Claims (15)
- Tube de sortie (10, 30, 60) pour transformateurs à haute tension, comprenant un tube de blindage (12, 32, 62) en un matériau électriquement conducteur et de forme cylindrique creuse qui s'étend autour d'un chemin (14, 34) dont au moins certaines sections sont curvilignes dans la direction axiale de celui-ci, comprenant une couche d'isolation électrique (16, 48, 49, 70, 78) façonnée en forme cylindrique creuse qui est disposée à un premier écart radial (20) autour du tube de blindage (12, 32, 62) le long de sa projection axiale, des baguettes (18, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 66, 68, 80, 100, 120) étant respectivement disposées les unes à côté des autres à un deuxième écart radial autour du tube de blindage (12, 32, 62), caractérisé en ce que celles-ci sont à chaque fois disposées le long du chemin (14, 34) dont au moins certaines sections sont curvilignes et sont flexibles au moins dans certaines sections et en ce que la couche d'isolation (16, 48, 49, 70, 78), compostée d'un matériau isolant en forme de bande, est enroulée autour des baguettes (18, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 66, 68, 80, 100, 120).
- Tube de sortie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sont prévues plusieurs couches d'isolation (48, 49, 70, 78) espacées les unes des autres dans le sens radial.
- Tube de sortie selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les baguettes (18, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 66, 68, 80, 100, 120) flexibles au moins dans certaines sections sont réalisées sous la forme d'un profilé coudé et sont munies au moins dans la zone de à courbure (46) de plusieurs fentes (84, 104, 124) transversales à leur projection axial respective.
- Tube de sortie selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le profilé coudé d'une baguette (18, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 66, 68, 80, 100, 120) flexible est réalisé sous la forme d'un profilé en X (121), en T (81), en V (101) et/ou en Y.
- Tube de sortie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tube de blindage (12, 32, 62) est enveloppé dans une couche d'isolation de base (64) sans sa zone radiale extérieure.
- Tube de sortie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'isolation (70) la plus à l'intérieur dans le sens radial est espacée du tube de blindage (12, 32, 62) ou de sa couche d'isolation de base (64) directement par les baguettes (66).
- Tube de sortie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les baguettes (18, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 66, 68, 80, 100, 120) d'au moins une couche d'isolation (16, 48, 70, 78) disposées autour du tube de blindage (12, 32, 62) à un écart radial (22) sont reliées dans le sens de leur projection axiale, à chaque fois au niveau de leur pourtour extérieur dans le sens radial, avec plusieurs anneaux supports (50, 72, 130) respectivement espacés les uns des autres dans le sens axial, disposés transversalement par rapport au chemin (14, 34) curviligne et présentant une ouverture intérieure.
- Tube de sortie selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un anneau support (50, 72, 130) entoure avec son ouverture intérieure une couche d'isolation (70) intérieure dans le sens radial dans une liaison mécanique active.
- Tube de sortie selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture intérieure de l'anneau support (50, 72, 130) et/ou son pourtour extérieur dans le sens radial sont de forme dominante polygonale.
- Tube de sortie selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale d'au moins un anneau support (50, 72, 130), en plus de l'ouverture intérieure, présente d'autres évidements (74, 76).
- Tube de sortie selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau support (50, 72, 130) se compose au moins principalement de presspahn.
- Tube de sortie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau isolant en forme de bande se compose principalement d'un matériau à base de cellulose.
- Tube de sortie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau isolant en forme de bande est recouvert au moins sur un côté d'une couche d'adhésif.
- Transformateur à huile comprenant au moins un tube de sortie selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un tube de sortie (10, 30, 60) dont certaines sections sont curvilignes pour transformateurs à haute tension selon les revendications 1 à 13, comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes :* disposition de baguettes (18, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 66, 68, 80, 100, 120) flexibles au moins dans certaines sections (82, 102, 122) sur une trajectoire circulaire (24) autour d'un tube de blindage (12, 32, 62) isolé dont au moins certaines sections sont curvilignes, à chaque fois le long de sa projection axiale à un écart radial (22) de celui-ci,* flexion en fonction du besoin des baguettes (18, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 66, 68, 80, 100, 120) conformément à la courbure (46) du tube de blindage (12, 32, 62),* fixation des baguettes (18, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 66, 68, 80, 100, 120),* enroulement d'un matériau isolant en forme de bande autour de l'arrangement de baguettes de manière à former une première couche d'isolation (70) qui entoure le tube de blindage (12, 32, 62) et est espacée (20) de celui-ci,* emmanchement de plusieurs anneaux supports (50, 72, 130) au-dessus de la couche d'isolation (16, 48, 49, 70, 78) cylindrique creuse ainsi formée,* espacement axial et fixation des anneaux supports (50, 72, 130),* disposition de baguettes (18, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 66, 68, 80, 100, 120) flexibles dans certaines sections sur une trajectoire circulaire (24) autour du rayon extérieur des anneaux supports (50, 72, 130), à chaque fois le long de la projection axiale du tube de blindage (12, 32, 62) dont certaines sections sont curvilignes* flexion en fonction du besoin des baguettes (18, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 66, 68, 80, 100, 120) conformément à la courbure (46) du tube de blindage (12, 32, 62),* fixation des baguettes* enroulement d'un matériau isolant en forme de bande autour de l'arrangement de baguettes de manière à former une deuxième couche d'isolation (78) qui entoure la première couche d'isolation et est espacée de celle-ci.
