- Emballage (1) alimentaire d’un produit (4) végétal ou laitier, tel qu’une portion individuelle de fromage, comprenant deux coques (2, 3) scellées l’une à l’autre le long d’un plan de joint perpendiculaire à un axe X central de l’emballage (1) et définissant une cavité interne recevant le produit (4) via un col de dosage (15) scellable à la fermeture de l’emballage (1), l’emballage (1) étant apte à être ouvert par pelage d’une coque par rapport à l’autre, chaque coque (2, 3) présentant un rebord périphérique (5, 6) s’étendant dans le plan de joint, caractérisé en ce que lesdites deux coques (2, 3) correspondent à :
- une coque inférieure (3) creuse présentant deux moyens de préhension (7, 9) présentant des surfaces de préhension similaires et s’étendant depuis son rebord périphérique (6) dans le plan de joint dans deux directions opposées et disposés de part et d’autre de l’axe X, lesdits moyens de préhension (7, 9) venant de matière avec la coque inférieure (3), au moins l’un des moyens de préhension(7, 9) s’étendant au-delà du col de dosage (15) ;
- une coque supérieure (2) présentant au moins une languette (8) de pelage de cette coque supérieure (2) par rapport à la coque inférieure (3), chaque languette (8, 10) s’étendant depuis ledit rebord périphérique (5) dans le plan de joint et étant superposée à l’un desdits moyens de préhension (7, 9) lorsque l’emballage (1) est fermé, chaque languette (8, 10) venant de matière avec la coque supérieure (2).
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux coques (2, 3) sont scellées l’une à l’autre au niveau d’une plage de scellage (11) pelable.
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les rebords périphériques (5, 6) des deux coques (2, 3) sont disposés l’un contre l’autre en formant une zone de contact, la plage de scellage (11) étant définie au moins en partie par la zone de contact entre les rebords périphériques (5, 6) des deux coques (2, 3).
- Emballage (1) selon l’une des revendications 2 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la coque supérieure (2) présente deux languettes (8, 10), chaque languette (8, 10) étant superposée à un moyen de préhension (7, 9).
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l’une des languettes (10) est scellée au moyen de préhension (9) adjacent sur une zone appartenant à la plage de scellage (11).
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l’une des languettes (10) est soudée au moyen de préhension (9) adjacent, sans désolidarisation possible.
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la coque supérieure (2) comporte une ligne de prédécoupe (13) marquant une limite entre son rebord périphérique (5) et sa languette (10) soudée.
- Emballage (1) selon l’une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la coque supérieure (2) présente une unique languette (8).
- Emballage (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la coque inférieure (3) présente une ligne de prédécoupe (14) apte à rompre sous l’action d’une pression exercée sur ses deux moyens de préhension (7, 9).
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ladite ligne de prédécoupe (14) de la coque inférieure (3) sépare la coque inférieure (3) en deux parties.
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ladite ligne de prédécoupe (14) de la coque inférieure (3) s’étend orthogonalement à la direction d’extension des moyens de préhension (7, 9), depuis son rebord périphérique (6).
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la ligne de prédécoupe (14) est discontinue et s’interrompt en son milieu.
- Emballage (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque coque (2, 3) présente une profondeur plus petite que sa longueur.
- Procédé de fabrication d’un emballage (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend les étapes successives suivantes :
- préchauffage de deux films en matière plastique ;
- scellage des deux films le long d’un plan de joint, sur une plage de scellage (11), de manière à délimiter deux coques (2, 3), la plage de scellage (11) étant entrecoupée par un col de dosage (15) destiné à permettre le remplissage des deux coques (2, 3);
- thermoformage des coques (2, 3), de manière à former une cavité interne, avec création du col de dosage (15) ;
- dosage, via ledit col de dosage (15), du produit (4) végétal ou laitier de sorte à remplir la cavité interne formée entre les coques (2, 3) ;
- préchauffage puis soudage des bords du col (15) ;
- découpage définissant le contour des coques (2, 3) avec leurs moyens de préhension (7, 9) et leurs languettes (8).
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte une étape de création de lignes de prédécoupe (13, 14).
