Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Broden-Reinigungsgerät, umfassend einen Grundkörper an dem eine rotierbare Bürstenrolle und ein Schmutzbehälter angeordnet sind sowie einen Tuchhalter an dem ein Reinigungstuch befestigbar ist.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Ein derartiges Reinigungsgerät ist aus der US 7,013,528 B2 bekannt. Das vorbekannte Reinigungsgerät besteht aus einem Grundkörper an dem eine über einen Elektromotor angetriebene rotierbare Bürstenrolle befestigt ist, die den erfassten Schmutz in einen hinter der Bürstenrolle angeordneten Schmutzbehälter transportiert. Durch die Bürstenrolle wird grober Schmutz aufgenommen, der durch den Schmutzbehälter aufgenommen und zurückgehalten wird. Feiner Schmutz, insbesondere Staub, kann die Bürstenrolle passieren und wird durch das dahinter angeordnete Reinigungstuch, welches an einem Tuchhalter befestigt ist, aufgenommen. Dadurch verbessert sich die Reinigungswirkung gegenüber einem Reinigungsgerät mit nur einer Bürstenrolle. Der Tuchhalter ist jedoch klappbar und fest mit dem Grundkörper verbunden, so dass der Tuchhalter auch dann im Eingriff mit dem zu reinigenden Boden ist, wenn dies eher hinderlich ist, wie es beispielsweise beim Reinigen von Teppichböden der Fall ist. In diesem Fall erschwert der Tuchhalter aufgrund der hohen Reibung die Reinigungsarbeit.
  • Die Druckschrift US 2004/0168 281 A1 offenbart ein Bodenreinigungsgerät mit einem Staubsammelmechanismus, der elektrisch angetrieben ist, und einen Wischreinigungsmechanismus, der an der Unterseite des Grundkörpers des Reinigungsgeräts angebracht ist. Der Wischreinigungsmechanismus ist abnehmbar an dem Grundkörper befestigt.
  • Die Druckschrift GB 2 389 035 A offenbart einen Teppichreiniger mit einem Grundkörper und einer rotierbaren Rolle. Ein Tuchhalter ist vorgesehen, der mit einem elastischen Flächenelement versehen ist, um das Reinigungstuch gegen die zu reinigende Oberfläche zu drücken. Der Tuhhalter ist über ein Scharnier an dem Grundkörper angebracht.
  • Die Druckschrift GB 2 260 892 A offenbart einen Staubsauger mit einem abnehmbaren Wischer, so dass dieser gleichzeitig das Saugen von Staub sowie Bodenwischfunktionen ausführen kann. Der Grundkörper ist mit Rollen versehen, damit dieser frei in jeder Richtung bewegt werden kann.
  • Die Druckschrift DE 10/2004 009 908 A1 offenbart eine Staubsaugerdüse mit einem Gehäuse, das eine lösbare Trägerplatte aufweist. Die Trägerplatte besitzt an ihrer vom Boden abgewandten Innenseite Klemmvorrichtungen zur Befestigung eines um die Außenseite gelegten Putztuchs.
    • Darstellung der Erfindung
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, das Reinigungsgerät so weiter zu entwickeln, dass sich die Reinigungsleistung insbesondere bei der Reinigung von Teppichböden verbessert.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit den Merkmalen von Anspruch 1 gelöst. Auf vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen nehmen die Unteransprüche Bezug.
  • Zur Lösung der Aufgabe ist der Tuchhalter abnehmbar an dem Grundkörper befestigt. Dadurch kann an dem Reinigungsgerät der Tuchhalter, mit einem Reinigungstuch bestückt, wahlweise befestigt oder entfernt werden. Das Reinigungsgerät kann also sowohl mit als auch ohne Tuchhalter betrieben werden. Mit Tuchhalter und daran befestigtem Reinigungstuch eignet sich das Reinigungsgerät insbesondere zur Reinigung glatter Böden, wie Fliesen oder Parkett. Ohne Tuchhalter eignet sich das Reinigungsgerät insbesondere zur Reinigung rauer und weicher Böden, wie Teppichböden. Bei der Reinigung rauer Böden ist insbesondere vorteilhaft, dass die Reibung des Reinigungsgerätes aufgrund des fehlenden Tuchhalters gering ist und damit eine ergonomische Reinigungsarbeit möglich ist. Der Tuchhalter weist auf der dem zu reinigenden Boden zugewandten Seite vorteilhafterweise einen elastischen Belag auf. der eine optimale Anpressung des Reinigungstuchs an den zu reinigenden Boden ermöglicht Der Belag kann durch einen offen- oder geschlossenzelligen Schaum gebildet sein. Die Befestigung des Reinigungstuchs erfolgt über Softclips, die sich auf der dem zu reinigenden Boden abgewandten Seite des Tuchhalters befindet. Die Softclips bestehen aus einem scheibenförmigen elastomeren Material in welchem sich eine sternförmige Durchbrechung befindet. Die dem zu reinigenden Boden abgewandte Seite des Tuchhalters ist von dem Grundkörper bedeckt, wenn der Tuchhalter an dem Grundkörper befestigt ist.
  • Der Grundkörper umfasst Rollen, die in inden Tuchhalter eingebrachte Durchbrechungen hinein ragen. Dadurch weist das Reinigungsgerät auch ohne Tuchhalter eine gute Manövrierbarkeit auf. Die Rollen können sich soweit in den Tuchhalter erstrecken, dass sie bündig mit der dem zu reinigenden Boden zugewandten Seite abschließen. Somit ist die Lage des Reinigungsgeräts auf dem zu reinigenden Boden bei entferntem Tuchhalter identisch mit der Lage des Reinigungsgerätes mit angebrachtem Tuchhalter.
  • Der Tuchhalter kann mittels einer Rasteinrichtung an dem Grundkörper befestigbar sein. Die Rasteinrichtung ist dabei so ausgebildet, dass sie einfach und vorzugsweise mit dem Fuß des Bedieners bedient werden kann, so dass der Tuchhalter ohne zusätzlich Handgriff von dem Grundkörper entnehmbar ist. Die Rasteinrichtung ermöglicht ein zerstörungsfreies Lösen und Befestigen des Tuchhalters an dem Grundkörper.
  • Die Rasteinrichtung kann zum Befestigen des Tuchhalters an dem Grundkörper verstellbare Rastnasen umfassen. Die Rastnasen rasten in Ausnehmungen ein, die in den Grundkörper eingebracht sind. Die Rastnasen sind so verstellbar, dass sie zum Entfernen des Tuchhalters in der Rasteinrichtung versenkt werden können, so dass der Tuchhalter freigegeben wird.
  • Die Rasteinrichtung kann einen Betätigungsknopf umfassen, der in einer Ausnehmung des Grundkörpers angeordnet ist. Der Betätigungsknopf ist federbelastet und bewirkt beim Betätigen, dass sich die Rastnasen in der Rasteinrichtung versenken und dadurch der Tuchhalter freigegeben wird. Zum Entfernen des Tuchhalters wird mit dem Fuß der Betätigungsknopf betätigt, und der Fuß ruht weiterhin auf dem Betätigungsknopf; anschließend wird der Grundkörper durch Ziehen an dem an dem Grundkörper befestigten Stiel entfernt. Zum Entfernen und auch Befestigen des Tuchhalters sind keine zusätzlichen Eingriffe erforderlich. Wenn der Betätigungsknopf den Grundkörper auf der dem Tuchhalter abgewandten Seite zumindest teilweise überragt, ist er besonders leicht erreichbar und besonders einfach zu bedienen.
  • Der Schmutzbehälter kann herausnehmbar sein. Dazu kann der Schmutzbehälter schubladenförmig in dem Grundkörper geführt sein oder von der Oberseite, der dem zu reinigenden Boden abgewandten Seite, in dem Grundkörper arretierbar sein. Dabei kann der Schmutzbehälter besonders einfach aus dem Reinigungsgerät entnommen werden. Zum Entleeren des Schmutzbehälters kann der Boden des Schmutzbehälters klappbar ausgebildet sein. Dabei ist der Boden zwecks einfacher Herstellbarkeit vorzugsweise über ein Filmscharnier an das Schmutzbehältergehäuse angebunden und wird durch eine Rastvorrichtung staubdicht verschlossen. Durch Lösen der Rasteinrichtung öffnet sich der Boden selbständig und gibt eine sehr große Öffnung frei, durch die der Schmutz besonders einfach aus dem Schmutzbehälter entfernt werden kann. Die Rasteinrichtung dient gleichzeitig als Arretierungsmittel, um den Schmutzbehälter im Grundkörper zu fixieren. Zur Verbesserung der Dichtheit weist der Boden an dessen Kante eine Erhebung auf, die in verschlossenem Zustand in eine kongruent geformte Ausnehmung des Gehäuses eingreift. Der Boden des Schmutzbehälters weist ferner Rippen auf, so dass sich der Boden nicht verformt und stets dicht schließt.
  • Der Schmutzbehälter kann einen Deckel umfassen, der die Bürstenrolle zumindest teilweise überragt. Dabei kann der Deckel einstückig oder auch gelenkig mit dem Schmutzbehälter verbunden sein. Dabei wird durch Entfernen des Deckels stets auch der Schmutzbehälter nach oben aus dem Grundkörper entnommen. Da der Deckel die Bürstenrolle überragt, wird diese nach Entnehmen des Deckels zumindest teilweise freigegeben, was besonders vorteilhaft ist, wenn diese gereinigt werden soll.
  • Die Bürstenrolle kann in axialer Richtung federbelastet verschiebbar und herausnehmbar sein. Die Bürstenrolle weist an beiden Stirnseiten Ausnehmungen auf, in die zur Lagerung Stifte eingreifen, die an dem Grundkörper angeordnet sind. Zum Herausnehmen wird die Bürstenrolle entgegen der Feder axial bewegt. Wenn auf einer Stimseite der Stift freiliegt, kann die Bürstenrolle herausgekippt werden. Wenn der Deckel die Bürstenrolle übergreift, kann die Bürstenrolle nach Entfernen des Deckels nach oben entnommen werden. Dadurch kann die Bürstenrolle wartungsfreundlich auch bei auf dem Boden stehendem Reinigungsgerät entnommen werden, um diese zu reinigen oder auszutauschen.
  • Die Bürstenrolle kann einen scheibenförmigen Vorsprung aufweisen. Der Vorsprung ist vorzugsweise im Bereich der Stirnseite angeordnet, die der federbelasteten Stirnseite gegenüber liegt. Der Vorsprung dient als Griffelement und erleichtert das Herausnehmen der Bürstenrolle. Die radiale Erstreckung des Vorsprungs ist dabei kleiner oder gleich groß wie die radiale Erstreckung der Borsten der Bürstenrolle.
    • Kurzbeschreibung der Zeichnung
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsgerätes wird nachfolgend anhand der Figuren näher erläutert. Diese zeigen, jeweils schematisch:
    • Fig. 1 das Reinigungsgerät als Explosionsdarstellung;
    • Fig. 2 das Reinigungsgerät mit angebrachtem Tuchhalter in der Untersicht;
    • Fig. 3 das Reinigungsgerät mit angebrachtem Schmutzbehälter;
    • Fig. 4 eine Explosionsdarstellung des Reinigungsgeräts der Fig.3; und
    • Fig. 5 eine Bürstenrolle für eines der obigen Reinigungsgerät.
    Ausführung der Erfindung
  • Figur 1 zeigt ein Reinigungsgerät 1, bestehend aus einem Grundkörper 2, an dem über ein Gelenk 14 ein Stiel 15 befestigt ist. Das Gelenk 14 weist eine Rastung auf, so dass der Stiel 15 senkrecht von dem Grundkörper 2 abgeklappt arretierbar ist und nicht umfallen kann. Des Weiteren ist der Stiel 15 mittels der Rastung zur Lagerung in einer weiteren Position, nämlich parallel zum Grundkörper 2 ausgerichtet, arretierbar. Dadurch kann das Reinigungsgerät 1 Platz sparend an der Wand aufgestellt oder aufgehängt gelagert werden. In dem Grundkörper 2 sind eine rotierbare Bürstenrolle 3 und ein Schmutzbehälter 4 angeordnet. Dazu ist der Grundkörper 2 in Richtung auf den zu reinigenden Boden geöffnet, so dass die Bürstenrolle 3 in Eingriff mit dem zu reinigenden Boden gelangt Die Bürstenrolle 3 wird über einen Elektromotor angetrieben, welcher durch wiederaufladbare Akkus, nämlich Lithium-Ionen-Akkus, gespeist wird. Zum Ein- und Ausschalten des Elektromotors befindet sich auf der Oberseite des Grundkörpers 2 ein Schalter 16, welcher so ausgestaltet ist, dass er mit dem Fuß bedient werden kann. Der Akku wird mittels eines externen Ladegerätes aufgeladen. Dazu ist eine Steckdose vorgesehen, die hinter einer Öffnung des Grundkörpers 2 im Inneren angeordnet ist. Dabei ist die Steckdose so weit in das Innere versetzt, dass nur das auf die Akkus und die Elektronik abgestimmte Ladegerät eingesteckt werden kann. Das Reinigungsgerät 1 ist ferner mit einer Lastsicherung ausgerüstet, die das Reinigungsgerät 1 automatisch abschaltet, wenn eine Überlast auftritt, was beispielsweise der Fall ist, wenn sich größere Gegenstände in der Bürstenrolle 3 verfangen. Die Bürstenrolle 3 ist mit dem Schmutzbehälter 4 verbunden, der ebenfalls in dem Grundkörper 2 angeordnet ist. Der Schmutzbehälter 4 ist kastenförmig ausgebildet und kann nach oben aus dem Grundkörper 2 herausgenommen werden. Der Schmutzbehälter 4 weist als oberen Abschluss einen Deckel 12 auf, wobei der Deckel 12 so ausgestaltet ist, dass er die Bürstenrolle 3 teilweise überragt, wenn sich der Schmutzbehälter 4 in dem Grundkörper 2 befindet. Der Boden des Schmutzbehälters 4 ist über ein Filmscharnier an dem Schmutzbehälter 4 befestigt und wird durch einen Schnappverschluss fixiert. Der Schnappverschluss kann durch einen Hebel gelöst werden, so dass der Boden herunterklappt und der Schmutzbehälter 4 so entleert werden kann. Der Deckel 12 ist transparent ausgestaltet, so dass der Füllstand des Schmutzbehälters 4 geprüft werden kann, ohne diesen öffnen zu müssen. An dem Reinigungsgerät 1 ist ferner ein Tuchhalter 5 angeordnet, an dem ein Reinigungstuch 6 befestigt werden kann. Der Tuchhalter 5 besteht aus einer Grundplatte 17 mit einer Reinigungsseite 18 und einer Rasteinrichtung 19, die auf der der Reinigungsseite 18 abgewandten Seite an dem Tuchhalter 5 angeordnet ist. Durch die Rasteinrichtung 6 ist der Tuchhalter 5 abnehmbar an dem Grundkörper 2 befestigt. Dazu weist die Rasteinrichtung 19 verstellbare Rastnasen 7 auf, die mit Ausnehmungen in Eingriff bringbar sind, die sich in dem Grundkörper 2 befinden. Die Verstellung der Rastnasen 7 erfolgt über einen Betätigungsknopf 8, der den Grundkörper 2 auf der dem Tuchhalter 5 abgewandten Seite teilweise überragt. Die Reinigungsseite 18 besteht aus einem elastischen schaumartigen Material. Auf der anderen Seite befinden sich zur Befestigung des Reinigungstuchs 6 Softclips 20. In der Grundplatte 17 befinden sich Durchbrechungen 11, in die Rollen 10 hineinragen, die an dem Grundkörper 2 drehbar befestigt sind.
  • Figur 2 zeigt das in Figur 1 beschriebene Reinigungsgerät 1 aus der Untersicht. Hierbei ist zu erkennen, dass die an dem Grundkörper 2 angeordneten Rollen 10 durch die in der Grundplatte 17 des Tuchhalters 5 vorgesehenen Durchbrechungen 11 hindurchragen und so mit dem zu reinigenden Boden in Kontakt gelangen, wenn sich auf dem Tuchhalter 5 kein Reinigungstuch 6 befindet. Dies ist insbesondere bei Reinigungsarbeiten auf weichen Untergründen wie Teppichen vorteilhaft. Durch die Rollen 10 ist es insbesondere auch möglich, das Reinigungsgerät 1 gänzlich ohne den Tuchhalter 5 zu verwenden.
  • Figur 3 zeigt das Reinigungsgerät 1, bestehend aus dem Grundkörper 2, an dem über das Gelenk 14 der Stiel 15 befestigt ist. In dem Grundkörper 2 sind die rotierbare Bürstenrolle 3 und der Schmutzbehälter 4 angeordnet. Dazu ist der Grundkörper 2 in Richtung auf den zu reinigenden Boden geöffnet, so dass die Bürstenrolle 3 in Eingriff mit dem zu reinigenden Boden gelangt. Die Bürstenrolle 3 ist mit dem Schmutzbehälter 4 verbunden, der ebenfalls in dem Grundkörper 2 angeordnet ist. Der Schmutzbehälter 4 ist kastenförmig ausgebildet und kann nach oben aus dem Grundkörper 2 herausgenommen werden. Der Schmutzbehälter 4 weist als oberen Abschluss den Deckel 12 auf, wobei der Deckel 12 so ausgestaltet ist, dass er die Bürstenrolle 3 teilweise überragt, wenn sich der Schmutzbehälter 4 in dem Grundkörper 2 befindet. Der Boden 21 des Schmutzbehälters 4 ist über ein Filmscharnier 22 an dem Schmutzbehälter 4 befestigt und wird durch eine Rasteinrichtung 23 fixiert. Die Rasteinrichtung 23 kann durch einen Hebel gelöst werden, so dass der Boden 21 herunterklappt und so der Schmutzbehälter 4 entleert werden kann. Die Rasteinrichtung 23 dient gleichzeitig als Arretierungsmittel, um den Schmutzbehälter 4 im Grundkörper 2 zu fixieren. Zur Verbesserung der Dichtheit weist der Boden 21 an dessen Kante eine Erhebung auf, die in verschlossenem Zustand in eine kongruent geformte Ausnehmung des Gehäuses eingreift. Der Boden 21 des Schmutzbehälters 4 weist ferner Rippen 24 auf, so dass sich der Boden 21 nicht verformt und stets dicht schließt. Der Deckel 12 ist transparent ausgestaltet, so dass der Füllstand des Schmutzbehälters 4 geprüft werden kann, ohne diesen öffnen zu müssen.
  • Figur 4 zeigt das Reinigungsgerät 1 gemäß Figur 3. Es ist zu erkennen, dass der Boden 21 eine Vielzahl von Rippen 24 aufweist, die den Boden 21 versteifen. Des Weiteren ist zu erkennen, dass der Deckel 12 eine Verlängerung 26 aufweist, die die Bürstenrolle 3 übergreift. Dadurch ist die Bürstenrolle 3 bei montiertem Schmutzbehälter 4 abgedeckt und bei demontiertem Schmutzbehälter 4 leicht zugänglich.
  • Figur 5 zeigt die Bürstenrolle 3 für das oben beschriebene Reinlgungsgerät 1. Die Bürstenrolle 3 weist einen rotationssymmetrischen Kern auf, an dem über den Umfang verteilt flexible Borsten 19 angeordnet sind. An dem Kern 48 ist des Weiteren ein als Griffstück dienender scheibenförmiger Vorsprung 13 angeordnet. An beiden Stirnseiten sind Führungen 20 angebracht, durch die die Bürstenrolle 3 in dem Grundkörper 2 gelagert werden kann. Eine Führung 20 ist dabei federbelastet, so dass die Bürstenrolle 3 in axialer Richtung federbelastet verschiebbar und herausnehmbar ist. In anderen Ausgestaltungen ist auch denkbar, die Lagerung in dem Grundkörper 2 flexibel auszugestalten, so dass die Bürstenrolle 3 nach Wegklappen der Lagerung entnommen werden kann.

Claims (9)

  1. Boden-Reinigungsgerät (1), umfassend einen Grundkörper (2) an dem eine rotierbare Bürstenrolle (3) und ein Schmutzbehälter (4) angeordnet sind, sowie einen Tuchhalter (5) an dem ein Reinigungstuch (6) befestigbar ist, wobei der Tuchhalter (5) abnehmbar an dem Grundkörper (2) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (2) Rollen (10) umfasst, die in inden Tuchhalter (5) eingebrachte Durchbrechungen (11) hinein ragen.
  2. Boden-Reinigungsgerät (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tuchhalter (5) mittels einer Rasteinrichtung (19) an dem Grundkörper (2) befestigt ist.
  3. Boden-Reinigungsgerät (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rasteinrichtung (19) zum Befestigen des Tuchhalters (5) an dem Grundkörper (2) verstellbare Rastnasen (7) umfasst.
  4. Boden-Reinigungsgerät (1) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rasteinrichtung (19) einen Betätigungsknopf (8) umfasst, der in einer Ausnehmung (9) des Grundkörpers (2) angeordnet ist.
  5. Boden-Reinigungsgerät (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungsknopf (8) den Grundkörper (2) auf der dem Tuchhalter (5) abgewandten Seite zumindest teilweise überragt.
  6. Boden-Reinigungsgerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schmutzbehälter (4) herausnehmbar ist.
  7. Boden-Reinigungsgerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schmutzbehälter (4) einen Deckel (12) umfasst, der die Bürstenrolle (3) zumindest teilweise überragt.
  8. Boden-Reinigungsgerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürstenrolle (3) in axialer Richtung federbelastet verschiebbar und herausnehmbar ist.
  9. Boden-Reinigungsgerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürstenrolle (3) einen scheibenförmigen Vorsprung (13) aufweist.
