Claims (8)

  1. Verpackung vom Typ eines biegsamen und für Flüssigkeiten dichten Beutels, der aus einer schlauchförmigen Hülle mit Hilfe einer monoaxial oder biaxial gereckten Folie gebildet ist, einen außen am Beutel warm angeschweißten Reißstreifen (10) zur Öffnungshilfe aufweist und ein flüssiges Nahrungsmittelprodukt oder ein in eine Flüssigkeit eingetauchtes festes Produkt, insbesondere in eine Konservierungsflüssigkeit (2) eingetauchte Mozzarella (1), enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reißstreifen (10) an einem Teil der Außenwand des Beutels parallel zu einer Orientierung der Folie an einer Stelle nahe bei einem Längsrand (11) des Beutels warm angeschweißt ist.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reißstreifen (10) aus demselben Werkstoff wie die Folie (17) des Beutels besteht und eine größere Dicke hat.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie (17) des Beutels monoaxial gereckt ist.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beutel (14) in seiner Länge Faltungen (15, 16) aufweist und die Form eines Balgs hat.
  5. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beutel die Form einer Hülle (3) hat.
  6. Verfahren zur Verpackung eines flüssigen Nahrungsmittelprodukts oder eines in eine Flüssigkeit eingetauchten, festen Produkts, insbesondere von in eine Konservierungsflüssigkeit (2) eingetauchter Mozzarella (1), bei dem man eine biegsame, monoaxial oder biaxial gereckte Folie (17) kontinuierlich durch Längsversiegelung zu einem Schlauch formt, den Schlauch mit Produkt füllt, ihn in Querrichtung versiegelt, die Beutel abschneidet und einen Reißstreifen (10) außen an dem Beutel warm anschweißt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man vor dem Füllen auf die Folie oder während des Füllens auf den Schlauch einen Reißstreifen durch Warmschweißung außerhalb des Längsversiegelungsbereichs parallel zu einer Orientierung der Folie an einer Stelle nahe eines Längsrandes (11) des Beutels anbringt.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den Reißstreifen (10) nur auf einem Teil der Länge eines Beutels befestigt, daß das an der Außenseite des Beutels nicht warm angeschweißte Ende des Streifens in der Querverschweißung (6) des Beutels aufgenommen wird, so daß eine Schleife gebildet wird, und daß der Streifen auf einem Teil seiner Breite in Nähe seines der Querverschweißungslinie (6) des Beutels nahen Ende voreingeschnitten ist.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein das Aufreißen gestattender Lappen (13) durch einfachen Zug auf die Schleife abgelöst wird.
