Description

Kältegerät mit Schublade
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Kältegerät mit einem Korpus und wenigstens einer in dem Korpus herausziehbar geführten Schublade. Derartige Kältegeräte erlauben es, einen Stauraum von großer Tiefe über seine ganze Tiefe hinweg effizient zu nutzen, da auf die herausgezogene Schublade von oben zugegriffen wird. Eine effiziente Ausnutzung des verfügbaren Stauraums mit einer guten Zugänglichkeit des Lagerguts zu kombinieren ist jedoch auch bei einem solchen Kältegerät nicht immer möglich. Während bei einem Kältegerät mit durch horizontale Fachböden unterteiltem Innenraum durch Einhängen der Fachböden in wechselnden Höhen dem Platzbedarf des Kühlguts in der Vertikalen Rechnung getragen werden kann, ist dies bei einer Schublade im Allgemeinen nicht ohne weiters möglich. Insbesondere wenn eine Frontplatte der Schublade gleichzeitig einen Teil der Vorderseite des Kältegeräts bildet, ist durch die Anforderung, dass die Vorderseite geschlossen sein muss, eine Anbringung der Schubladen in wechselnden Höhen ausgeschlossen. Die Höhe der Schublade muss daher ein Kompromiss sein zwischen einerseits dem Bedürfnis, hochformatiges Kühlgut unterbringen zu können und andererseits dem Wunsch, kleinformatiges Kühlgut in nicht zu vielen Lagen übereinander stapeln zu müssen, um eine befriedigende Platzausnutzung zu erreichen.
Aus DE 101 07 646 A1 ist eine Auszugkasten für ein Kältegerät bekannt, der eine effiziente Nutzung des Platzes im Auszugkasten auch durch relativ kleinformatiges Kühlgut bei Wahrung der Übersichtlichkeit ermöglicht, indem ein Einsatzkasten in den Auszugkasten eingehängt ist. Der Einsatzkasten ist entnehmbar, um auf darunter verstautes Kühlgut zuzugreifen, oder er ist in Tiefenrichtung verschiebbar.
Ein Nachteil dieser Lösung ist, dass wenn ein Benutzer den Einsatzkasten entnehmen muss, um auf darunter verstautes Kühlgut zuzugreifen, er entweder den Einsatzkasten zwischendurch außerhalb des Kältegeräts absetzen oder ihn in einer Hand behalten und mit der anderen auf das darunter freigelegte Kühlgut zugreifen muss. In beiden Fällen ist der Zugriff auf das Kühlgut unterhalb des Einsatzkastens beschwerlich. Zwar wird als weitere Möglichkeit noch vorgeschlagen, den Einsatzkasten in dem Auszugkasten zu verschieben, doch setzt dies voraus, dass freier Platz im Auszugkasten vorhanden ist, in den der Einsatzkasten verschoben werden kann. Wenn der Auszugkasten gut gefüllt ist, ist dies im Allgemeinen nicht der Fall.
Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung ist daher, ein Kältegerät mit einer Schublade und einem in der Schublade beweglichen Kasten anzugeben, bei dem der Kasten auch dann noch bewegbar ist, wenn die Schublade in der Umgebung des Kastens mit Kühlgut gefüllt ist.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst, indem bei einem Kältegerät mit einem Korpus, wenigstens einer in dem Korpus herausziehbar geführten Schublade und einem in der Schublade bewegbaren Kasten in herausgezogener Stellung der ersten Schublade der Kasten zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der er in die erste Schublade eingreift, und einer zweiten Stellung geführt verschiebbar ist, in der er sich zumindest teilweise außerhalb der ersten Schublade befindet.
Bevorzugt befindet sich der Kasten in der zweiten Stellung zumindest im Wesentlichen außerhalb der ersten Schublade. Hierdurch ergibt sich ein erleichterter Zugriff auf den Inhalt der ersten Schublade.
In der ersten Stellung überdeckt der Kasten vorzugsweise wenigstens einen Teil des Innenraums der Schublade, der Kühlgut aufnehmen kann, wenn sich der Kasten darüber befindet.
Damit der Kasten in seiner zweiten Stellung den Zugang eines Benutzers zur Schublade nicht behindert, befindet er sich in der zweiten Stellung vorzugsweise innerhalb des Korpus.
Wenn der Kasten unmittelbar unter einer horizontalen Wandung des Korpus angebracht ist, verdeckt diese in der zweiten Stellung eine offene Oberseite des Kastens.
Die Bewegungsrichtung der Schublade und des Kastens sind vorzugsweise parallel.
Der Kasten kann in der ersten Stellung verriegelbar sein, um einer Bewegung der Schublade zu folgen. Das heißt, der Kasten bleibt in seiner wenigstens einen Teil des Innenraums der Schublade überdeckenden Stellung, wenn diese aus dem Korpus herausgezogen oder wieder hereingeschoben wird, sofern nicht die Verriegelung gelöst wird.
Der Kasten kann in der ersten Stellung gesichert sein, zum Beispiel durch ein Schloss, so dass auf einen darunter liegenden Teil der Schublade nur zugegriffen werden kann, wenn die Sicherung aufgehoben wird.
Umgekehrt kann der Kasten auch in der zweiten Stellung verriegelbar sein, um einer Bewegung der Schublade nicht zu folgen. So wird ein unter dem Kasten liegender Bereich der Schublade beim Herausziehen der Schublade automatisch freigelegt und zugänglich, nicht aber zwangsläufig das Innere des Kastens selbst. Wenn der Kasten wie oben angegeben unmittelbar unter einer horizontalen Wandung des Korpus angebracht ist, verhindert die Wandung
Ein Bedienelement zum Entriegeln des Kastens ist vorzugsweise an einer Frontplatte des Kastens angeordnet, so dass es für einen Benutzer leicht zugänglich ist, wenn sich der Kasten in seiner zweiten Stellung befindet.
Das Bedienelement kann ein Schloss oder eine Kindersicherung umfassen, um sicher zu stellen, dass die Entriegelung nur von einer befugten Person vorgenommen werden kann.
Wenn der Kasten wie oben angegeben unmittelbar unter einer horizontalen Wandung des Korpus angebracht ist, verhindert die Wandung den unbefugten Zugriff auf den Inhalt des Kastens, solange sich dieser in der zweiten Stellung befindet.
Eine Aussparung in einer Rückwand der Schublade ist vorzugsweise durch einen vorderen Bereich, insbesondere durch eine Frontplatte, des Kastens ausgefüllt, wenn sich dieser in der zweiten Stellung befindet. So besteht keine Gefahr, dass beim Hantieren in der Schublade Kühlgut durch die Aussparung der Rückwand herausfällt.
Der Kasten ist vorzugsweise entnehmbar, so dass sein Volumen der Schublade zugeschlagen und zur Unterbringung von hochformatigem Kühlgut in der Schublade genutzt werden kann. Wenigstens eine den Kasten auf seiner Bewegung zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Stellung führende Schiene ist vorzugsweise an einer Rückwand des Korpus befestigt.
Ergänzend oder alternativ kann auch eine den Kasten führende Schiene an der Schublade, vorzugsweise an einer Seitenwand derselben, befestigt sein.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Figuren. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine schematische perspektivische Ansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Kältegeräts;
Fig. 2 das Kältegerät der Fig. 1 mit herausgezogener Schublade und nicht herausgezogenem Kasten;
Fig. 3 das Kältegerät der Fig. 1 mit herausgezogener Schublade und teilweise herausgezogenem Kasten; und
Fig. 4 einen schematischen Schnitt durch das Kältegerät der Konfiguration der Fig. 3.
Fig. 1 ist eine schematische perspektivische Ansicht eines Kältegeräts vom Unterbautyp, eingebaut in ein Küchenmöbel mit einer Arbeitsplatte 1 und Schrankelementen 2, 3 beiderseits einer das Kältegerät aufnehmenden zentralen Nische. In einem in der Nische des Küchenmöbels verborgenen Korpus des Kältegeräts sind zwei Schubladen 3, 4 geführt. Die Schubladen 3, 4 haben jeweils eine wärmeisolierende Frontplatte, die gleichzeitig gemeinsam eine Vorderfront des Kältegeräts selbst bilden. In der in Fig. 1 gezeigten eingeschobenen Stellung liegen die Frontplatten über eine an ihrer Rückseite umlaufende Magnetdichtung im Wesentlichen luftdicht an einem vorderen Rahmen des Korpus an.
Fig. 2 zeigt das Kältegerät mit bis zum Anschlag herausgezogener oberer Schublade 3. Die Schubladen 3, 4 sind mit dem Korpus über an sich bekannte und in der Figur nicht dargestellte Doppel-Teleskopauszüge verbunden, die es erlauben, die Schubladen 3, 4 so weit herauszuziehen, dass ihre Rückwand nahezu mit der Vorderkante der Arbeitsplatte 1 bündig ist. Die in Fig. 2 in dieser Stellung gezeigte Rückwand 5 der Schublade 3 weist einen nach oben offenen Ausschnitt 6 auf, der von der Frontplatte 7 eines Kastens ausgefüllt ist, der in der Darstellung der Fig. 2 unter der Arbeitsplatte 1 verborgen ist. Da der Kasten unmittelbar unter der Decke des Korpus des Kältegeräts angeordnet ist, ist ein Zugriff auf seinen Inhalt in der Konfiguration der Fig. 2 nicht möglich.
Fig. 3 zeigt das Kältegerät mit teilweise herausgezogenem Kasten 8. Die Tiefe des Kastens 8 entspricht derjenigen der Schublade 3; eine Anschlagstellung, bis zu der der Kasten herausziehbar ist, ist durch den Kontakt seiner Frontplatte 7 mit der Frontplatte der Schublade 3 festgelegt.
Fig. 4 zeigt einen schematischen Schnitt durch das Kältegerät in Tiefenrichtung. Man erkennt den quaderförmigen, an seiner Vorderseite offenen Korpus 10, an dessen Rückwand 1 1 ein den Kasten 8 tragender doppelter Teleskopauszug mit einer ortsfesten Schiene 13, einer mit dem Kasten 8 beweglichen Schiene 14 und einer Zwischenschiene 15 angreift. An der ortsfesten Schiene 13 ist eine Rastaussparung 16 gebildet, in die ein an dem Kasten 8 schwenkbar aufgehängter Riegel 17 eingreift, wenn der Kasten 8 bis an die Rückwand 1 1 in den Korpus 10 eingeschoben ist. Solange der Riegel 17 in die Rastaussparung 16 eingreift, kann der Kasten 8 einer Bewegung der Schublade 3 nicht folgen, selbst wenn eine Reibkopplung zwischen der Schublade 3 und dem Kasten 8, z.B. über die Aufhängung des Kastens 8 oder durch Reibkontakt zwischen dem Kasten 8 und in der Schublade 3 aufbewahrtem Kühlgut, darauf hinwirkt, den Kasten 8 bei der Bewegung der Schublade 3 mitzunehmen.
Eine Bedientaste 18 des Riegels 17 ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Oberkante der Frontplatte 7 angeordnet, so dass sie für einen Benutzer zugänglich ist, wenn der Kasten 8 bis zum Anschlag eingeschoben ist. Durch Herabdrücken der Bedientaste 18 kann der Benutzer den Riegel 17 aus der Rastaussparung 16 lösen und anschließend den Kasten 8 herausziehen.
Die in die Rastaussparung eingreifende Spitze des Riegels 17 ist abgeschrägt, so dass beim Einschieben des Kastens 8 der Riegel 17 zunächst durch Kontakt mit der ortsfesten Schiene 13 selbsttätig geschwenkt wird und anschließend, wenn der Kasten 8 seine Anschlagstellung an der Rückwand 1 1 erreicht, in die Rastaussparung 16 fällt.
Wenn gewünscht, kann der Riegel 17 zusätzlich durch ein Schloss gesichert sein, so dass er nur vom Besitzer eines passenden Schlüssels entriegelt werden kann. Dies ermöglicht die Nutzung des Kastens 8 zur Unterbringung von Kühlgut, insbesondere von Medikamenten oder anderen potentiell gefährlichen Substanzen, auf die nicht jeder Benutzer des Kältegeräts zugreifen können soll. Anstelle eines Schlosses kann auch eine Kindersicherung vorgesehen sein, d.h. ein Mechanismus, bei dem nicht offensichtlich ist, wie die Entriegelung vorzunehmen ist oder bei dem weit auseinanderliegende, für Kinder nicht ohne weiteres gleichzeitig betätigbare Bedienelemente zum Entriegeln gleichzeitig betätigt werden müssen.
Der Kasten 8 kann mit Hilfe von zwei sich entlang seiner beiden Seitenwände erstreckenden Teleskopauszügen 12 an der Rückwand 1 1 befestigt sein. Denkbar ist aber auch, wenigstens einen dieser Teleskopauszüge durch einen Teleskopauszug zu ersetzen, der einerseits an der Außenseite der Seitenwand des Kastens 8 und andererseits an der Innenseite einer Seitenwand der Schublade 3 angreift. Eine geeignete Belastbarkeit dieses Auszugs vorausgesetzt, kann der Kasten 8 auch allein an ihm, über nur eine Seitenwand, aufgehängt sein.
Wenn ein zum Riegel 17 analoger Riegel die Schienen des zwischen Kasten 8 und Schublade 3 angebrachten Teleskopauszugs gegeneinander verriegelt, bleibt der Kasten 8 nicht wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt beim Herausziehen der Schublade 3 im Korpus zurück, sondern bewegt sich mit der Schublade 3, so lange die Verriegelung nicht aufgehoben wird.
In diesem Fall kann in der Schublade 3 unterhalb des Kastens 8 eine vertikale Trennwand vorgesehen werden, die einen Zugriff auf das von dem Kasten 8 überdeckte Teilvolumen der Schublade 3 von der Seite her unmöglich macht. Indem der Riegel durch ein Schloss gesichert wird, kann auch hier Unbefugten der Zugriff auf einen Teil des Nutzvolumens des Kältegeräts verwehrt werden.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Kältegerät insbesondere Haushaltskältegerät, mit einem Korpus und wenigstens einer in dem Korpus (10) herausziehbar geführten Schublade (3) und einem in der Schublade (3) bewegbaren Kasten (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in herausgezogener Stellung der ersten Schublade (3) der Kasten (8) zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der er in die erste Schublade (3) eingreift, und einer zweiten Stellung geführt verschiebbar ist, in der er sich wenigstens teilweise außerhalb der ersten Schublade (3) befindet.
2. Kältegerät nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kasten (8) in der zweiten Stellung sich wenigstens im Wesentlichen außerhalb der ersten Schublade (3) befindet.
3. Kältegerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kasten
(8) in der ersten Stellung wenigstens einen Teil des Innenraums der Schublade (3) überdeckt.
4. Kältegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeich- net, dass der Kasten (8) in der zweiten Stellung sich innerhalb des Korpus (10) befindet.
5. Kältegerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der zweiten Stellung eine offene Oberseite des Kastens (8) zumindest teilweise, durch eine horizontale Wandung des Korpus (10) verdeckt ist.
6. Kältegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungsrichtungen der Schublade (3) und des Kastens (8) parallel sind.
7. Kältegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kasten (8) in der ersten Stellung verriegelbar ist, um einer Bewegung der Schublade (3) zu folgen.
8. Kältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kasten (8) in der zweiten Stellung verriegelbar ist, um einer Bewegung der
Schublade (3) nicht zu folgen.
9. Kältegerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bedienelement (18) zum Entriegeln der Kastens (8) in einem vorderen Bereich (7) des Kastens (8) angeordnet ist.
10. Kältegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein vorderer Bereich (7) des Kastens (8) in der zweiten Stellung eine Aussparung (6) in einer Rückwand (5) der Schublade (3) ausfüllt.
11. Kältegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kasten (8) entnehmbar ist.
12. Kältegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeich- net, dass wenigstens eine den Kasten (8) führende Schiene (13) an einer
Rückwand (11 ) des Korpus (10) befestigt ist.
13. Kältegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine den Kasten (8) führende Schiene an der Schublade (3) befestigt ist.
14. Kältegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Frontplatte der Schublade (3) wenigstens einen Teil einer Vorderseite des Kältegeräts bildet.
