Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning machine explained in the preamble of claim 1 Art.
- a cleaning machine is out of the DE 10 2005 018 382 known.
- the known cleaning machine has, like all such machines, a housing which contains at least two opposite side walls, but is usually completely closed. Inside the housing, a variety of cleaning stations are housed, usually a cleaning bath is provided, which works with heated cleaning liquor. In another station, the containers are rinsed or hosed, which is done with cold liquid, especially with pure water.
- the housing also houses a conveyor that conveys the containers through the various cleaning zones. The containers enter the housing via a feed opening and exit the housing via a discharge opening.
- further partition walls in the form of inner plates are provided, on the one hand support the housing and on the other hand serve as a support or mounting aid for the internals in the housing.
- Such cleaning machines are relatively large, as for a complete automatic cleaning of heavily soiled container sufficient time and thus a relatively long conveyor line is required.
- the known cleaning machine is designed as a so-called single-end machine, ie task and removal opening are located on the same wall, in particular the same end wall (transverse to the conveyor line).
- mounting this relatively large housing is difficult.
- the installation of enclosures is usually done with the help of a frame that is prefabricated and installed, and then the walls and fixtures are attached.
- the DE-A-35 34 410 shows a bottle washer according to the preamble of claim 1, which is designed as a single-end machine and in which theelectricnauf- and bottle delivery is arranged as a separate module in a rack. In the side walls recesses are provided to mount the modules or modules. Other modules or modules are not described.
- the WO 2009/038445 shows a washing system for butane gas cylinder, which consists of two horizontally separate modules 1 and 2, which are by no means both cleaning zones consists.
- the upper module contains the conveyor, which is housed in the wash tunnel, while the lower module contains storage containers.
- the wash tunnel is formed as a channel tunnel, with plates are provided to divide the tunnel into three compartments. The subdivision is vertical.
- the DE-A-34 13 797 shows a car wash with a built-up of individual modular system channel sections which are divided in the vertical direction and are connected to each other via flange elements and seals.
- the DE-A-101 12 312 shows a cleaning system whose cleaning section is composed of drying and washing modules. However, the separation is vertical.
- the DE-A-10 2006 017 407 shows a bottle cleaning system is formed modularly, each module includes a single treatment zone; the separation thus takes place vertically.
- the DE-A-33 14 627 describes a bottle cleaning machine, wherein a modular structure of a removal device is described, which can also be easily retrofitted to a standard machine.
- the invention has for its object to provide a cleaning machine, the assembly is simplified.
- the number of parts to be mounted in the supporting state of the housing is reduced, as a result of which the weight is reduced, so that the risk of angular deviations or the like is no longer present.
- the dispensing module contains the parts of the side wall associated with the dispensing module, the size of the side wall is also reduced. As a result, an assembly with a lying side wall is possible, so that not the side wall but only the interior fixtures must be supported. The second side wall can then be placed on the preassembled, lying parts.
- the dispensing module also includes a Ausschub formater.
- the task station is also expedient to form the task station as a module, whereby the assembly is further simplified.
- the housing can be manufactured in two horizontally superimposed parts or modules.
- the insulation could be achieved by an air gap, but is preferably achieved by insulating material, in particular a plastic liner, preferably about 40 mm thick, is used.
- Fig. 1 shows a schematic, perspective view of a cleaning machine 1, as it is used for the automatic cleaning of containers, especially bottles and other reusable containers.
- the cleaning machine 1 includes a housing 2 with two opposite side walls 3, a bottom 4, two opposite end walls 5 and an optionally only partially provided cover. 6
- the individual cleaning zones 7 and 8 are interconnected by a circulation conveyor 11, not shown in the figures, suitable holding devices for containers 12, bottles are shown.
- the containers 12 are introduced into the housing 2 at a feed station 13 and transferred to the conveyor 11, and leave the housing 2 at a discharge station 14, where they are removed from the conveyor 11 and conveyed out of the housing 2 via a discharge conveyor 15.
- the cleaning machine is formed in the illustrated embodiment as a single-end machine, d. H. Dispensing and dispensing station 13, 14 are located on the same end wall.
- the conveyor 11 then returns in the conveying direction F to the loading station 13 to be reloaded.
- In the interior of the housing support and / or dividing plates 16 are provided, which serve for mounting the internals and / or separation of the cleaning stations.
- the housing 2 is modular and includes a module 2.1, which contains the output station 14 and preferably also the Ausschub portioner 15.
- the dispensing module 2.1 includes opposing parallel parts of the side wall 3.1 and the associated parts 6.1 of the cover and 5.1 of the end wall.
- the feeding station can also be designed as a module 2.2, this module being in Fig. 1 has been omitted for clarity.
- the module 2.2 contains the feed station 13 with the feed conveyor or feed table 13a and the Transfer device 13b for transfer and attachment of the container 12 on the conveyor 11.
- the task module 2.2 is provided with the associated areas 3.2 of the side walls 3, 4.2 of the bottom 4 and 5.2 of the associated end wall 5.
- Both modules 2.1 and 2.2 can be prefabricated outside of the overall housing 2 and then attached to the overall housing 2, preferably releasably.
- the rest of the housing 2 can be constructed from side wall modules.
- the largest or longest boundaries, the side walls 3, which extend in parallel in the conveying direction F, in a first side wall part 3.3 and a second side wall part 3.4 are separated.
- the two side wall parts 3.3 and 3.4 are separated by a substantially horizontal parting line 17.
- the parting line 17 preferably extends between the superimposed cleaning stations 7 and 8, which operate at different temperatures and is preferably located at a point where no sealing problems against liquid leakage are to be feared.
- the butt joint 17 is used in addition to the ease of installation also to effect a thermal decoupling of the two cleaning zones 7, 8 in the region of the side walls. This may optionally be done by a simple air gap, but is preferably done by an insulating material, such as a plastic strip or the like. As an intermediate layer.
- the intermediate layer is preferably about 40 mm thick.
- each one of the two pairs of side wall parts 3.3 and 3.4 can be placed flat on the ground and the partitions and supports 16 welded to the flat side wall parts 3.3 and 3.4 and be applied. Subsequently, the opposite side wall part 3.3 or 3.4 of the pair is placed and also attached. Subsequently, the side wall modules mounted in this way are placed on top of each other, optionally with the insulation material being interposed. Then the housing 2 can be provided with the internals. Finally, the also separately prefabricated further modules, for example, the dispensing module 2.1 and the task module 2.2 are mounted, optionally also insulating material is interposed.
- the side walls can also be composed of more than two horizontally separated side wall parts.
- Other areas of the cleaning machine may also be considered complete modules, i. including the internals, be formed.

Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- einen Schnitt durch die Reinigungsmaschine nach
Fig. 1 mit eingezeichneter Trennung der Module. -
Fig. 1 der Übersichtlichkeit halber weggelassen wurde.
