Claims (5)

  1. Verpackungsschichtfolie (14, 16; 204) der Art mit einer ersten Schicht (30), die mit einer schweißbaren Schicht (32) verbunden ist, zwischen welchen in wenigstens einem begrenzten Bereich eine Schicht (34) aus Permanentkleber angeordnet ist, wobei die Folie in einem begrenzten Bereich, in dem der Permanentkleber vorhanden ist, einen Bereich zur Heißsiegelung (22; 224) aufweist, der das Versiegeln der Verpackung durch Heißsiegelung ermöglicht und ein Wiederverschließen der Verpackung nach einem ersten Öffnen zulässt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie zumindest in einem begrenzten Bereich (36; 228) eine die Gasdurchlässigkeit sicherstellende Behandlung aufweist, wobei sich der oder jeder begrenzte, behandelte Bereich (36; 228) außerhalb wenigstens eines Teils des Heißsiegelungsbereiches erstreckt, wobei der oder jeder Teil (22; 224) des von der Behandlung ausgenommenen Heißsiegelungsbereiches einen Bereich (22; 230, 232) zum Beginn des Öffnens der Verpackung bildet; und dadurch, dass sich der oder jeder begrenzte, behandelte Bereich (36; 228) über den Heißsiegelungsbereich (20A, 20B außerhalb des oder jedes einen Bereich zum Beginn des Öffnens der Verpackung bildenden Teils (22) erstreckt.
  2. Verpackungsfolie gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder begrenzte, behandelte Bereich (36; 228) eine der Behandlungen aufweist, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die besteht aus: Perforationen, Mikroperforationen, mechanische, Porosität herstellende Behandlung und mit dem Laser hergestellte örtlich begrenzte Schlitzlöcher.
  3. Verpackungsfolie gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der minimale Abstand zwischen der Grenze (37) des oder jedes begrenzten, behandelten Bereiches (36; 228) und dem oder jedem Teil (22; 224) des von der Behandlung ausgenommenen Heißsiegelungsbereiches größer als 7 mm ist.
  4. Verpackung mit einer Außenwand, die eine Aufnahme begrenzt, welche mit einem Zugangsdurchgang zu der Aufnahme versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchgang von einer Schichtfolie gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche verschlossen ist, wobei die Folie auf der Außenwand am Umfang des Durchgangs entlang ihrer schweißbaren Schicht in dem Heißsiegelungsbereich versiegelt ist, wobei der oder jeder verschweißte Teil des von der Behandlung ausgenommenen Heißsiegelungsbereiches einen Bereich (230, 232) zum Beginn des Öffnens der Verpackung bildet.
  5. Verpackungstasche mit wenigstens einer von einer Folie gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 begrenzten Wand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (14, 16) an einer anderen Wand (16, 14) der Tasche entlang ihrer schweißbaren Schicht (32) in dem Heißsiegelungsbereich versiegelt ist, wobei der oder jeder verschweißte Teil (22) des von der Behandlung ausgenommenen Heißsiegelungsbereiches einen Bereich (230, 232) zum Beginn des Öffnens der Verpackung bildet.
