- a layer of varnish 13 is applied which is not adherent to aluminum and cannot be reactivated when hot.
- the varnish is applied to most of the surface of the layer 13 with the exception of a segment 14 delimited by a cord 15 and a portion 16 of the contour layer 12 device, the cord 15 connecting the ends of this portion 16.
- the layer 12 of adhering material adheres to the aluminum layer 5. Outside of segment 14, the cover 2 and the tongue 10 are joined but are not linked to each other due to the layer of varnish 13.
- the surface of the segment 14 and the choice of the material adhering to the layer 12 are calculated in such a way that the force 21 causes the opening of the container 1 by peeling off the cover 3 and does not cause the pulling of the tongue 10 of cover 3.
- the cover 3 and the tongue 10 described above can advantageously be drawn from the same strip of composite material, comprising the five superposed layers 6, 5, 13, 12, 11 constituting the cover 3 and the tongue 10 , during the cutting phase of the containers 1 filled and closed on the container production and packaging line.
- the aluminum layers 5 and 11 can obviously be replaced by other materials, in particular polyester or paper depending on the use.
