Claims (13)
- Grue (10) avec un wagonnet mobile (14), un châssis tournant (16) monté sur paliers rotatifs sur celui-ci, avec sur celui-ci une élinde et une élinde derrick basculantes, ainsi qu'avec un chariot à ballast (20) reliable par l'intermédiaire d'un élément d'attelage (18) au châssis tournant (16), le chariot à ballast (20) étant un dispositif pour transports très lourds en série (24) avec un entraînement propre et une commande d'entraînement propre, cette commande d'entraînement étant influençable suite au mouvement de la grue (10), caractérisée en ce que le ballast est posable sur une palette qui est accrochable sur le dispositif pour transports très lourds (24) et raccordable à celui-ci.
- Grue (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif pour transports très lourds (24) présente une commande supplémentaire, qui lors de la rotation de la grue (10) détermine automatiquement le centre de pilotage correspondant et en cas de trajet par remorquage derrière la grue (10) génère automatiquement des instructions de pilotage, d'accélération et/ou de ralentissement.
- Grue (10) selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'attelage (18) est configuré modifiable dans sa longueur et présente un transmetteur de longueur.
- Grue (10) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'attelage (18) se compose de deux barres articulées (34, 36), qui sont attelées par l'intermédiaire d'un vérin hydraulique (40) agissant comme transmetteur de longueur.
- Grue (10) selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un cadre de guidage rigide (50) sert comme élément d'attelage (18) entre le châssis tournant (16) et un point d'articulation sur la palette contenant le ballast et posable sur le chariot à ballast (20), le cadre de guidage rigide (50) étant monté sur paliers mobiles face au point d'articulation dans la zone d'articulation de sorte qu'un mouvement relatif longitudinal peut être saisi avec un écart d'une position neutre et peut être converti en un signal d'amorçage pour la commande d'entraînement du dispositif pour transports très lourds (24).
- Grue (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le mouvement relatif longitudinal est réalisé par une coulisse longitudinale avec un appui à pivot (56) de sorte qu'un mouvement longitudinal comme un mouvement rotatif sont autorisés, tandis que dans la direction transversale, aucun mouvement n'est autorisé.
- Grue (10) selon les revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que la palette est suspendue à des pendules (80) composés de barres, qui sont articulés directement ou indirectement par articulations à rotule à leur extrémité supérieure sur le cadre de guidage rigide (50), et à leur extrémité inférieure sur la palette.
- Grue (10) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le mouvement oscillant est limité par l'intermédiaire d'accrochages de secours.
- Grue (10) selon les revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que le mouvement oscillant est saisissable par l'intermédiaire d'équipements de mesure, de préférence des capteurs angulaires, de sorte qu'en raison des grandeurs de mesure saisies, des signaux d'amorçage sont générables pour la commande d'entraînement.
- Grue (10) selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'attelage (18) est détachable du châssis tournant (16) et ou du chariot à ballast (20).
- Grue (10) selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la grue (10) comme le chariot à ballast (20) sont mobiles séparément l'un de l'autre.
- Grue (10) selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, le cas échéant après une pose de cales et/ou de boulons pour empêcher un mouvement oscillant, le chariot à ballast (20), rigide en soi, est utilisable de préférence comme ballast suspendu après le détachement du mécanisme de roulement.
- Grue (10) selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les cadres porteurs (50) raccordant le chariot à ballast (20) au châssis tournant (16) de la grue (10) sont rallongeables de préférence par le montage d'autres pièces de treillis.
