技术领域
本发明涉及用于施用在建筑物的内表面上的基于玻璃纤维的画布(toile àpeindre),其包含能够俘获甲醛的试剂。

背景技术
非常不同的材料用于寓所和办公室建筑物的建造和内部装配修中。这些材料中一些,如隔音和/或隔热材料、木板、家具和装饰部件使用粘合剂、油漆和清漆,它们使用甲醛。
游离甲醛在这些材料中的比例已经是非常低的。然而,关于防护产品的不希望排放物(其可具有对个人健康的风险)的规章变得越来越严格并要求进一步减少游离甲醛的量或者能由所述材料随着时间排放的甲醛的量。
降低建筑物内部的甲醛的量的方法是已知的。
已经提出在油漆或者由石膏灰泥制成的材料(US-A-2005/0226761)、纸张或者织物、塑料或者木材(EP-A-1437397)中包括光催化二氧化钛颗粒。
还已知在基于石膏灰泥或者基于水泥的建筑材料中使用酰肼(US-A-2004/0101695和JP-A-2004115340)。
还提出在油漆或者纸张特别地壁纸中加入锻烧的牡蛎壳粉(JP-A-2005230729)。
本发明的目的是降低在建筑物内部存在的甲醛的量。
为了实现这种目的,本发明提出了基于玻璃纤维的画布,其包含能够俘获甲醛的试剂。

能够俘获甲醛的试剂的使用量可以在很大范围内改变,例如为0.1-500g/m2画布,优选0.5-100g/m2画布,有利地1-50g/m2画布。
必要时,能够俘获甲醛的试剂另外可以包含至少一种吸附甲醛的多孔材料。
这种多孔材料以具有10nm-100μm,优选地500nm-50μm,有利地1-10μm的尺寸的颗粒形式进行提供。优选地,颗粒具有1-5000m2/g,有利地5-2000m2/g的比表面积和1-50nm,优选地1-20nm的平均孔径。
多孔材料可以是热解的或者非热解的微孔性或者中孔性的二氧化硅、炭黑、沸石或者多孔聚合物。
根据本发明的画布基于玻璃纤维并且任选地可以包含由热塑性有机材料(如聚乙烯和聚丙烯)组成的纤维。
优选地,画布是从由大量玻璃单纤维(或者原纱)组成的或者来源于这些纱的玻璃纱,特别地这些呈粗纱(英文为“roving”)形式的原纱的集合体获得的织物,或者从包含至少一种由大量玻璃单纤维组成的玻璃纱和至少一种由大量上述热塑性有机材料的单纤维组成的纱的混纺纱获得的织物,或者从由被密切混纺的玻璃单纤维和上述有机材料的单纤维组成的"并合"纱获得的织物。
上述的纱可以是无捻纱或者加捻纱。
参与该纱的构造的玻璃可以是任何类型,例如E、C、R或者AR(耐碱的)。玻璃E是优选的。
构成纱的玻璃单纤维的直径可以在很大程度上改变,例如5-30μm。同样地,纱的单位长度质量可以广泛地变化,其优选为34-1500特。
有利地,画布在经线中包含加捻玻璃纱(织物纱)和在纬线中包含无捻玻璃纱,其已经受目的为分离玻璃纱的处理以便为其提供体积(或者"膨体"纱)。经线和纬线的单位长度质量优选地为50-500特。
优选地,画布具有为30-1000g/m2的单位面积质量。
传统地,画布用维持纱的整理组合物(composition d’apprêt)涂覆,该整理组合物维持纱、掩蔽孔隙并且赋予线这样的硬度,该硬度适合于能适当地进行在最后载体上的设置。优选地,涂覆在画布的两个面上进行。
整理组合物通常以包含以下的水溶液形式进行提供,以重量百分比表示:
- 5-100%由在低温(在约25℃温度下)条件下可溶解的淀粉性质化合物(如淀粉)组成的结构化合物,
- 0-90%具有疏水性的聚合物,例如乙酸乙烯酯、(甲基)丙烯酸的均-或者共聚物,特别地苯乙烯/(甲基)丙烯酸共聚物,
- 0-15%白色掩盖填料,例如二氧化钛,
- 0-40%阻燃剂,例如锆盐,
- 0-30%发泡剂,例如氧化胺,
- 0-20%泡沫-稳定剂,例如硬脂酸铵,
- 0-20%防水剂,例如石蜡或者三氧化锑
- 0-10%杀生物剂和/或抗真菌剂。
画布在它的在背侧的面(在最终的排列中,被粘合性结合到载体的面)上可以包含附加的可以与水反应的粘合剂层。这类层允许操作员仅仅通过向被涂覆的面施加水以活化该经涂粘合剂的面并且使该布直接地设置在载体上。
本发明的另一主题是用于制备画布的方法。

具体实施方式
画布(1),从卷轴(2)在由箭头标明的方向中展开进入包括辊(3a)和辊(3b)的轧染机(3)中,该辊(3a)浸入包含整理组合物的容器(4)中。在通过辊3a上面时,画布(1)用整理组合物涂覆和沉积量通过在辊3a和3b之间的距离进行调节。
根据该方法的变型,轧染机3用图2的装置30代替,该装置30包括两个辊31a和31b,每个辊包括用于在压力下引入整理组合物的中心孔道32。辊31a和31b的四周区域提供有使整理组合物通过它们的穿孔33,该整理组合物沉积在画布上。放置在辊31a和31b下的装置34可以回收过量的整理组合物。
这种实施方案变型可以在画布(1)的两面上施加整理组合物。它具有不"压倒"该画布的编织图案的优点:所述图案因此保留它的初始突起,这可以随后通过施用油漆显示出优点。
经涂覆的画布随后进入包括三个加热辊(5a、5b、5c)的干燥装置(5),在与它们接触时水被除去。存在于干燥装置中的辊的数目为1-20,优选地不超过14。
有利地,在干燥装置中的温度降低,即第一辊被加热至比最后的辊更高的温度。待施加到第一个辊处的最大温度取决于组成该画布的纱的性质。举例来说,当纱用玻璃制成时第一辊的温度等于240℃和最终的辊的温度等于110℃。如果涉及包括热塑性有机材料的单纤维的互混纱时,第一辊的最大温度是较低的。然而,最大温度不应该超过具有最低熔点的热塑性有机材料的熔点。
可以使用其它干燥装置,例如传递热空气的装置或者通过红外辐射进行操作的装置。
必要时,在干燥装置5之后可以设置一个或多个其它非加热的辊(未显示)。这些辊的作用特别地引导布和/或调节作业线的速度以便可以替换卷轴2。
成品的画布(6)随后以缠绕形式(7)进行收集。
根据本发明,在这种常规装置中加入使用能够俘获甲醛的试剂的处理步骤。
根据第一实施方案,将能够俘获甲醛的试剂引入到整理组合物中。因为这种实施方案不需要任何用于施用能够俘获甲醛的试剂的附加装置(这从经济的观点看是有利的),其是优选的。
根据第二种实施方案,能够俘获甲醛的试剂在轧染机(3)或者装置(30)之后并且在画布通过干燥装置(5)之前进行施加。
所述试剂可以通过任何已知的手段进行施加,优选地使用通过在图1中描述的喷射(8)运行的装置来进行。
例如,这种装置可以由多个用能俘获甲醛的试剂的水溶液进料的喷嘴组成,所述喷嘴产生在与画布的上部面(或者正面)接触之前刚互相渗透的分支流。
必要时,能够俘获甲醛的试剂可以另外被施用于下部面(或者在背面),例如使用传统的施涂辊。
能够俘获甲醛的试剂还可以通过在成品画布上,优选地在正面上的吸收进行施加。然而,以这种操作方法是更昂贵的因为其要求附加步骤和专门用于施加呈水溶液形式的能够俘获甲醛的试剂和用于除去水的特定手段。
以下实施例可以举例说明本发明然而不限制本发明。
实施例1和2
制备包含以下组分的整理组合物,以重量百分比表示:
在25℃可溶解的淀粉 5.5
丙烯酸粘结剂(Acronal®S559,BASF) 9.2
二氧化钛 0.2
石蜡 0.3
锆盐 0.4
能够俘获甲醛的试剂 5.4
水 79.0。
在搅拌下,通过将水和不同组分引入容器中获得整理组合物,其中能够俘获甲醛的试剂最后被加入。能够俘获甲醛的试剂是乙酰乙酰胺(实施例1)和己二酸二酰肼(实施例2)。
整理组合物用来涂覆以玻璃织物形式提供的画布,其具有120g/m2的单位面积质量,其在纬线中包含具有大约330特的单位长度质量和1.9纱/厘米的纬密的纹理化(texturé)玻璃纱,和在经线中包含具有大约140特的单位长度质量和3纱/厘米的经密的玻璃纱。
整理组合物在图1的装置中进行施加。
调节轧染机(3)以便沉积大约310g整理组合物/m2画布。
收集的画布包括每m2画布65g整理组合物(干物质),能够俘获甲醛的试剂的量等于17g。
这种帆布在以下条件中经受吸收和解吸甲醛的测试。
将画布的样品放置于根据ISO标准16000-9的装置中,其改变在于在试验腔室中该相对湿度水平等于45%。
a) 在第一步中,腔室用包含大约50μg甲醛/m3的连续空气流进料该腔室7天。测量在进入和脱离该腔室的空气中的甲醛的量并计算通过画布吸收甲醛的百分比。
b) 在第二步中,腔室用不包含甲醛的空气进料该腔室1天并且在腔室的出口处测量存在于空气中的甲醛的量。
甲醛通过液相色谱(HPLC)在ISO标准16000-3的条件下进行测量。
在表1中通过与用不包含能够俘获甲醛的试剂的整理组合物涂覆的布(参照例)相比较显示了,对于用包括能够俘获甲醛的试剂的整理组合物涂覆的画布,由画布所吸收的甲醛的百分比和离开腔室的空气中的甲醛量(实施例1和2)。

发现对于实施例1和2,该吸收的甲醛的量比参照例更大:甲醛的吸收在第1天分别地是13倍(实施例1)和7.8倍(实施例2)并且保持在试验持续时间是相对恒定的。
在实施例1和2中释放的甲醛比参照例低得多。明确指出6μg/m3的值相当于其中试验腔室不包含任何画布样品的条件下测量的排出的甲醛的量。
实施例3-6
制备包含以下组分的整理组合物,以重量百分比表示:
在25℃可溶解的淀粉 3.9
丙烯酸粘结剂(Acronal®S559,BASF) 11.8
二氧化钛 0.1

能够俘获甲醛的试剂 3.8

能够俘获甲醛的试剂是乙酰乙酰胺(实施例3)、己二酸二酰肼(实施例4)、亚乙基脲(实施例5)和刺槐单宁(tannin d’acacia)(实施例6)。
整理组合物用来涂覆以玻璃织物形式提供的画布,其具有80g/m2的单位面积质量,其在纬线中包含具有大约330特的单位长度质量和1.9纱/厘米的纬密的纹理化玻璃纱,和在经线中包含具有大约140特的单位长度质量和3纱/厘米的经密的玻璃纱。
整理组合物在图1的装置中进行施加。
调节轧染机(3)以便沉积大约470g整理组合物/m2画布。
收集的画布包括65g整理组合物(干燥物质)/m2画布,能够俘获甲醛的试剂的量等于18g。
这种布在以下条件下经受吸收和解吸甲醛的测试。
将画布的样品放置于根据ISO标准16000-9的装置中,其改变在于在试验腔室中该相对湿度水平等于50%。
a) 在第一步中,腔室用包含大约50μg甲醛/m3的连续空气流进料该腔室3天。测量在进入和离开该腔室的空气中的甲醛的量并计算通过画布吸收甲醛的百分比。

Claims (20)
1.用于形成建筑物的内表面的覆盖层的包含整理剂的基于玻璃纤维的画布,特征在于其包含能够俘获甲醛的试剂。
2.根据权利要求1的画布,特征在于能俘获甲醛的试剂选自具有一个或多个活性亚甲基的化合物、酰肼、单宁、酰胺、氨基酸、肽和蛋白质。
3.根据权利要求2的画布,特征在于具有一个或多个活性亚甲基的化合物对应于以下式(I)-(IV)之一的化合物

4.根据权利要求3的画布,特征在于式(I)化合物是2,4-戊二酮、2,4-己二酮、3,5-庚二酮、2,4-辛二酮、乙酰乙酰胺、乙酰乙酸、乙酰乙酸甲酯、乙酰乙酸乙酯、乙酰乙酸正丙酯、乙酰乙酸异丙酯、乙酰乙酸异丁酯、乙酰乙酸叔丁酯、乙酰乙酸正己酯、丙二酰胺、丙二酸、丙二酸二甲酯、丙二酸二乙酯、丙二酸二(正丙基)酯、丙二酸二异丙酯、丙二酸二(正丁基)酯、丙酮二甲酸和丙酮二甲酸二甲酯。
5.根据权利要求3的画布,特征在于式(II)化合物是2-氰基乙酸甲酯、2-氰基乙酸乙酯、2-氰基乙酸正丙酯、2-氰基乙酸异丙酯、2-氰基乙酸正丁酯、2-氰基乙酸异丁酯、2-氰基乙酸叔丁酯、2-氰基乙酰胺和丙二腈。
6.根据权利要求3的画布,特征在于式(III)化合物是三乙酰乙酸三羟甲基丙酯和三氰基乙酸三羟甲基丙酯。
7.根据权利要求3的画布,特征在于式(IV)化合物是1,3-环己烷二酮和麦德鲁姆酸。
8.根据权利要求2的画布,特征在于酰肼选自:
a) 式R1CONHNH2的单酰肼,其中R1表示烷基或者芳基,所述烷基或者芳基的氢原子可以被羟基或者卤素原子代替和所述芳基可以被烷基取代,
b) 式H2NHN-X-NHNH2的二酰肼,其中X表示-CO-或者-CO-Y-CO基团,和Y是亚烷基或者亚芳基,所述亚烷基或者亚芳基的氢原子可以被羟基或者卤素原子代替,和所述芳基可以被烷基取代,
c) 多酰肼,如三酰肼,四酰肼,和由包含可聚合基团的酰肼单体形成的聚酰肼。
9.根据权利要求8的画布,特征在于酰肼为草酸二酰肼、丙二酸二酰肼、琥珀酸二酰肼、己二酸二酰肼、癸二酸二酰肼、马来酸二酰肼、富马酸二酰肼、二甘醇酸二酰肼、酒石酸二酰肼、苹果酸二酰肼、间苯二酸二酰肼、对苯二酸二酰肼、碳酰肼、柠檬酸三酰肼、苯均四酸三酰肼、1,2,4-苯三酰肼、次氮基乙酸三酰肼、环己烷三甲酸三酰肼、乙二胺四乙酸四酰肼、1,4,5,8-萘甲酸四酰肼、聚(丙烯酸酰肼)或者聚(甲基丙烯酸酰肼)。
10.根据权利要求2的画布,特征在于单宁是含羞草、白坚木、松木、山核桃坚果、铁杉木或漆树的单宁。
11.根据权利要求2的画布,特征在于酰胺为脲、1,3-二甲基脲、亚乙基脲或它的衍生物、联二脲、缩二脲、二缩三脲、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酰胺和聚甲基丙烯酰胺。
12.根据权利要求1-11的画布,特征在于能够俘获甲醛的化合物的含量为0.1-500g/m2,优选0.5-100g/m2,有利地1-50g/m2。
13.根据权利要求1-11之一的画布,特征在于画布基于玻璃纤维并且任选地基于由热塑性有机材料组成的纤维。
14.根据权利要求13的画布,特征在于画布是从由大量玻璃单纤维(或者原纱)组成的或者来源于这些纱的玻璃纱,或者从包含至少一种由大量玻璃单纤维组成的玻璃纱和至少一种由大量上述热塑性有机材料的单纤维组成的纱的混纺纱,或者从由被密切混纺的玻璃单纤维和上述有机材料的单纤维组成的"并合"纱获得的织物。
15.根据权利要求14的画布,特征在于其在经线中包含加捻玻璃纱和在纬线中包含膨体无捻玻璃纱和经线和纬线的所述纱的单位长度质量为34-1500特。
16.根据权利要求1-15之一的画布,特征在于画布具有为30-1000g/m2的单位面积质量。
17.制备根据权利要求1-16之一的画布的方法,其中使画布通过轧染机(3)或装置(30)中,干燥并收集所述画布,特征在于它包括使用能俘获甲醛的试剂的处理步骤。
18.根据权利要求17的方法,特征在于该处理在于将所述试剂引入到整理组合物中。
