Claims (4)

  1. Mehrschichtiger thermoplastischen Behälter (1) zu öffnen durch teilweises Abziehen eines mehrschichtigen Deckels (6), der mit dem Rand (3) des Behälters (1) heißversiegelt ist, umfassend von unten nach oben eine zerreißbare, einfache oder zusammengesetzte Innenfolie (9), die fest mit dem Rand (3) des Behälters (1) heißversiegelt ist, eine einfache oder zusammengesetzte Zwischenfolie (10), die mit einer Zugangsöffnung (14) oder einer gebogenen Öffnung-Einschnittlinie oder -Schwächungslinie (13) versehen ist und fest an der Innenfolie (9), wenigstens außerhalb der von der Zugangsöffnung (14) oder wenigstens teilweise geschlossenen, gebogenen Einschnittlinie (13) begrenzten Zone, haftet, sowie eine einfache oder zusammengesetzte Außenfolie (11), die einerseits abziehbar an der Zwischenfolie (10) außerhalb der Zone, begrenzt von der Zugangsöffnung (14) oder der in dieser Zwischenfolie (10) angeordneten, gebogenen Einschnittlinie (13), haftet und andererseits fest und nicht abziehbar entweder direkt an einem Teil der über die Zugangsöffnung (14) gehenden Innenfolie (9) oder an der Zwischenfolie (10) innerhalb der von der Einschnittlinie (13) begrenzten Zone haftet, wobei der Behälter (1) außerdem ein Abzieh-Anfangstück (7) umfaßt, um das Greifen der Außenfolie (11) am Rand (3) des aus einem mehrschichtigen, thermoplastischen Band wärmegeformten Behälters (1), zu erleichtern,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Abzieh-Anfangstück (7) wenigstens eine wenig tiefe, im Rand (3) des Behälters (1) ausgehend von der Heißversiegelfläche des Deckels (6) mit dem Rand (3) angeordnete Aussparung (15) aufweist, derart, daß zwischen letzterem und der Innenfolie (9) des Deckels (6) eine enge Griffvertiefung (16) begrenzt ist, die zu den übereinanderliegenden Rändern des Deckels (6) und des Randes (3) hin offen ist und begrenzt wird durch die Innenfolie (9) des Deckels (6) und eine Innenschicht (4) des Behälters (1), die aus einem thermoplastischen Material besteht, das durch Heißversiegeln fest an der Innenfolie (9) des Deckels (6) haftet, und daß
    gegenüber der Verbindungszone zwischen der Innenfolie (9) des Deckels (6) und der Innenschicht (4) des Behälters (1) die Zwischenfolie (10) des Deckels (6) eine Abreißkante aufweist, die das Abreißen der Innenfolie (9) des Deckels (6) in der Zone des Abzieh-Anfangstücks (7) und das Abziehen der Außenfolie (11) des Deckels (6) zum Freilegen der Zugangsöffnung (14) erleichtert.
  2. Mehrschichtiger thermoplastischen Behälter (1) zu öffnen durch teilweises Abziehen eines mehrschichtigen Deckels (6), der mit dem Rand (3) des Behälters (1) heißversiegelt ist, umfassend von unten nach oben eine zerreißbare, einfache oder zusammengesetzte Innenfolie (9), die fest mit dem Rand (3) des Behälters (1) heißversiegelt ist, eine einfache oder zusammengesetzte Zwischenfolie (10), die mit einer Zugangsöffnung (14) oder einer gebogenen Öffnung-Einschnittlinie oder -Schwächungslinie (13) versehen ist und fest an der Innenfolie (9), wenigstens außerhalb der von der Zugangsöffnung (14) oder wenigstens teilweise geschlossenen, gebogenen Einschnittlinie (13) begrenzten Zone, haftet, sowie eine einfache oder zusammengesetzte Außenfolie (11), die einerseits abziehbar an der Zwischenfolie (10) außerhalb der Zone, begrenzt von der Zugangsöffnung (14) oder der in dieser Zwischenfolie (10) angeordneten, gebogenen Einschnittlinie (13), haftet und andererseits fest und nicht abziehbar entweder direkt an einem Teil der über die Zugangsöffnung (14) gehenden Innenfolie (9) oder an der Zwischenfolie (10) innerhalb der von der Einschnittlinie (13) begrenzten Zone haftet, wobei der Behälter (1) außerdem ein Abzieh-Anfangstück (7) umfaßt, um das Greifen der Außenfolie (11) am Rand (3) des aus einem mehrschichtigen, thermoplastischen Band wärmegeformten Behälters (1), zu erleichtern,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Abzieh-Anfangstück (7) eine Griffvertiefung (16) umfaßt, begrenzt durch den ebenen Rand (3) des Behälters und durch die Innenfolie (9) des Deckels, die an der Stelle des Anfangstücks (7) in eine Aussparung (18) eintritt, die in der Zwischenfolie des Deckels (6) entlang der gesamten Dicke von letzterem ausgeordnet ist,
    daß die Innenfolie (9) in diese Aussparung (18) eintritt und dort fest an der Außenfolie (11) haftet, und daß gegenüber der Verbindungszone zwischen der Innenfolie (9) des Deckels (6) und der Innenschicht (4) des Behälters (1) die Zwischenfolie (10) des Deckels (6) eine Abreißkante aufweist, die das Abreißen der Innenfolie (9) des Deckels (6) in der Zone das Abzieh-Anfangstücks (7) und das Abziehen der Außenfolie (11) des Deckels (6) zum Freilegen der Zugangsöffnung (14) erleichtert.
  3. Zusammengesetztes Band (8), das eine Vielzahl von mehrschichtigen, aneinanderstoßenden Deckeln (6) enthält und von unten nach oben aufweist: eine zerreißbare, thermoplastische, einfache oder zusammengesetzte Schicht (9), die fest mit dem Rand (3) eines mehrschichtigen, thermoplastischen Behälters (1) an der Stelle seiner Innenschicht (4) heißversiegelt werden kann; eine einfache oder zusammengesetzte Zwischenschicht (10), die, oberhalb der Behälteröffnung (12), mit einer Zugangsöffnung (13) versehen ist, die in die Zwischenschicht (10) geschnitten oder von einer gebogenen Einschnittlinie (13) begrenzt ist, die wenigstens teilweise geschlossenen ist und fest an der Innenschicht (9) des zusammengesetzten Bandes (8), wenigstens außerhalb der von der Zugangsöffnung (14) oder der Einschnittlinie (13) begrenzten Zone, haftet, sowie eine einfache oder zusammengesetzte Außenschicht (11), die einerseits abziehbar an der Zwischenschicht (10) außerhalb der Zone haftet, die von der Austrittsöffnung (14) oder der in dieser Zwischenschicht angeordneten Einschnittlinie (13) begrenzt ist und andererseits fest und nicht abziehbar entweder direkt an einem Teil der Innenschicht (9), der über die Zugangsöffnung (14) geht oder an der Zwischenschicht (10) im Innern der von der gebogenen Einschnittlinie (13) begrenzten Zone haftet, wobei das zusammengesetzte Band (8) außerdem in der Randzone jedes Deckels (6) ein Abzieh-Anfangstück (7) aufweist, das erreichbar wird nach dem Schneiden des Deckels (6) und des Randes (3) des Behälters (1), mit dem der Deckel (6) heißversiegelt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Zone des Abzieh-Anfangstücks (7) die Zwischenschicht (10) des Deckelbandes (8) in seiner gesamten Dicke, wenigstens am Rand der Zone des Anfangstücks (7) eingeschnitten ist (Einschnitt 17), und daß die Grundfläche des Einschnitts (17) von der Innenschicht (9) bedeckt ist.
  4. Zusammengesetztes Band (8), das eine Vielzahl von mehr schichtigen, aneinanderstoßenden Deckeln (6) enthält und von unten nach oben aufweist: eine zerreißbare, thermoplastische, einfache oder zusammengesetzte Schicht (9), die fest mit dem Rand (3) eines mehrschichtigen, thermoplastischen Behälters (1) an der Stelle seiner Innenschicht (4) heißversiegelt werden kann; eine einfache oder zusammengesetzte Zwischenschicht (10), die, oberhalb der Behälteröffnung (12), mit einer Zugangsöffnung (13) versehen ist, die in die Zwischenschicht (10) geschnitten oder von einer gebogenen Einschnittlinie (13) begrenzt ist, die wenigstens teilweise geschlossenen ist und fest an der Innenschicht (9) des zusammengesetzten Bandes (8), wenigstens außerhalb der von der Zugangsöffnung (14) oder der Einschnittlinie (13) begrenzten Zone, haftet, sowie eine einfache oder zusammengesetzte Außenschicht (11), die einerseits abziehbar an der Zwischenschicht (10) außerhalb der Zone haftet, die von der Austrittsöffnung (14) oder der in dieser Zwischenschicht angeordneten Einschnittlinie (13) begrenzt ist und andererseits fest und nicht abziehbar entweder direkt an einem Teil der Innenschicht (9), der über die Zugangsöffnung (14) geht oder an der Zwischenschicht (10) im Innern der von der gebogenen Einschnittlinie (13) begrenzten Zone haftet, wobei das zusammengesetzte Band (8) außerdem in der Randzone jedes Deckels (6) ein Abzieh-Anfangstück (7) aufweist, das erreichbar wird nach dem Schneiden des Deckels (6) und des Randes (3) des Behälters (1), mit dem der Deckel (6) heißversiegelt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Zone des Abzieh-Anfang-stücks (7) die Zwischenschicht (10) des Deckelbandes (8) eine Aussparung (18) aufweist, die sich über die gesamte Dicke dieser Zwischenschicht (10) erstreckt, und daß die Innenschicht (9) dort direkt auf der Außenschicht (11) haftet, wobei die Seitenwand dieser Aussparung (18) eine Abreißkante für die Innenschicht (9) aufweist.
