Claims (8)
- Combinaison d'une structure de protection balistique et d'une cellule de protection (1) pour la protection d'une tourelle (10) d'un véhicule de combat, la structure de protection se composant d'au moins deux parois de protection (11, 12), une paroi de protection intérieure et une extérieure, constituées de différents matériaux, la paroi de protection intérieure (12) protégeant la cellule de protection (1) de la tourelle (10) et la paroi de protection extérieure (11) protégeant la tourelle (10), la cellule de protection (1) accueillant au moins un poste d'opérateur et étant réalisée sous la forme d'une construction soudée autoportante hermétique aux gaz et à la pression sur laquelle peut être montée la paroi de protection intérieure (12) avec les éléments de protection (7) correspondants, un espace intermédiaire produit entre l'enveloppe extérieure et la paroi de la cellule de protection (1) ou de la tourelle (10) pour des sous-ensembles qui, outre la munition (2), peuvent être l'électronique pour l'acheminement des munitions et aussi pour la commande de la tourelle ou similaire, la paroi de protection intérieure (12) et la paroi de protection extérieure (11) combinées entre elles réalisant différentes classes de protection, la paroi de protection intérieure (12) et la paroi de protection extérieure (11) possédant des niveaux de protection identiques ou différents, le niveau de protection de la paroi de protection extérieure (11) étant pris en considération lors de la réalisation du niveau de protection de la paroi de protection intérieure (12) et la structure de protection étant modulaire et adaptable.
- Structure de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la paroi de protection extérieure (11) peut être fixée à une structure en treillis (8) qui se trouve autour de la tourelle (10) et est formée par des éléments de protection extérieurs (9).
- Structure de protection selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les matériaux utilisés sont un matériau composite et/ou du caoutchouc et même de l'acier de blindage en couche mince et aussi en couche épaisse.
- Structure de protection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la paroi de protection extérieure (11) se compose, par exemple, d'un matériau composite en couche mince, par exemple une céramique en couche mince, et la paroi de protection intérieure (12) d'acier de blindage.
- Structure de protection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la paroi de protection extérieure (11) se compose d'un matériau composite en couche mince, la paroi de protection intérieure (12) d'un caoutchouc en couche mince et/ou d'une céramique en couche mince ainsi que d'acier de blindage.
- Structure de protection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la paroi de protection extérieure (11) se compose d'un caoutchouc en couche mince et/ou d'un matériau composite en couche mince ainsi que d'acier de blindage et la paroi de protection intérieure (12) d'un acier de blindage.
- Structure de protection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la paroi de protection extérieure (11) se compose d'un caoutchouc en couche mince et/ou d'un matériau composite en couche mince ainsi que d'acier de blindage et la paroi de protection intérieure (12) d'un matériau composite en couche mince et d'acier de blindage.
- Structure de protection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'un niveau de protection plus élevé est réglé, par exemple, la paroi de protection extérieure (11) étant pour ce faire formée dans un caoutchouc en couche épaisse et/ou dans un matériau composite en couche épaisse, alors que la paroi de protection intérieure (12) se compose d'un caoutchouc en couche mince et/ou d'un matériau composite en couche mince.
