Claims (15)
- Faltbare Verpackung für ein portionierbares Nahrungsmittelprodukt, umfassend, bezüglich der auf Volumen gebrachten Verpackung:- ein laterales Band (400, 410, 420, 430, 700, 710, 800, 1100, 1200), welches zwei longitudinale Ränder (401-402, 431-432, 704-705, 711-712, 1101-1102, 1204-1205) aufweist, welche über zwei Endränder (403-4041, 433-434, 702-703, 713-714, 1104-1105, 1204-1205) verbunden sind, und welches wenigstens eine Krümmung und/oder eine Faltung (411, 421, 706-707) aufweist, um einen Vorratsraum für das Nahrungsmittelprodukt (P) zu schaffen,- ein Verschlusselement (500, 600, 900, 1000, 1300), welches einen Bodenbereich (501, 601, 901, 1001, 1301) und einen Deckelbereich (502, 602, 902, 1002, 1302), welche jeweils an einem anderen longitudinalen Rand befestigt sind, und einen lateralen Einfassungsbereich (503, 603, 903, 1003, 1303), welcher an den Endrändern des Bands derart befestigt ist, dass das Nahrungsmittelprodukt in dem Vorratsraum eingeschlossen wird, aufweist,wobei das Verschlusselement auf abschälbare Weise an den Endrändern, an einem ganzen ersten longitudinalen Rand und an wenigstens einem Teil des zweiten longitudinalen Rands befestigt ist.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das laterale Band eine Faltlinie (405, 701) aufweist, sodass wenigstens zwei nicht koplanare Befestigungsabflachungen geschaffen werden, welche sich entlang der Endränder und des ersten longitudinalen Rands erstrecken.
- Verpackung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei das Band wenigstens einen Schnitt (412) aufweist, welcher einen longitudinalen Rand mit der Faltlinie verbindet und, wenn die Verpackung auf Volumen gebracht ist, zwei Befestigungsabflachungen trennt.
- Verpackung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1-3, wobei das Band einen Klebbereich (421) aufweist, welcher durch zwei Faltungen (422, 423) begrenzt ist und eine Faltung (424) umfasst, welche den Klebbereich in zwei komplimentäre Abschnitte trennt, welche dazu bestimmt sind, aufeinander geklebt zu werden, um eine Grifflasche zu bilden.
- Verpackung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1-4, wobei das Band zwei Öffnungsfaltlinien (10) aufweist, welche sich zwischen den zwei longitudinalen Rändern erstrecken.
- Verpackung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1-5, umfassend ein Material, welches ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe, die gebildet ist aus wärmeschmelzbaren Materialien, wie z. B. Polyolefine, Polyamide und Polyester, einem Schichtkomplex, welcher wenigstens eine Lage von Papier oder Karton und wenigstens eine Lage aus wärmeschmelzbarem Material umfasst, und einer Kombination dieser Materialien.
- Verpackung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1-5, umfassend ein Material, welches wenigstens teilweise mit einem Kleber bedeckt ist.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 7, wobei das Material ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe, die gebildet ist aus Papier, Karton, Aluminium und einer Kunststofffolie, und der Kleber ausgewählt sein kann aus einem thermoschmelzbaren Harz und einem thermoschweißbaren Lack.
- Verpackung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verschlusselement wenigstens eine Zuglasche (7a) umfasst.
- Verpackung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verschlusselement eine Steifigkeit aufweist, welche kleiner oder gleich dem Band ist.
- Verpackung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1-10, gebildet ausgehend von einem Rohling aus einem faltbaren Material, welches flach geliefert und zum Aufbau der Verpackung auf Volumen gebracht wird, wobei der Rohling aus zwei Teilen besteht, welche separat sind und dazu bestimmt sind, aneinander befestigt zu werden, wobei ein erster Teil (400, 410, 420, 430, 700, 710, 800, 1100, 1200) das Band bildet, wobei der zweite Teil (500, 600, 900, 1000, 1300) das Verschlusselement bildet.
- Verpackung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 3-11, wobei die Faltlinie (405, 701) sich auf dem lateralen Band derart erstreckt, dass außerdem wenigstens zwei Befestigungsabflachungen entlang wenigstens eines Teils des zweiten longitudinalen Rands geschaffen werden.
- Verfahren zur Realisierung einer Verpackung für ein portionierbares Nahrungsmittelprodukt nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1-12, umfassen die folgenden Schritte:- Bringen der Verpackung auf Volumen, um einen Vorratsraum für das Nahrungsmittelprodukt zu schaffen;- Befestigen des Verschlusselements auf abschälbare Weise an den Endrändern, an einem ganzen ersten longitudinalen Rand und an wenigstens einem Teil des zweiten longitudinalen Rands.
- Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Schritt der Befestigung des Verschlusselements an dem Band realisiert ist über Befestigungsabflachungen, welche im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem Boden (501, 601, 901, 1001, 1301) angeordnet sind und bezüglich des Vorratsraums für das Nahrungsmittelprodukt nach außen gerichtet sind.
- Verfahren zur Realisierung einer Verpackung für ein portionierbares Nahrungsmittelprodukt nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:A1) Falten des Bandes (400, 410, 420, 430, 700, 710, 800, 1100, 1200) derart, dass es wenigstens eine Krümmung und/oder eine Faltung (411, 424, 706-707) aufweist, um einen Vorratsraum für das Nahrungsmittelprodukt zu schaffen, und Anordnen eines ersten Longitudinalen Rands (401, 431, 704, 711, 1101, 1201) des so angepassten Bandes am Umfang des Bodenbereichs (501, 601, 901, 1001, 1301) des Verschlusselements (500, 600, 900, 1000, 1300);B1) Befestigen auf abschälbare Weise, durch Kleben oder Versiegeln, des ersten longitudinalen Rands (401, 431, 704, 711, 1101, 1201) des Randes und des Bodenbereichs (501, 601, 901, 1001, 1301) des Verschlusselements (500, 600, 900, 1000, 1300);C1) teilweise Umschlagen des Verschlusselements (500, 600, 900, 1000, 1300) und Befestigen auf abschälbare Weise, durch Kleben oder Versiegeln der zwei Endränder (403-4041, 433-434-702-703, 713-714, 1104-1105, 1204-1205) des Bandes und des lateralen Einfassungsbereichs (503, 603, 903, 1003, 1303) des Verschlusselements, sodass der Vorratsraum lateral geschlossen wird;D1) Anordnen des Nahrungsmittelprodukts (P) auf dem Bodenbereich (501, 601, 901, 1001, 1301) in dem Vorratsraum;E1) Umschlagen des Deckelbereichs (502, 602, 902, 1002, 1302) des Verschlusselements auf den zweiten longitudinalen Rand (402, 432, 705, 712, 1102, 1202) des Bandes und deren Befestigen auf abschälbare Weise, durch Kleben oder Versiegeln, an wenigstens einem Teil des zweiten longitudinalen Rands, welcher sich in der Verlängerung der Endränder befindet.
