Claims (11)

  1. Machine de découpage pour découper des blocs de matériau en plaques en formant des piles de plaques, comprenant un couteau (17) découpant un bloc (40) dans la direction horizontale, ledit couteau s'étendant transversalement sur la largeur de travail de la machine et étant déplaçable dans la direction horizontale par rapport au bloc,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    un dispositif d'enlèvement (30) est prévu qui comprend un convoyeur d'enlèvement (32) déplaçable en hauteur, que ledit couteau (17) est commandé de sorte qu'après la fin d'une coupure à travers un bloc, le couteau tourne et rentre dans le bloc et éventuellement monte et enlève la pile de plaques (42) du bloc (40), et que ledit dispositif d'enlèvement (30) comprend un élément séparateur (34) qui passe sous la pile de plaques (42) enlevée et transfert ladite pile sur le convoyeur d'enlèvement (32).
  2. Machine de découpage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une machine de découpage horizontale (16) et une machine de découpage contour (20) coupant verticalement sont disposées l'une après l'autre, et que ledit dispositif d'enlèvement (30) coopère avec ladite machine de découpage horizontale (16) et transfert des piles de plaques (42), reçues de ladite machine, sur ladite machine de découpage contour (20).
  3. Machine de découpage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite machine de découpage horizontale (16) et ladite machine de découpage contour (20) comprennent des bandes de transport (12, 13) dont les entrainements de transport sont commandés.
  4. Machine de découpage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit convoyeur d'enlèvement (32) est déplaçable verticalement de façon commandée dans ledit dispositif d'enlèvement (30), et qu'un convoyeur auxiliaire (46) est prévu sur lequel ledit convoyeur d'enlèvement (32) place une pile de plaques enlevée.
  5. Machine de découpage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit convoyeur d'enlèvement (32) est déplaçable horizontalement et passe sous ladite pile de plaques (42) située sur le bloc (40), ledit convoyeur étant entrainé en sens opposé à sa direction de mouvement.
  6. Machine de découpage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit couteau (17) est un couteau à bande réversible.
  7. Machine de découpage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 6, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément séparateur (34) comprend une arête pointue montée à un cadre (35) dudit convoyeur d'enlèvement (32).
  8. Procédé de découpage des blocs de matériau (40) en plaques (41) en formant des piles de plaques (42), ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes:
    - passer de manière répétée un couteau à travers un bloc (40) et découper une plaque (41) dudit bloc, ledit couteau (17) étant ensuite retourné,
    - après découpage d'un nombre de plaques (41) dudit bloc (40): retourner ledit couteau (17) sous la dernière plaque découpée,
    - soulever ledit couteau,
    - insérer un dispositif d'enlèvement sous la plaque soulevée par ledit couteau (17) tout en simultanément entrainant un convoyeur d'enlèvement (32) pour recevoir ladite pile de plaques (42) sur ledit dispositif d'enlèvement,
    - transférer ladite pile de plaques (42) dudit convoyeur d'enlèvement (32) sur un convoyeur auxiliaire (46).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'avant retourner le couteau (17), le couteau est tourné de façon que son arête de coupure (17A) soit orientée dans la direction opposée à la direction de coupure précédente.
  10. Procédé selon les revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'après le couteau (17) a été soulevé et ledit dispositif d'enlèvement a été introduit, on fait descendre le couteau.
  11. Procédé de découpage des blocs de matériau en plaques, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes:
    - découper un bloc partiel dudit bloc par découpage horizontale utilisant un couteau (17),
    - retourner le couteau sous le bloc partiel,
    - soulever le couteau,
    - insérer un dispositif d'enlèvement (32) sous ledit bloc partiel et transporter celui-ci,
    - envoyer ledit bloc partiel sur une bande de transport (12),
    - faire des coupures horizontales dans ledit bloc partiel pour découper un nombre de plaques formant une pile de plaques,
    - traiter ladite pile de plaques par coupures verticales.
