Claims (31)
- Couverture de voie, qui comprend des corps d'appui (9), ainsi que des éléments de couverture (7), en forme de plaques, disposés entre les rails (3) de la voie (2) au niveau des rails, et de préférence aussi des éléments de couverture (8) en forme de plaques, disposés extérieurement adjacents aux rails (3), éléments de couverture qui, par leurs bords (10) dirigés vers les rails (3) s'appuient par l'intermédiaire des corps d'appui (9) contre les rails (3), les corps d'appui (3) pouvant être positionnés dans la direction longitudinale des rails relativement aux éléments de couverture (8), caractérisée en ce que les corps d'appui (9) sont logés avec possibilité de déplacement dans la direction longitudinale des rails (11) contre les bords (10), dirigés vers les rails (3), des éléments de couverture (7, 8 ; 7a, 7b).
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins deux corps d'appui (9) sont disposés avec possibilité de déplacement au niveau de chaque bord des éléments de couverture (7, 8 ; 7a, 7b), qui est dirigé vers un rail (3) de la voie (2) pourvue de la couverture.
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les corps d'appui (9) peuvent se déplacer dans la direction longitudinale (11) des rails et sont logés en pivotement autour d'un axe géométrique parallèle à la direction de déplacement, les corps d'appui (9) pouvant, sous l'effet de la possibilité de pivotement, être rabattus vers le bas, en partant d'une position d'appui dans laquelle ils dépassent, en suivant sensiblement l'étendue superficielle de chaque élément de couverture (7, 8 ; 7a, 7b), de cet élément de couverture jusqu'au rail voisin (3).
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les corps d'appui (9) sont logés avec possibilité de déplacement sur des corps de rabattement (32), qui pour leur part sont logés en pivotement contre les éléments de couverture (7, 8).
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que, pour permettre un logement des corps d'appui (9) avec possibilité de déplacement contre les corps de rabattement correspondants (32), des gorges (34, 35) sont formées d'une part au niveau de ces corps de rabattement et d'autre part au niveau des corps d'appui, et des baguettes (36, 37), entrant en prise avec ces gorges, y étant rapportées.
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que, pour le logement des corps d'appui (9) avec possibilité de déplacement contre les éléments de couverture (7, 8 ; 7a, 7b), des gorges (34, 35) sont formées d'une part au niveau de ces éléments de couverture et d'autre part au niveau des corps d'appui, et des baguettes (36, 37) entrant en prise avec ces gorges y sont rapportées.
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de couverture sont configurés sous forme de paires de plaques, les deux plaques (7a, 7b) de chaque paire étant réunies d'une manière articulée, l'axe géométrique de l'assemblage articulé étant parallèle à la direction longitudinale (11) des rails.
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que, pour un logement des corps d'appui (9) avec possibilité de déplacement contre les éléments de couverture (7, 8 ; 7a, 7b), il est prévu sur leur face dirigée vers les corps d'appui (9) un canal fendu (13, 13", 13"', 13""), dont la fente (14, 14", 14"') est dirigée vers les corps d'appui (9), et, contre les corps d'appui, est prévue un tasseau (16, 16", 16"'), dépassant, en passant par cette fente, dans l'intérieur (15) du canal, tasseau qui, dans sa zone se trouvant dans le canal, comprend un élargissement (17, 17'), qui est plus grand que la largeur de la fente.
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que, pour le logement des corps d'appui (9) avec possibilité de déplacement contre les éléments de couverture (7, 8), il est prévu, sur le côté des corps d'appui (9) dirigé vers ces éléments de couverture, un canal fendu (13', 13""'), dont la fente (14', 14""') est dirigée vers l'élément de couverture (7, 8) correspondant, et que, au niveau de cet élément de couverture, est prévu un tasseau (16', 16""') dépassant dans le canal en passant par la fente, tasseau qui dans sa zone se trouvant dans le canal (13', 13""') présente un élargissement (17') qui est plus grand que la largeur de la fente.
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que le tasseau (16, 16', 16", 16""') peut subir un déplacement de pivotement dans le canal fendu (13, 13', 13", 13""').
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le canal fendu (13, 13') présente une section transversale polygonale, et le tasseau (16, 16') dépassant dans ce canal présente une section transversale en T, la barre transversale (18) de la section transversale en T du tasseau étant par une arête (19, 19') dirigée vers un coin (20, 20') de la section transversale du canal et, par l'autre arête (21, 21'), étant dirigée vers un côté (22, 22'), opposée à ce coin (20, 20'), de la section transversale du canal, le tasseau (16, 16') pouvant ainsi subir un déplacement en pivotement autour de son arête dirigée vers un coin de la section transversale du canal.
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le canal fendu (13", 13""') présente une section transversale circulaire, et le tasseau (16", 16""'), par une traverse, dépassant dans le canal (13", 13""') en passant par la fente (14", 14""'), présente dans sa zone insérée dans le canal considéré une forme en section transversale s'appuyant avec ajustement contre la surface du canal.
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisée en ce que le tasseau (16", 16"') forme une pièce fabriquée de façon à être solidaire de chaque corps d'appui (9).
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que les corps d'appui (9) sont pourvus d'un renforcement (31), qui va jusqu'à la zone du tasseau (16", 16"') se trouvant dans le canal de l'élément de couverture correspondant (7, 8).
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que le renforcement (31) est formé d'un groupe de lamelles, dont la forme suit, avec un certain écartement, la forme en section transversale des corps d'appui (9) avec les tasseaux (16", 16"'), et que ces lamelles sont disposées en se suivant les unes les autres, avec une certaine distance réciproque dans la direction longitudinale des corps d'appui (9).
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le tasseau (16) forme une pièce formée de façon à être solidaire de l'élément de couverture (7, 8) correspondant.
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément de couverture (7, 8) est pourvu d'un renforcement, qui va jusqu'à la zone du tasseau (16) se trouvant dans le canal fendu du corps d'appui.
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que le renforcement est formé par un groupe de lamelles dont la forme, dans la zone du tasseau, suit avec une certaine distance la forme en section transversale de celui-ci, et que ces lamelles sont disposées les unes derrière les autres à une certaine distance réciproque dans la direction longitudinale du tasseau.
- Couverture de voie selon l'une des revendications 8 à 18, caractérisée en ce que, pour la formation du canal fendu (13, 13', 13", 13"', 13"", 13""', 13"""), un tube fendu (40) est incorporé, dont la forme en section transversale correspond à la forme en section transversale prévue pour le canal.
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 19, caractérisée en ce que des tubes fendus (40), disposés dans des éléments de couverture (7, 8), tubes qui sont prévus pour l'engrènement de tasseaux logés sur des corps d'appui (9), et sont chacun reliés à plusieurs barreaux (42), courant, perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale (11) des rails, dans ces éléments de couverture (7, 8), barreaux qui, quand on regarde dans la direction longitudinale des rails, se suivent les uns les autres à une certaine distance, les tubes fendus formant, ensemble avec ces barreaux (42), un corps de renforcement (43).
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 20, caractérisée en ce que deux corps de renforcement (43a, 43b) sont incorporés dans des éléments de couverture (7), corps de renforcement dont chacun est formé d'un tube fendu (40) et de barreaux (42), courant perpendiculairement au tube, et reliés à ce tube, les tubes fendus (40) étant disposés contre les bords (10), courant parallèlement aux rails, des éléments de couverture, et les barreaux de l'un des corps de renforcement (43a) étant disposés dans les espaces situés entre les barreaux de l'autre corps de renforcement (43b).
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 21, caractérisée en ce que les barreaux (42) de l'un des corps de renforcement (43a) vont jusqu'au tube fendu (40) de l'autre corps de renforcement (43b), et de même les barreaux (42) de l'autre corps de renforcement (43b) vont jusqu'au tube fendu (40) du premier corps de renforcement (43a).
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 20, caractérisée en ce que les tubes fendus (40) et les barreaux (42) des corps de renforcement (43a, 43b) sont constitués d'un métal, et les tubes fendus (40) sont, au niveau des points de contact avec les barreaux de l'autre corps de renforcement, électriquement isolés de ces barreaux.
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 19, caractérisée en ce que des tasseaux (16), disposés dans des éléments de couverture (7, 8), tasseaux qui sont prévus pour engrènement dans les canaux fendus, qui sont disposés dans des corps d'appui (9), sont chacun reliés à plusieurs barreaux (42), courant perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale (11) des rails dans ces éléments de couverture (7, 8), barreaux qui, quand on regarde dans la direction longitudinale des rails, se suivent à une certaine distance réciproque, ces tasseaux (16) formant, ensemble avec ces barreaux (42), un corps de renforcement (43').
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 24, caractérisée en ce que, dans des éléments de couverture (7), deux corps de renforcement (43a', 43b') sont incorporés, dont chacun est formé d'un tasseau (16) et de barreaux (42), reliés à ce tasseau et courant perpendiculairement au tasseau (16), les tasseaux (16) étant disposés contre les bords (10), courant parallèlement aux rails, des éléments de couverture (7), et les barreaux de l'un des corps de renforcement (43a') étant disposés entre les barreaux de l'autre corps de renforcement (43b').
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 25, caractérisée en ce que les barreaux (42) de l'un des corps de renforcement (43a') vont jusqu'au tasseau (16) de l'autre corps de renforcement (43b'), et de même les barreaux (42) de l'autre corps de renforcement (43b') vont jusqu'au tasseau (16) du premier corps de renforcement (43a').
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 26, caractérisée en ce que les tasseaux (16) et les barreaux (42) des corps de renforcement (43a', 43b') sont constitués d'un métal, et les tasseaux (16) sont, au niveau des points de contact avec les barreaux de l'autre corps de renforcement, électriquement isolés de ces barreaux.
- Couverture de voie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des fixations sont prévues, pour maintenir dans la position prévue dans chaque cas les corps d'appui (9) logés avec possibilité de mouvement.
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que, pour le maintien des corps d'appui (9), logés avec possibilité de mouvement, dans leur position prévue dans chaque cas, des corps de serrage (45), qui peuvent être appuyés contre la surface des canaux, sont insérés dans le canal fendu correspondant (13, 13', 13", 13"', 13"", 13""', 13""").
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 29, caractérisée en ce qu'une vis (49) est prévue pour appuyer chacun des corps de serrage (45) contre la surface du canal.
- Couverture de voie selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une lèvre de guidage (23) flexible, dépassant dans la direction allant vers le rail voisin (3), est prévue sur la face inférieure (24) des corps d'appui (9).
