Claims (12)
- Procédé pour la désintégration de matériaux contenant des lignocelluloses en matières fibreuses, les matériaux contenant des lignocelluloses étant envoyés, en mélange avec des substances améliorant les fibres à l'état superficiellement humide, dans lequel la teneur en eau est supérieure d'environ 5-15 % à la teneur en eau à saturation, dans une presse à granuler à filière plate, sur des galets (2) à pression de laminage réglable, de sorte que - aidées par l'humidité présente à l'intérieur des pores du matériau fibreux - les substances améliorant les fibres pénètrent à l'intérieur du matériau fibreux et y réagissent, le matériau désintégré et amélioré étant alors ensuite pressé à travers les trous (10) de la filière plate (1), de sorte que les substances améliorant les fibres confèrent aux fibres, par des réactions physiques et/ou chimiques ainsi que par remplissage partiel du volume interne des pores, des propriétés améliorées pour l'utilisation en tant que matière première, isolante, d'armature ou charge.

- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que pour la fragmentation désagrégeante de la matière fibreuse collée en une matière fibreuse à structure ressemblant à celle de la ouate, après un pré-séchage jusqu'à des teneurs en humidité de w ≤ 50 %, on utilise des broyeurs tourbillonnaires mécaniques, des broyeurs à disques, des broyeurs à barres, des broyeurs à volant, des broyeurs à plaques de choc ou des broyeurs à marteaux fixes avec un ou avec deux rotors.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'on effectue le séchage et la désagrégation de la matière fibreuse simultanément par exemple avec des sécheurs qui sont munis de dispositifs mécaniques de désagrégation.
