Claims (12)

  1. Procédé pour la désintégration de matériaux contenant des lignocelluloses en matières fibreuses, les matériaux contenant des lignocelluloses étant envoyés, en mélange avec des substances améliorant les fibres à l'état superficiellement humide, dans lequel la teneur en eau est supérieure d'environ 5-15 % à la teneur en eau à saturation, dans une presse à granuler à filière plate, sur des galets (2) à pression de laminage réglable, de sorte que - aidées par l'humidité présente à l'intérieur des pores du matériau fibreux - les substances améliorant les fibres pénètrent à l'intérieur du matériau fibreux et y réagissent, le matériau désintégré et amélioré étant alors ensuite pressé à travers les trous (10) de la filière plate (1), de sorte que les substances améliorant les fibres confèrent aux fibres, par des réactions physiques et/ou chimiques ainsi que par remplissage partiel du volume interne des pores, des propriétés améliorées pour l'utilisation en tant que matière première, isolante, d'armature ou charge.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une désintégration du matériau superficiellement humide par une contrainte de compression de laminage réglable de façon adéquate en ce qui concerne intensité et durée d'action.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les galets (2) et/ou la filière (1) de la presse à filière plate sont alimentés par tension de ressort réglable.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les galets (2) et/ou la filière (1) de la presse à filière plate sont alimentés par pression hydraulique réglable.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par une préfragmentation des lignocelluloses récentes et/ou fossiles choisies, jusqu'à une taille de particule de ≤ 200 mm et de préférence ≤ 50 mm ainsi que, si nécessaire, humidification des matières premières jusqu'à l'obtention de la teneur en eau à saturation spécifique de la matière première.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise une presse à granuler avec des galets (2) qui sont entraînés.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la décharge du produit de désintégration hors de la presse à granuler à filière plate s'effectue non seulement par les trous dans la filière (1) mais en outre par un déversoir annexe.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise une ou plusieurs substances améliorant les fibres, qui sont choisies dans le groupe suivant :
    a. 5 à 60 % en poids de charbons de bas rang à teneurs en eau à saturation, dépendant du gisement, de 50 à 60 % en poids
    b. 10 à 40 % en poids de ciment (sec) après humidification en mortier
    c. 1 à 40 % en poids de chaux éteinte (sèche) après humidification en mortier
    d. 5 à 40 % en poids de plâtre (sec) après humidification en mortier
    e. 5 à 50 % en poids de cendres de filtre de centrale électrique (sèches) après broyage désintégrant par voie humide en une masse de mortier
    f. 5 à 60 % en poids de caillé maigre ou de produits transformés riches en caillé
    g. 5 à 25 % en poids de tourteaux d'extraction de graines oléagineuses (secs), riches en protéines, après broyage désintégrant par voie humide en une masse finement dispersée et/ou par cuisson de la masse en bouillie
    h. 3 à 15 % en poids d'amidon ou de matières premières riches en amidon (sec/sèches) après désintégration en colles d'amidon ou après fluidification par traitement thermique
    i. 1 à 15 % en poids de sucre ou de matières premières riches en sucres après dissolution
    j. 1 à 15 % en poids de colles naturelles ou synthétiques
    k. 0,5 à 10 % en poids de paraffines et/ou bitumes, poix, cires, résines après leur fluidification
    l. substances nutritives, sels minéraux et/ou vitamines, à grains fins ou liquides, de type et en quantité selon les besoins du cas d'application
    m. sel pour la production de matières fibreuses pour ensilages
    n. 1 à 20 % en poids d'acides et/ou sels à effet conservateur
    o. engrais de type et en proportion en fonction des besoins du domaine d'utilisation
    p. minéraux argileux et limoneux en proportions dépendant du cas d'application.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par un post-traitement de la matière fibreuse collée et humide, déchargée de la presse à granuler à filière plate, par stockage et/ou séchage et/ou fragmentation à effet désagrégeant.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que pour la fragmentation désagrégeante de la matière fibreuse collée en une matière fibreuse à structure ressemblant à celle de la ouate, après un pré-séchage jusqu'à des teneurs en humidité de w ≤ 50 %, on utilise des broyeurs tourbillonnaires mécaniques, des broyeurs à disques, des broyeurs à barres, des broyeurs à volant, des broyeurs à plaques de choc ou des broyeurs à marteaux fixes avec un ou avec deux rotors.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'on effectue le séchage et la désagrégation de la matière fibreuse simultanément par exemple avec des sécheurs qui sont munis de dispositifs mécaniques de désagrégation.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, en ce qu'on compresse la matière fibreuse, en particulier en granules, joncs, plaques et similaires.
