Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zum Festklemmen eines Plättchens (1) auf einen Flächengebildeträger (3), wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:
    - Bereitstellen eines Plättchen-Halbzeugs (8) und einer Gegenplatte (4), wobei das Plättchen-Halbzeug (8) mehrere stifttragende Elemente (2) umfasst, die an deren Rückseite mehrere Stifte (6) jeweils zum Eingreifen in ein entsprechendes Loch (7) der Gegenplatte (4) tragen,
    - Bereitstellen des Plättchen-Halbzeugs (8) umfassend Verankerungsmittel (9) zum vorübergehenden Verankern der stifttragenden Elemente (2) des Plättchen-Halbzeugs (8) an mehreren Befestigungspunkten,
    - vorübergehendes Arretieren des Plättchen-Halbzeugs (8) zwischen Backen (10, 11) eines Stanzelements (12),
    - Außereingriffbringen der Verankerungsmittel (9) von den stifttragenden Elementen (2), und
    - Ineingriffbringen der Stifte (6) in die Löcher (7) der Gegenplatte (4) durch den dazwischen angeordneten Flächengebildeträger (3),
    wobei die Befestigungspunkte zwischen den Verankerungsmitteln (9) und den stifttragenden Elementen (2) an der Rückseite der stifttragenden Elemente (2) angeordnet sind.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorübergehenden Befestigungspunkte an den Stiften (6) hergestellt werden.
  3. Maschine zum Festklemmen von Plättchen (1) auf einen Flächengebildeträger (3), insbesondere zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine Haltemittel zum vorübergehenden Halten eines Plättchen-Halbzeugs (8) umfasst, umfassend mehrere stifttragende Elemente (2), die an deren Rückseite mehrere Stifte (6) tragen, und Verankerungsmittel (9) zum vorübergehenden Verankern der stifttragenden Elemente (2) des Plättchens (1) an Befestigungspunkten, wobei die Haltemittel ein Stanzelement (12) umfassen, welches Stanzelementbacken (10, 11) umfasst, die von einer proximalen Position zum Halten der stifttragenden Elemente (2) des Plättchen-Halbzeugs (8) und einer distalen Freigabeposition zum Freigeben des Plättchens (1) nach Aufbringen des Plättchens (1) auf den Flächengebildeträger (3) bewegbar sind, wobei das Stanzelement (12) mehrere Ausnehmungen (13) für die stifttragenden Elemente (2) umfasst.
  4. Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine ferner ein Gegenstanzelement (15) umfasst, welches eine Ausnehmung (14) für die Gegenplatte (4) aufweist, wobei die Gegenplatte (4) mehrere Elemente (5) umfasst, wobei das Gegenstanzelement (15) keilförmige Vorsprünge (16) zum gegenseitigen Lösen oder Außereingriffbringen der Elemente (5) der Gegenplatte (4) aufweist.
  5. Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Backen (10, 11) und das Gegenstanzelement (15) schräge Oberflächen (18, 19; 20, 21) aufweisen, welche zusammenwirken, um die Backen (10, 11) gegen elastische Rückstellmittel zu bewegen, wenn das Plättchen (1) auf den Flächengebildeträger (3) aufgebracht wird.
  6. Plättchen-Halbzeug (8) zum Aufbringen von mindestens einem Plättchen (1) auf einen Flächengebildeträger (3), insbesondere mittels eines Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 und 2, wobei das Plättchen-Halbzeug (8) mehrere stifttragende Elemente (2), die an deren Rückseite mehrere Stifte (6) tragen, und Verankerungsmittel (9) zum vorübergehenden Verankern der stifttragenden Elemente (2) des Plättchen-Halbzeugs (4) an Befestigungspunkten umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungspunkte zwischen den Verankerungsmitteln (9) und den stifttragenden Elementen (2) an der Rückseite der stifttragenden Elemente (2) angeordnet sind.
  7. Plättchen-Halbzeug (8) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungsmittel (9) mehrere Stangenelemente (9) umfassen, welche durch die Stifte (6) mit stifttragenden Elementen (2) gekoppelt sind.
  8. Plättchen (11), das mehrere frei sichtbare stifttragende Elemente (2) aufweist, die voneinander getrennt sind und an deren Rückseite mehrere Stifte (6) aufweisen, wobei mehrere Elemente (5) mehrere Löcher (7) umfassen, die ausgebildet sind, um mit den Stiften (6) der stifttragenden Elemente (2) zusammenzuwirken, wobei jeder Stift (6) durch einen dazwischen angeordneten Flächengebildeträger (3) in einem entsprechenden Loch (7) des Elements (5) in Eingriff steht, wobei die stifttragenden Elemente (2) mehrere außer Eingriff gebrachte vorübergehende Befestigungspunkte umfassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die außer Eingriff gebrachten vorübergehenden Befestigungspunkte an der Rückseite der stifttragenden Elemente (2) angeordnet sind.
