Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a buffer for a stick, in particular for a trekking, walking or Nordic walking pole, wherein the buffer at its upper end means for attachment to a pole tube, in particular in the form of a recess, and at its lower end a Rolling surface, wherein the rolling surface in a transverse direction with respect to the rolling substantially flat or only slightly convex curved, but in a longitudinal direction perpendicular thereto is convex so convex that during the movement of the user of the stick a rolling surface during the repulsion movement with the stick on a base. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a trekking, walking or Nordic Walking stick with such a buffer and method for producing such buffers or damping elements.
  • Trekking and climbing is also increasingly practiced for health reasons with the aid of at least one, preferably even two sticks.
  • the so-called Nordic Walking is based even on the fact that two sticks are used and thus a dynamic and joints gentle movement is possible.
  • a buffer is known in which a plurality of pin-shaped elements are embedded in the smooth rolling surface.
  • the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide an improved, suitable for a variety of substrates suitable buffers for a trekking, walking or Nordic walking pole.
  • it is about to improve a buffer for a stick, especially for a trekking, walking or Nordic walking pole, the buffer at its upper end means for attachment to a pole, z. B. in the form of a recess, and at its lower end has a rolling surface.
  • the core of the invention thus consists, to a certain extent, of assuming the effect of a tip by at least one retaining element, which is elastically mounted in the rubber-elastic material.
  • the hard, inelastic holding element for example made of metal and / or ceramic, can engage in soft substrates and is therefore suitable for such soft substrates, similar to a conventional stick tip.
  • the retaining element is mounted in an elastic manner in the rubber-elastic material, there is a surprising effect when used on a hard surface, namely that by the elastic embedding the retaining element no hard knocks on the pole grip transmits, and thus no to the musculoskeletal system shows negative effects, and that continue to arise due to the elastic embedding substantially no unpleasant impact noise, as inevitably occur in conventional tips.
  • the effect is thus similar to a spike, as known from the field of winter tires.
  • the rolling surface can be in a transverse direction with respect to the rolling substantially flat or only slightly convex curved (possibly with trough-shaped indentations or depressions), but in a longitudinal direction perpendicular thereto be convex so convex that they a rolling surface during the movement of the user of the stick during the repulsion movement with the stick forms on a support.
  • the holding element has a hardness which is preferably greater than 3 on the Mohs scale, more preferably greater than 4, 5, or even greater than 6 or 7.
  • the specified hardness refers to the region of the holding element, which with enters or enters the subsoil. Those areas of the holding element, which do not come into contact with the substrate or penetrate into it, can easily have a lower hardness, they can even be made of soft and partially elastic material, as long as a sufficient support in the material of the buffer is ensured.
  • the at least one elastically mounted retaining element projects at least partially beyond the rolling surface, typically in the range of one-half to two or three millimeters or more.
  • the anchoring depth of the retaining element in the buffer is greater than the height which protrudes beyond the rolling surface.
  • the rolling surface is generally asymmetrical in that it is pulled up at the front end (ie in the running direction) and in that the rear end essentially forms a point. This results in an ideal rolling behavior at z. As a rule, rather long sticks during Nordic walking.
  • At least 4, at least 6 or at least 8 retaining elements are arranged on respectively in or on the rolling surface.
  • the holding elements are preferably arranged spaced apart in the longitudinal direction, that is to say in the running direction, wherein at least 2 or at least 3 or at least 4 holding elements can be arranged in at least one row or in particular offset laterally in the longitudinal direction.
  • This particular arrangement of the holding elements proves to be extremely suitable in particular in connection with the specifically designed, convex rolling surface in the running direction. It is thus ensured that during the entire movement always a holding element contact with the ground having.
  • a preferred embodiment is characterized in that at least 4, preferably 6 or 8 holding elements are arranged, and that the holding elements are arranged in at least 2, offset in the transverse direction rows of corresponding 2, 3 or 4 holding elements.
  • the fact that different rows are arranged laterally offset results in addition the advantage that with oblique placement or with irregular background always holding elements make contact with the ground.
  • the rolling surface also has a profile.
  • the holding element is arranged on at least one lug surface of the profile.
  • the profile may have at least one, preferably central, longitudinal groove and transverse grooves branching off at least 2, 3 or 4, in particular laterally symmetrical thereof, and two longitudinally extending rows of, for example, four retaining elements may be arranged on the stud surfaces of the rolling surface formed by the grooves be.
