Abstract
本发明公开一种电磁感应封口垫片,包括粘封层、铝层和背衬层,所述铝层为铝箔层或铝塑膜层,所述背衬层成型有一可向上拉起的手提部,所述背衬层上设有一圈切断线及另一切断线,所述垫片由该圈切断线分成再次压封外圈环和内圈环,所述手提部位于该圈切断线所围成的区域内,另一切断线连接所述手提部一侧边与该圈切断线,当使用者打开用本发明密封的容器盖后,手握持手提部向上剥离,所述铝层、背衬层及粘封层会随着手提部向上拉起,使所述垫片的内圈环被剥离便于开启,过程中没有破坏本发明的再次压封外圈环的结构,当盖妥容器盖后,容器盖将本发明留在容器口上的再次压封外圈环牢固压合于容器口,再次压封时具有良好的密封效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装技术领域,尤其是指一种电磁感应封口垫片。
背景技术
现有技术中,许多领域都会涉及到封口包装,例如芯片包装、文具包装、玩具包装、食品包装、润滑油包装、化妆品包装及药品包装领域等;用户在打开容器口的封口垫片时,经常需要寻找锐利的器具如刀子或用力戳破才能打开容器口的封口垫片;在打开容器口的封口垫片后,如果内容物没有一次性用完,重新盖上盖子后,密封效果就变差了,为维持密封效果以前常采用的预防方法,是在生产中往盖子内多塞入一片圆形发泡垫片,增加了生产工序并且增加了材料耗用。
有鉴于此,本申请人对封口垫片的结构进行研究,研发出一种克服上述缺陷的一种电磁感应封口垫片,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于开启及再次压封使用时具有良好密封效果的电磁感应封口垫片。
为达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案为:
一种电磁感应封口垫片,包括粘封层、铝层和背衬层,所述粘封层、铝层和背衬层依序叠置复合成一体,所述铝层为铝箔层或铝塑膜层,所述背衬层成型有一可向上拉起的手提部, 所述垫片上设有一圈切断线及另一切断线,所述垫片由该圈切断线分成再次压封外圈环和内圈环,所述手提部位于该圈切断线所围成的区域内,另一切断线连接所述手提部一侧边与该圈切断线。
所述手提部与铝层分离。
所述手提部的中部具有一中空部。
所述中空部为圆形、环形、异形或多边形。
所述手提部为圆形、环形、异形或多边形。
所述粘封层的材质为PE聚乙烯、PET聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、PP聚丙烯、热熔粘合剂或聚烯烃热熔胶其中之一。
所述垫片为单片式。
该单片式垫片的背衬层为塑料膜、纸板、发泡板或塑料板,除手提部外的所述背衬层通过复合胶与铝层复合在一起。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明是利用电磁感应使铝层发热,让粘封层与容器口紧密结合,从而达到密封效果,当使用者打开容器盖后,可以不用借助外物,直接手握持手提部向上拉起剥离,并因所述手提部位于该圈切断线所围成的区域内,另一切断线连接所述手提部一侧边与该圈切断线,从而随着手提部向上拉起,极易先带动另一切断线断开,使另一切断线所分隔的垫片两侧分离,再带动该圈切断线断开,使该圈切断线所分隔的垫片另两侧(即再次压封外圈环和内圈环)分离,且所述背衬层、铝层及粘封层会随着手提部向上拉起,使所述垫片的内圈环被剥离,实现便于开启的功效,整个过程中没有破坏本发明的再次压封外圈环的结构,且整个开启过程非常方便快速,当盖妥容器盖后,容器盖会将本发明留在容器口上的再次压封外圈环牢固压合于容器口,从而本发明再次压封时仍然具有良好的密封效果。

具体实施方式
为达成上述目的及功效,本发明所采用的技术手段及构造,兹绘图就本发明较佳实施例详加说明其特征与功能如下,以利完全了解。
请参阅图1至图3所示,本发明揭示了一种电磁感应封口垫片,包括粘封层1、铝层2和背衬层3,所述粘封层1、铝层2和背衬层3依序叠置复合成一体,所述铝层2为铝箔层或铝塑膜层,所述背衬层3的中部成型有一可向上拉起的手提部31,所述垫片上设有一圈切断线32及另一切断线32,所述垫片由该圈切断线32分成二次压封外圈环4和内圈环5,所述手提部31位于该圈切断线32所围成的区域内,另一切断线32连接所述手提部31一侧边与该圈切断线32,为了便于使用者拉提手提部31,所述手提部31与铝层2分离,所述手提部31的中部具有一中空部,所述中空部为圆形,所述中空部可以供使用者的指头伸入,从而使用者可以较为轻松的拉提手提部31,于本实施例中,所述手提部31为环形,所述环形的一端与相邻背衬层3的其余部位一体连接,所述手提部31与中空部的形状并不以上述为限,所述手提部31与中空部的形状也可以是多边形,如四边形、五边形、三角形等,所述中空部还可以是环形或者异形,所述手提部31还可以是圆形或者异形。
其中,所述粘封层1可以选用与待封容器口相同的材质,可以是PE聚乙烯、PET聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、PP聚丙烯、热熔粘合剂或聚烯烃热熔胶其中之一,于本实施例中,所述垫片为单片式,该单片式垫片的背衬层3为塑料膜、纸板、发泡板或塑料板,除手提部31外的所述背衬层3通过复合胶与铝层2复合在一起,所述背衬层3主要是对粘封层1及铝层2可以起到一定的强化支持作用,并且还可以在上面印刷客户所需要的LOGO图案样。
因此,利用本发明密封容器时,可以通过电磁感应封口机产生电磁场,利用电磁感应使铝层2发热,让粘封层2受热后软化熔融粘附于容器口,实现铝层2与容器口紧密结合,从而达到密封效果,之后再盖合容器盖于容器口,当使用者打开容器盖后,可以不用借助外物,直接手握持手提部31向上拉起剥离,并因所述手提部31位于该圈切断线32所围成的区域内,另一切断线32连接所述手提部31一侧边与该圈切断线32,从而随着手提部31向上拉起,极易先带动另一切断线32断开,使另一切断线32所分隔的垫片两侧分离,再带动该圈切断线32断开,使该圈切断线32所分隔的垫片另两侧(即二次压封外圈环4和内圈环5)分离,且所述背衬层3、铝层2及粘封层1会随着手提部31向上拉起,使所述垫片的内圈环5被剥离,实现便于开启的功效,整个过程中没有破坏本发明的再次压封外圈环4的结构,且整个开启过程非常方便快速,当盖妥容器盖后,容器盖会将本发明留在容器口上的再次压封外圈环4牢固压合于容器口,从而本发明再次压封时仍然具有良好的密封效果。
本发明的技术内容及技术特点已揭示如上,本发明的组成部件的数量并不以上述为限,本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的揭示而作各种不背离本发明创作精神的替换及修饰。因此,本发明的保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为权利要求书所涵盖。

1.一种电磁感应封口垫片,其特征在于:包括粘封层、铝层和背衬层,所述粘封层、铝层和背衬层依序叠置复合成一体,所述铝层为铝箔层或铝塑膜层,所述背衬层成型有一可向上拉起的手提部,所述垫片上设有一圈切断线及另一切断线,所述垫片由该圈切断线分成再次压封外圈环和内圈环,所述手提部位于该圈切断线所围成的区域内,另一切断线连接所述手提部一侧边与该圈切断线。
2.如权利要求1所述一种电磁感应封口垫片,其特征在于:所述手提部与铝层分离。
3.如权利要求2所述一种电磁感应封口垫片,其特征在于:所述手提部的中部具有一中空部。
4.如权利要求3所述一种电磁感应封口垫片,其特征在于:所述中空部为圆形、环形、异形或多边形。
5.如权利要求4所述一种电磁感应封口垫片,其特征在于:所述手提部为圆形、环形、异形或多边形。
6.如权利要求5所述一种电磁感应封口垫片,其特征在于:所述粘封层的材质为PE聚乙烯、PET聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、PP聚丙烯、热熔粘合剂或聚烯烃热熔胶其中之一。
7.如权利要求6所述一种电磁感应封口垫片,其特征在于:所述垫片为单片式。
8.如权利要求7所述一种电磁感应封口垫片,其特征在于:该单片式垫片的背衬层为塑料膜、纸板、发泡板或塑料板,除手提部外的所述背衬层通过复合胶与铝层复合在一起。
