Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif pour le transport de pièces de vêtement suspendues, comprenant un châssis qui comporte quatre montants d'angle verticaux (10 ; 11 ; 12 ; 13), tous les montants d'angle étant reliés entre eux en leur extrémité supérieure par l'intermédiaire de traverses (20 ; 21 ; 22 ; 23) et au moins une tringle pour vêtements (30 ; 31) étant montée entre au moins deux traverses opposées (20 ; 21 ; 22 ; 23), au moins une traverse additionnelle (40) étant montée en dessous de l'une des traverses (21) entre deux montants d'angle situés l'un à côté de l'autre (10 ; 12), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une barre additionnelle (50 ; 51 ; 52) qui peut pivoter autour de l'axe longitudinal de la traverse additionnelle (40) est montée sur la traverse additionnelle (40) au niveau d'un manchon (53 ; 54 ; 55) qui entoure la traverse additionnelle (40) avec jeu au niveau d'un profilé rond de la traverse additionnelle (40) de sorte que la barre additionnelle (50 ; 51 ; 52) peut pivoter vers le bas autour de l'axe longitudinal de la traverse additionnelle (40), des moyens pour bloquer l'au moins une barre additionnelle (50 ; 51 ; 52) dans une position horizontale étant prévus.

  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de la traverse additionnelle (40) est réalisée sous la forme d'un profilé rond.

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'est montée, sur deux autres montants d'angle situés l'un à côté de l'autre (11 ; 13), une traverse de retenue (41) qui fait face à la traverse additionnelle (40), l'au moins une barre additionnelle (50 ; 51 ; 52) pouvant être bloquée en position horizontale sur la traverse de retenue (41).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une traverse latérale (42 ; 43) et/ou une chaîne amovible (70 ; 71) sont montées entre les montants d'angle (10 ; 11 ; 12 ; 13) qui ne sont pas reliés entre eux par une traverse de retenue (41) ou une traverse additionnelle (40).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'est montée, en dessous de la traverse additionnelle (40), une traverse de butée (44), la distance entre la traverse additionnelle (40) et la traverse de butée (44) étant inférieure à la longueur de la partie pivotante de l'au moins une barre additionnelle (50 ; 51 ; 52).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que sont montées, dans la partie inférieure, entre les montants d'angle (10 ; 11 ; 12 ; 13), quatre traverses de base (80 ; 81 ; 82 ; 83) qui relient entre eux les montants d'angle (10 ; 11 ; 12 ; 13).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs tôles de liaisons (100, 101) s'étendent dans les coins entre les montants d'angle (10 ; 11 ; 12 ; 13) et la traverse de base (80 ; 81 ; 82 ; 83) montée entre eux, une tôle de liaison comprenant un transpondeur RFID intégré.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend des passages pour fourches de chariot élévateur (102, 103) dans lesquels peuvent être introduites les fourches d'un chariot élévateur, les passages pour fourches de chariot élévateur (102, 103) étant agencés sur deux traverses de base opposées (80, 81, 81, 83) de manière telle qu'ils se dressent vers le haut.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend une palette (90) sur laquelle se dressent les montants d'angle (10 ; 11 ; 12 ; 13), un matériau en carton étant de préférence posé sur la palette (90), et des roulettes (91 ; 92 ; 93 ; 94) étant plus préférentiellement encore montées sur la face inférieure de la palette (90).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les montants d'angle (10 ; 11 ; 12 ; 13) sont réalisés en deux parties et sous une forme télescopique, respectivement une première partie de montant (10') pouvant être déplacée dans une deuxième partie de montant creuse (10") et la première partie de montant (10') pouvant être bloquée dans la deuxième partie de montant creuse (10").
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la première partie de montant (10') forme respectivement la partie supérieure d'un montant d'angle (10 ; 11 ; 12 ; 13) tandis que la deuxième partie de montant creuse (10") forme la partie inférieure d'un montant d'angle (10 ; 11 ; 12 ; 13).
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 et 13, caractérisé en ce que la première partie de montant (10') peut être bloquée dans la deuxième partie de montant creuse (10") par un mécanisme à goupille (14 ; 15).
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des cartes de séparation en matière plastique sont montées de manière amovible sur les tringles de vêtements et/ou les barres additionnelles.
