Claims (13)

  1. Fibre à bicomposants super-absorbante, le composant A contenant au moins un polymère thermoplastique et le composant B contenant un composite d'au moins un polymère thermoplastique de base et au moins un polymère super-absorbant (PSA) caractérisée en ce que
    - le point de fusion de la matière thermoplastique contenue dans le composant A est plus élevé d'au moins 20°C que le point de fusion de la matière thermoplastique contenue dans le composant B,
    - la grosseur de grain moyenne du PSA est de 0,5 à 10 µm,
    - le composite comporte une part en PSA de 0,5 à 40 % en poids et
    - la part en PSA d'une grosseur de grain supérieure à 15 µm s'élève à un maximum de 1 % en poids.
  2. Fibre à bicomposants super-absorbante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une structure âme/enveloppe, le composant A étant contenu dans l'âme et le composant B étant contenu dans l'enveloppe.
  3. Fibre à bicomposants super-absorbante selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la grosseur de grain moyenne du PSA s'élève à de 1 µm à 10 µm, notamment à de 1 µm à 5 µm.
  4. Fibre à bicomposants super-absorbante selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le composant B comporte une part en PSA de 1 à 35 % en poids, notamment de 5 à 30 % en poids.
  5. Fibre à bicomposants super-absorbante selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le composant A est en polyester susceptible d'être filé à chaud et le polymère de base du composant B est en polyéthylène.
  6. Fibre à bicomposants super-absorbante selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le composant A est en polyéthylène téréphtalate.
  7. Procédé destiné à fabriquer la fibre à bicomposants super-absorbante selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on met à disposition le composant A et le composant B, on les file en filaments à bicomposants par coextrusion, on les étire, on les crêpe, on les fixe et/ou on les coupe à la longueur souhaitée.
  8. Structure textile en nappe contenant la fibre à bicomposants super-absorbante selon la revendication 1.
  9. Structure textile en nappe selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'un non-tissé.
  10. Utilisation de la structure textile en nappe selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9 pour des produits d'hygiène.
  11. Utilisation de la structure textile en nappe selon la revendication 10 pour des couches.
  12. Utilisation de la structure textile en nappe selon la revendication 10 pour des bandes hygiéniques ou des protège-slips.
  13. Utilisation de la structure textile en nappe selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9 pour des emballages spéciaux de produits alimentaires et pour des emballages de liquides.
