- Papier décor imprégné pour matériaux de revêtement décoratifs, qui comprend un papier brut imprégné et une couche réceptrice de colorant, qui est appliquée sur le papier brut imprégné, caractérisé en ce que le papier brut contient une résine imprégnatrice dans une quantité de 80 à 250 % en poids par rapport au grammage du papier brut, et la résine d'imprégnation est choisie parmi une résine mélamine-formaldéhyde, une résine urée-formaldéhyde, une résine phénol-formaldéhyde ou un mélange de ces résines, que le papier décor imprégné présente, après séchage, une humidité résiduelle de 3,5 à 8,5 % en poids et que la résine est réticulée au maximum jusqu'à un taux de réticulation de 30 % et est encore réactive, sachant que la couche réceptrice de colorant contient un pigment et un liant dans un rapport quantitatif de 10 : 90 à 90 : 10 et que le liant de la couche réceptrice de colorant est choisi parmi l'alcool polyvinylique, le pyrrolidone de polyvinyle, le polyacétate de vinyle, l'amidon, la gélatine, la cellulose carboxyméthylique, l'éthylène / l'acétate de vinyle ou les mélanges de ceux-ci.
- Papier décor imprégné selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la résine imprégnatrice est contenue dans le papier brut en une quantité de 80 à 125 % en poids par rapport au grammage.
- Papier décor imprégné selon revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la résine imprégnatrice est une résine mélamine formaldéhyde, une résine urée formaldéhyde ou un mélange de ces résines.
- Papier décor imprégné selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le liant de la couche réceptrice de colorant est un polymère soluble dans l'eau et / ou un polymère pouvant être dispersé dans l'eau.
- Papier décor imprégné selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pigment est un oxyde d'aluminium, un hydroxyde d'aluminium, de la boéhmite et / ou de l'acide silique.
- Papier décor imprégné selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce q ue le poids d'application de la couche réceptrice de colorant est de 2 à 25 g / m2.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un papier décor imprégné, comprimable, caractérisé en ce que(a) un papier brut décor fabriqué avec un grammage de 30 à 200 g / m2 est imprégné à cœur avec une quantité de résine imprégnatrice de 80 à 250 % en poids par rapport au grammage du papier brut, et la résine d'imprégnation est choisie parmi une résine mélamine-formaldéhyde, une résine urée-formaldéhyde, une résine phénol-formaldéhyde ou un mélange de ces résines,(b) le papier imprégné à cœur est préalablement -séché, sachant que la température de séchage est réglée de manière à ce que le papier présente une humidité de 9 à 20 % et que la résine ne soit condensée que partiellement et non complètement polymérisée et soit, de ce fait, encore réactive,(c) le papier pré-séché est revêtu avec au moins une couche réceptrice de colorant, sachant que la couche réceptrice de colorant contient un pigment et un liant dans un rapport quantitatif de 10 : 90 à 90 : 10 et que le liant de la couche réceptrice de colorant est choisi parmi l'alcool polyvinylique, le pyrrollidone de pöolyvinyle, le polyacétate de vinyle, l'amidon, la gélatine, la cellulose carboxyméthylique, l'éthylène / l'acétate de vinyle ou les mélanges de ceux-ci,(d) le papier décor imprégné à cœur avec au moins une couche réceptrice de colorant (papier décor imprégné) est séché jusqu'à une humidité résiduelle de 3,5 à 8,5 % en poids, sachant que la résine est réticulée au maximum jusqu'à un taux de réticulation de 30 % et est encore réactive.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la résine imprégnatrice est une résine mélamine formaldéhyde, une résine urée formaldéhyde ou un mélange de ces résines.
- Procédé selon revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que le poids d'application de la couche réceptrice de colorant est de 2 à 25 g / m2.
- Utilisation d'un papier décor imprégné selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 6 pour la fabrication de matériaux stratifiés et laminés.
