Description
− 成分Aにより含有される熱可塑性ポリマーの融点が、成分Bにより含有される熱可塑性ポリマーの融点より少なくとも20℃以上高く、
− SAPの平均粒径が0.5〜10μmであり、
− 該化合物が0.5〜40質量%のSAP含有率を有すること
を特徴とする高吸収性2成分繊維により達成される。
慣習的に用いられるEvonik由来の高吸収性FAVOR4000を、流動床対向噴流ミルで、ISO13320−1に従いMicrotrac S 3500測定装置を用いてレーザー光散乱により決定される粒径d90<10μmに粉砕する。粉砕された高吸収体は、LLDP中にシースポリマーとして混合押出機により30質量%で混合される。
Claims (14)
- 成分Aが熱可塑性ポリマーを含有し、成分Bが熱可塑性ポリマーと部分的に中和されわずかに表面架橋されているアクリル酸の架橋ポリマーである高吸収性ポリマー(SAP)の混合物を含有する高吸収性2成分繊維であって、
(i)前記2成分繊維が、コア−シース構造を有し、前記成分Aがコアであり、前記成分Bがシースであり,
(ii)成分Bにおける熱可塑性ポリマーが、熱可塑性ポリオレフィンポリマーであり、
(iii)成分Aにおける熱可塑性ポリマーが、溶融紡糸が可能なポリエステルポリマーであり、
(iv)成分Aにより含有される熱可塑性ポリマーの融点が、成分Bにより含有される熱可塑性ポリオレフィンポリマーの融点より少なくとも20℃以上高く、
(v)粉状化されたSAPの平均粒径D90が0.5〜10μmであり、15μmを超える粒径を有するSAPの割合は1質量%を超えず、
(vi)該混合物が0.5〜40質量%のSAP含有率を有する
ことを特徴とする高吸収性2成分繊維。 - 粉状化されたSAPの平均粒径D90が1〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高吸収性2成分繊維。
- 粉状化されたSAPの平均粒径D90が1〜5μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高吸収性2成分繊維。
- 成分Bが1〜35質量%のSAP含有率を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の高吸収性2成分繊維。
- 成分Bが5〜30質量%のSAP含有率を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の高吸収性2成分繊維。
- 成分Aが溶融紡糸が可能なポリエステルから製造され、成分Bのポリマーがポリエチレンから製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の高吸収性2成分繊維。
- 成分Aがポリエチレンテレフタレートから製造されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の高吸収性2成分繊維。
- 成分Aと成分Bが供給され、同時押出し成形により2成分フィラメントに紡糸され、ドラフトされ、波形に成型され、固められることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の高吸収性2成分繊維の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の高吸収性2成分繊維を含む布地表面構造。
- 不織布であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の布地表面構造。
- 衛生用品における請求項9又は10に記載の布地表面構造の使用。
