Abstract

L’invention propose un emballage alimentaire d’un produit végétal ou laitier, tel qu’une portion individuelle de fromage, comprenant deux coques creuses scellées l’une à l’autre le long de leurs rebords périphériques et définissant une cavité interne recevant le produit. L’emballage est ouvert par pelage d’une coque par rapport à l’autre. Les deux coques correspondent à : - une coque inférieure présentant deux moyens de préhension s’étendant depuis son rebord périphérique dans le plan de joint dans deux directions opposées et disposés de part et d’autre de l’axe X, lesdits moyens de préhension venant de matière avec la coque inférieure ; - une coque supérieure présentant au moins une languette de pelage de cette coque supérieure par rapport à la coque inférieure, chaque languette s’étendant depuis ledit rebord périphérique dans le plan de joint et étant superposée à l’un desdits moyens de préhension lorsque l’emballage est fermé, chaque languette venant de matière avec la coque supérieure.
