Claims (8)
- Couvercle de culasse (1) comprenant un système de support (2) pour le support d'un arbre à cames (3), dans lequel- le système de support (2) présente au moins deux paliers (4) logeant l'arbre à cames (3) et un élément de liaison (5),- les paliers (4) sont traversés de manière axiale par l'arbre à cames (3) à loger dans une première ouverture de passage (6) et sont fixés les uns par rapport aux autres dans une position orientée par l'intermédiaire de l'élément de liaison (5),- les paliers (4) forment, conjointement avec l'élément de liaison (5) et l'arbre à cames (3), un groupe modulaire préfabriqué,- le couvercle de culasse (1) peut être relié par l'intermédiaire de moyens de liaison au système de support (2), moyennant quoi l'unité désormais constituée du couvercle de culasse (1) et du système de support (2) peut être montée au niveau de la culasse,caractérisé en ce
qu'est prévue, au niveau au moins d'un palier (4), au moins une deuxième ouverture de passage (8) s'étendant de manière transversale par rapport à la première ouverture de passage (6) pour l'arbre à cames (3), laquelle est alignée avec une troisième ouverture de passage (9) disposée dans l'élément de liaison (5) et une quatrième ouverture de passage (10) disposée dans le couvercle de culasse (1) et qui est réalisée pour le passage d'une vis (11) fixant au niveau de la culasse le couvercle de culasse (1), le système de support (2) et ainsi l'arbre à cames (3). - Couvercle de culasse selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce- qu'au moins un des paliers (4) est fabriqué à partir de métal ou de métal léger, en particulier à partir d'acier ou d'aluminium, et/ou- que l'élément de liaison (5) est réalisé à partir de métal et est soudé aux paliers (4), et/ou- que le couvercle de culasse (1) est réalisé à partir de matière plastique. - Couvercle de culasse selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce
qu'est prévue, dans l'élément de liaison (5), au moins une cinquième ouverture de passage (12), qui est réalisée afin de recevoir un composant, en particulier un capteur. - Couvercle de culasse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce
que sont prévus, au niveau de l'élément de liaison (5), des éléments d'enclenchement (14) et/ou des contours d'enclenchement (13), par l'intermédiaire desquels le système de support (2) peut être fixé, conjointement avec l'arbre à cames (3), de manière amovible, au niveau du couvercle de culasse (1). - Couvercle de culasse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce- qu'au moins un palier (4) présente un roulement à aiguilles ou un roulement logeant l'arbre à cames (3), ou- que l'arbre à cames (3) est logé directement, c'est-à-dire sans bague de roulement, dans au moins un palier (4). - Couvercle de culasse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins une des vis (11) fixant au niveau de la culasse le couvercle de culasse (1), le système de support (2) et l'arbre à cames (3) est réalisée sous la forme d'une vis d'assemblage à embase, dans lequel un élément de découplage (15) étant prévu entre l'embase (21) de la vis (11) et le couvercle de culasse (1). - Couvercle de culasse selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce
que l'élément de découplage (15) est réalisé sous la forme d'un élément étanche. - Moteur à combustion interne comprenant un couvercle de culasse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7.
