〜500g/m2であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の一項に記載のマット。
- 鉱物フィラメント又は鉱物糸を基礎材料としていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の一項に記載のマット。
- 熱可塑性有機材料からなる繊維を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のマット。
- 前記鉱物糸が、多数の鉱物フィラメントからなる糸(又はベースヤーン)もしくはロービングの形をしたこれらのベースヤーンの集合体であるか、均質に混合された、鉱物フィラメントと有機材料のフィラメントとからなる「混繊」糸であるか、又は多数の鉱物フィラメントからなる少なくとも1種の糸と多数の熱可塑性有機材料フィラメントからなる少なくとも1種の糸とを含む混紡糸であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のマット。
- 前記フィラメント又は前記糸がガラス製であることを特徴とする請求項7〜10の一項に記載のマット。
- 前記ガラスがEガラスであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のマット。
- 10〜1100g/m2の単位面積当たりの重量を示すことを特徴とする請求項1〜12の一項に記載のマット。
- 溶融鉱物材料(1)からフィラメント(4)を作り、該フィラメントをマット(6)の形で集め、該マットに結合剤(7)を適用し、該マットを乾燥装置(9)内を通過させ、そして集める、請求項1〜13の一項に記載のマットの製造方法であって、下式(I)〜(IV)の活性メチレンを含む化合物から選択されるホルムアルデヒドを捕捉することが可能な薬剤を用いる処理の段階を含むことを特徴とするマット製造方法。
・式(I):
・R1及びR2は、同一であるか又は異なり、水素原子、C1〜C20アルキル基、アミノ基又は下式の基を表し、
を表し、pは1〜6の整数である)、
・R3は、水素原子、C1〜C10アルキル基、フェニル基又はハロゲン原子を表し、
・aは0又は1に等しく、
・bは0又は1に等しく、
・nは1又は2に等しい)
・式(II):
・R6は、シアノ基又は次の基、
を表し、
・R7は、水素原子、C1〜C10アルキル基、フェニル基又はハロゲン原子を表す)
・式(III):
・R9は−C≡N基又は−CO−CH3基を表し、
・qは1〜4の整数である)
・式(IV):
・Aは、−(CH2)3−基又は−C(CH3)2−基を表し、
・rは、0又は1に等しい) - 前記処理が前記薬剤を前記結合剤(7)中に導入するものであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記処理が、前記結合剤(7)をマット上に被着後、そのマットが乾燥装置(9)に入る前に、前記薬剤を適用するものであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記適用を前記薬剤の水溶液をスプレーすることによって行うことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 切断した鉱物糸の水中分散液(11)を孔の開いたコンベヤー(13)上に成形ヘッド(12)を用いて被着させ、サクションボックス(14)によって水を除去し、該糸をマット(15)の形で集め、該マットに結合剤(16)を適用し、該マットを乾燥装置(18)内を通過させ、そして集める、請求項1〜13の一項に記載のマットの製造方法であって、下式(I)〜(IV)の活性メチレンを含む化合物から選択されるホルムアルデヒドを捕捉することが可能な薬剤を用いる処理の段階を含むことを特徴とするマット製造方法。

・rは、0又は1に等しい) - 前記処理が前記薬剤を前記結合剤(16)中に導入するものであることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記処理が、前記結合剤(16)をマット上に被着後、そのマットが乾燥装置(18)に入る前に、前記薬剤を適用するものであることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記適用を前記薬剤の水溶液をスプレーすることによって行うことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13の一項に記載のマットを使用して、建物及び運搬用車両の内部に存在するホルムアルデヒドの量を減らすための方法。
