Abstract

L’invention concerne un emballage alimentaire d’un produit végétal ou laitier, tel qu’une portion individuelle de fromage, comprenant deux coques scellées l’une à l’autre et définissant une cavité interne recevant le produit, l’emballage étant apte à être ouvert par pelage d’une coque par rapport à l’autre, les coques présentant des rebords périphériques scellés l’un à l’autre, lesdites deux coques correspondant à une coque inférieure creuse et une coque supérieure creuse, chaque coque présentant une languette de pelage d’une coque par rapport à l’autre. Au moins la coque supérieure est dotée d’une ligne de prédécoupe située en partie arrière de l’emballage, la coque supérieure étant apte à être détachée de la coque inférieure par pelage des rebords périphériques jusqu’à la ligne de prédécoupe, puis par rupture de la ligne de prédécoupe.
