Claims (10)

1. Verbundstoff aus einem Airlaid-Vliesstoff als erste Lage und mindestens einer Abdeckung als zweite Lage für den Einsatz in Einweg-Hygieneartikeln, wie Babywindeln, Damenhygieneartikel, Erwachseneninkontinenzprodukte und dergleichen, in Produkten für die Wundversorgung und als Wischtücher,
wobei zumindest die erste und die zweite Lage thermisch miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Airlaid-Vliesstoff thermisch verfestigt ist, und aus einer Mischung aus Zellulose-Pulpfasern und aus synthetischen Fasern besteht, wobei zumindest ein Teil der synthetischen Fasern aus Mantel-Kern-Bikomponentenfasern mit einem Mantel aus Polyolefinpolymeren besteht, und wobei die zweite Lage aus einem gekrempelten, kalanderverfestigten Vliesstoff aus überwiegend synthetischen gekräuselten Stapelfasern besteht, und wobei zumindest ein Teil der synthetischen Fasern des gekrempelten, kalanderverfestigten Vliesstoffes aus Mantel-Kern-Bikomponentenfasern besteht, deren Mantel aus Polyolefinpolymeren besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Mantel der Mantel-Kern-Bikomponentenfasern der ersten Lage die gleiche Polymerzusammensetzung wie der Mantel der Mantel-Kern- Bikomponentenfasern der zweiten Lage aufweist.
2. Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel der Mantel-Kern-Bikomponentenfaser aus einem Polyolefin besteht, welches eine gepfropfte und ein ungepfropfte Komponente umfasst, und wobei die gepfropfte Polyolefinkomponente mit einer ungesättigten Dicarbonsäure oder eines ihrer Anhydride gepfropft ist.
3. Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Airlaid-Vliesstoff 5-50% Mantel-Kern-Bikomponentenfasern enthält.
4. Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gekrempelte, kalanderverfestigte Vliesstoff 5-100% Mantel-Kern- Bikomponentenfasern enthält.
5. Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei den Mantel-Kern-Bikomponentenfasern des Airlaid-Vliesstoffes um ungekräuselte Fasern mit einer Länge von 2-15 mm handelt.
6. Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantel-Kern-Bikomponentenfasern des Airlaid-Vliesstoffes und die des kalanderverfestigten Vliesstoffes gleiche Faserliter aufweisen.
7. Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantel-Kern-Bikomponentenfasern des Airlaid-Vliesstoffes und die des kalanderverfestigten Vliesstoffes unterschiedliche Fasertiter aufweisen.
8. Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nicht bedeckte Seite des Airlaid-Vliesstoffes mit einer weiteren Lage abgedeckt ist.
9. Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der weiteren Lage um einen Vliesstoff aus der Gruppe der Meltblown-Vliesstofffe, der Spinnvliese, der kalanderverfestigten Vliesstoffe oder der wasserstrahlverfestigten Vliesstoffe handelt.
10. Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 10 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vliesstoff der weiteren Lage mit dem der zweiten Lage identisch ist.
