Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for producing a color changeable de korober Construction according to claim 1 and a material with a color changeable decorative surface according to claim 16.
  • Decorative surfaces of synthetic resin or paint are well known and are used, for example, in floor coverings, wall coverings ceiling coverings or furniture ver. These have a decorative layer comprising a paper with a printed decor or printed on a background decor.
  • a protective layer can usually be arranged on the decorative layer.
  • the layers arranged above the decor are at least semi-transparent so that the viewer can perceive the decor.
  • the disadvantage is that the color design of such surfaces can be influenced in retrospect hardly.
  • individu elle colored surface design as it is achieved for example in solid wood by pickling the surfaces, is no longer possible with such synthetic resin or paint surfaces.
  • decorative surfaces that can be subsequently colored by the end user, the actual decorative structures remain visible and only the color should be adjusted.
  • Such surfaces which can be subsequently changed in color by the end user, could hitherto only be provided via solid wood surfaces, such as, for example, solid wood or even wood veneer.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object direzustel len, a method for producing a decorative surface and a material with such a decorative surface len, which can be changed very easily in their colors by the end user and is particularly cost effective and robust.
  • the invention solves the problem by means of a method having the features of claim 1.
  • Advantageous Wei developments of the invention are set forth in the dependent claims. In this case, all the features described in principle or in any combination GE genstand the invention, regardless of their summary in the claims or their dependency.
  • the inventive method for producing a color-changing decorative surface comprises the steps: providing a ready-to-use completely made of cured synthetic resin or lacquer decorative surface on a support layer, orders at least one layer of a coating agent, drying and Aushär th the coating agent layer.
  • the decorative surface has a decor print (hereinafter also decor), which is printed on the top of the carrier layer.
  • the decor can show structures of a décor.
  • the decor is, for example, wood grains, stone grains, stone decors, tile decors or fantasy decors.
  • the decor can as colored decor, decor in shades of gray or black and white decor be formed.
  • the decorative surface also comprises a transparent protective layer, which may be formed, for example, as a transparent lacquer layer arranged above the decoration or as a transparent synthetic resin layer, for example as a transparent synthetic resin-impregnated overlay.
  • a transparent protective layer which may be formed, for example, as a transparent lacquer layer arranged above the decoration or as a transparent synthetic resin layer, for example as a transparent synthetic resin-impregnated overlay.
  • the protective layer can also be formed by the cured and completely dried impregnating agent of the carrier layer.
  • impregnating especially Kunststoffharzba-based but of course also paint-based impregnating agents in the context of the invention in question.
  • the decor is visible to a viewer in the ready-to-use state and remains visible even after application of the coating agent layer and the subsequent application of paint (stain). Accordingly, the coating agent layer is just formed if transparent.
  • the inventive decorative surface it is possible to make a light overall impression of the ready-to-use decorative surface, for example by means of a dark stain, produced by a bright printed decor on itself dark.
  • a dark stain produced by a bright printed decor on itself dark.
  • On the supported dye (color pigments) produces a dark coloration of the surface, wherein the at least largely transparent layer also remains largely transpar rent and the printed decor structure is still visible.
  • color changeable is understood to mean that the overall color impression of the decorative surface prescribed by the decorative imprint on the carrier layer is subsequently changed individually by way of an additional application of paint in the coating agent layer.
  • the subsequent color change can be done in the course of industrial manufac turing or alternatively downstream, for example, in a process the craftsman or by the end customer itself.
  • the decorative structures preferably remain visible in the color change before, only the basic color of the decorative surface is on the Color change changed again. This is an extremely high individualization tion, for example, by the respective end user, possible. Also, the manufacturer of decorative surfaces can offer its entire previous portfolio with a significantly higher color variety and also offer small series with small production volumes be particularly easy and cost-effective.
  • Existing structure patterns ie structured surfaces (3-D surfaces), are also retained because the coating layer is applied so thinly that it replicates the existing surface structures.
  • pickling ie with the change in color
  • pickling can also result in a three-dimensional effect of the surface, for example if more pickle additives accumulate in the case of wood decors in the region of structurally formed pores (depressions in the 3-D structure), so also after pickling more color pigments from the stain in this area are present.
  • the color matching of the decorative surface can be carried out with the same mordants, for example.
  • a synthetic resin surface is understood as a resin system in which the complete curing of the resins used for the impregnation and / or coating which may have taken place is under the action of heat and additionally generated pressure (higher than atmospheric pressure), for example. in a short-cycle press or a continuous press, was performed.
  • Synthetic resin surfaces may include, for example, a urea resin, phenolic resin, but preferably a melamine resin.
  • a paint surface is understood to mean resin systems in which at least the outer layer of the decorative surface ready for use is a paint surface.
