Description
- les deux coques ont une forme bombée : ainsi, après ouverture de l’emballage, le produit est tenu par le bout conique des deux coques. Cette forme conique permet au produit d’être extrait très facilement lors de la dégustation. Contrairement à l’art antérieur où la moitié du produit était coincée par le bout des deux coques plates, ici la majeure partie du produit est directement accessible, et la fin du produit est facilement détachable du bout des coques. le tronçon de pliage est centré et orienté sensiblement perpendiculairement audit axe de symétrie.
- la ligne de prédécoupe est courbée : elle suit le profil courbé des coques.

Claims (10)
- Emballage (1) alimentaire d’un produit (4) végétal ou laitier, tel qu’une portion individuelle de fromage, comprenant deux coques (2, 3) scellées l’une à l’autre le long d’un plan de joint (P) et définissant une cavité interne recevant le produit (4), l’emballage (1) étant apte à être ouvert par pelage d’une coque par rapport à l’autre, les coques (2, 3) présentant des rebords périphériques (5, 6) s’étendant dans le plan de joint (P) et étant en contact l’un contre l’autre, les rebords périphériques (5, 6) étant scellés l’un à l’autre, lesdites deux coques (2, 3) correspondant à une coque inférieure (3) creuse et une coque supérieure (2) creuse, chaque coque (3, 2) présentant une languette (7, 8) de pelage d’une coque par rapport à l’autre, chaque languette (7, 8) s’étendant depuis l’un des rebords périphériques (5, 6) dans le plan de joint (P) et venant de matière avec la coque (2, 3) correspondante, lesdites languettes (7, 8) étant superposées l’une à l’autre lorsque l’emballage (1) est fermé, chaque coque (2, 3) comportant, dans le plan de joint (P), une première extrémité localisée au niveau des languettes (7, 8), et une seconde extrémité opposée, chaque coque (2, 3) présentant un axe de symétrie (X) passant par lesdites deux extrémités,
caractérisé en ce qu’au moins la coque supérieure (2) est dotée d’une ligne de prédécoupe (11) proximale de la seconde extrémité, au moins une partie de la coque supérieure (2) étant apte à être séparée de la coque inférieure (3) par pelage des rebords périphériques (5, 6) jusqu’à la ligne de prédécoupe (11), puis par rupture de la ligne de prédécoupe (11). - Emballage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la ligne de prédécoupe (11) s’étend transversalement audit axe (X) en reliant deux bords latéraux du rebord périphérique (5).
- Emballage (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la ligne de prédécoupe comporte un tronçon central de pliage (11b) et deux tronçons latéraux de rupture (11a, 11c) situés de part et d’autre du tronçon central de pliage (11b) et rejoignant le rebord périphérique (5).
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon de pliage (11b) est centré et orienté perpendiculairement audit axe de symétrie (X).
- Emballage (1) selon l’une des revendications 3 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon de pliage (11b) représente moins d’un tiers de la ligne de prédécoupe (11).
- Emballage (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la coque inférieure (3) est également dotée d’une ligne de prédécoupe (11) à l’instar de la coque supérieure (2).
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que, après ouverture des deux coques (2, 3) par pelage, au moins 80% du produit (4) est libéré, sans contact avec les coques (2, 3).
- Emballage (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte un moyen de préhension (10) du produit inséré entre les deux coques (2, 3) et comportant :
- une partie intérieure localisée dans la cavité interne de l’emballage (1) et solidarisé au produit (4),
- une partie extérieure s’étendant entre les deux languettes (7, 8). - Emballage (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux coques (2, 3) ont une forme bombée.
- Procédé de fabrication d’un emballage (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
- préchauffage de deux films (12) en matière plastique ;
- scellage des deux films (12) le long du plan de joint (P), sur une plage de scellage, de manière à délimiter les deux coques (2, 3), la plage de scellage étant entrecoupée par un col de dosage (15) destiné à permettre le remplissage des deux coques (2, 3);
- thermoformage des coques (2, 3), de manière à former une cavité interne, avec création du col de dosage (15) ;
- dosage, via ledit col de dosage (15), du produit (4) végétal ou laitier de sorte à remplir la cavité interne formée entre les coques (2, 3) ;
- préchauffage puis soudage des bords du col (15) ;
- découpage définissant le contour des coques (2, 3) pour l’individualisation des coques à leur forme finale ;
